"Y/N, please talk to me-"
"Y/N, I know I made a mistake, just PLEASE talk to me-"
Veronica looks at you with pleading eyes "Y/N..." she reaches out to touch your face but you back away.
Tears made their way to Veronica's eyes "Then stay..."
"I'm sorry..." Veronica sobbed.
"Y-You tried to call me?..."
"Y/N..."
And with that, you walked away.
You think she would cheat? NO-.
You were walking through the halls, skipping the class you and Heather had together.
You saw her in the halls, she looked like she was looking for you, then her eyes landed on you.
"Y/N-" You turned and you walked away as fast as you can.
"Y/N!" Heather grabbed your wrist and turned you around, but you got out of her grip.
"Y/N, please, it was a mistake-"
Heather caressed your cheek "Y/N, baby... please... I'm sorry-"
You grabbed her hand and pushed her away from you.
"Y/N..."
Heather was already a mess. Mascara ran down her cheeks along with her tears. "Then stay with me, Y/N... I promise not to hurt you... again..."
"It's not over, Y/N, please-"
"Y/N..."
"Y/N-"
You then turned around with tears in your eyes and walked away as Heather yelled for you to come back.
"Y/N, please! I want to talk to you, just please let me explain-"
"Y/N, I'm sorry!-"
"I said I was sorry..."
You shook your head with tears in your eyes and looked away from her.
"Y/N, please look at me...-"
Heather was also crying at this point, she sniffled "Y/N... I know I hurt you and what I did was wrong... just please... don't leave me alone-"
"I-Is it really over for you...?"
"Y/N..."
"No- Y/N, please!-"
You turned and walked away, crying. You could hear Heather's loud sobs. You just wanted to turn around, hug her tightly and forgive her. But, you wouldn't know if she would do it again. So, you just can't risk getting your heart broken by the same girl and by the same stupid "mistake" she did.

It was lunch, and Heather was staring at you with sadness and guilt in her eyes.
The other Heathers were talking and glancing at McNamara constantly asking if she was fine.
She would just nod and keep staring at you.
After you ate, you threw away your lunch tray and went out of the cafeteria as quickly as possible.
You heard the cafeteria doors open and heels following behind.
You just continued walking to you locker and open it and got some stuff out.
"Y/N... I'm sorry..."
Heather looked down "Y/N... please, I'm sorry... I didn't mean to hurt you..."
"I know I betrayed you... I'm sorry... I understand if you're angry, I understand if you're sad, I understand if you don't want me back but... please... don't give up on us... please..." Her voice started breaking, you could tell she was either crying or close to tears.
You closed your locker and looked at Heather, and she looked back at you.
Heather's eyes were filled with tears, she reached out to caress your cheek.
You wanted to lean into her touch, kiss her warm hands and hug her tight and forgive her...
But you remembered what your friends said...
"Y/N... it doesn't have to be over-"
"No... please... let's talk this out-"
"Y/N..." she was sobbing at this moment.
You then walked to your next class, leaving Heather by your locker, a mess.
For a week, she avoided you, to give you space, but on Saturday, she wanted to talk things out, so she went to your house and knocked on the door and Veronica answered.
Veronica glared at her childhood friend "What do you want, Finn?"
Betty looked down "I want to talk to Y/N" she looked at Veronica.
"Don't you think you've hurt him/her enough, already? He/She doesn't want to talk to you-"

"Ver, who's at the door?" Betty heard you ask.
"Y/N! Please, let's talk." You fell silent.
"Don't worry bro/sis, I'll deal with her-" "Let me take care of this..."
Veronica gave you a look that said "Are you sure?" You just nodded and she went upstairs.
You went to the door, closing it behind you, took Betty's hand and led her to the park and you let go of her hand.
While walking home yesterday, you saw her and the guy she cheated on you with kiss.
"Y/N, I'm sorry...-"
"H-Huh?- Y/N, what are you talking abou-"
Betty sighed and looked down "I'm sorry..."
"It really is over, isn't it?..."
"Y-You tried to call me up... Y/N... why didn't you?.."
"Y/N..."
You closed your eyes and said your final words to her
Betty nodded, she was still looking down "...Bye" Betty said before walking back to her home. Leaving you at the park, crying.
You felt a pair of arms wrap around you, you looked at who was hugging you...
... It was Heather McNamara.
"Shh... I know... I know... I'm sorry this happened to you N/N... no one should have to experience this..."
You were still crying, you didn't want to hug one of Heather Chandler's accomplices, but you laid your head on her shoulder and continued sobbing.
