Aricka woke up to a text not from her family, but from Dan:

Hey Ariel. Get up and get dressed, and meet me outside!

She gets up and gets dressed-a tank top with Logan's symbol on it, blue leggings, and Virgil's jacket with blue Vans-and walks outside.

Dan met her outside, and they hugged and walked to the cafe together.

"What do you want to do today? It's Saturday, we can drive to Disney for the day," Dan suggests, while she drank her banana smoothie, and he finished his drink. "Or SeaWorld." Aricka's eyes light up.

"Can we go to SeaWorld? I've never been there." Dan nods.

"We can leave right now, " he answers, and they pick up their trash, Dan sneaking his hand into hers on the way out.

"Do you want to go to Dolphin Cove?" Dan asks. Aricka was driving so Dan could plan their trip.

"Sure! I love dolphins!" he just laughs, and plans that for them. "Is there a place to pet sharks or something?"

"There's a Sharks Up-Close Tour," Dan answers.

The couple pays for their tickets and walk in. Aricka's eyes were wide with excitement, and Dan couldn't take his eyes off her. "Look! The dolphins!" she yells, grabbing his hand and running over.

"Slow down, we're here all day," he reminds her, but he was laughing too.

Aricka could hardly believe how many types of dolphins there were. Sure, she loved dolphins more than any other sea life, but this was amazing! One of the dolphins swam right up to the glass in front of her. Her eyes widened again, and Dan takes her picture, sending it to her family and her phone.

Later, she was able to pet a small shark, and giggled at how cold it felt. Logan would have loved this, she thought. I'll have to buy him a book about sharks someday.

Aricka and Dan walk out of the gift shop, her holding a seal she named Remy, and him holding a whale he named Aricka.

"Dan, I loved today. I had so much fun. Thank you," Aricka says, and hugs him. They kiss, and Aricka smiles. He's my boyfriend, she thinks.

I love him so much.
