It was last exam today.
After the exam was done, Nandini and her friends went to cafeteria. After having lunch, they were on there way back to their dorms through the campus.
Mukti - Finally, the first semester is done.
Navya - Exactly. And you computer science students are lucky, you have only three years course unlike me and Nandini who has a four year one.
Mukti - Who asked you guys to choose architecture?
Nandini - Enough. Navya, think we can actually enjoy college life for one extra year.
Navya - Ya, But it would not be fun. They all will leave.
Alia - Who?
Navya - You, Mukti, Abhimanyu, Dhruv, Kabi
Mukti - Who? Who? Who?
Alia, Mukti, Nandini - Kabir.....
Navya - Enough. okay. My tongue slipped.
They all burst into laughter. Suddenly, a boy came into their way, kneeled down and proposed Nandini. Nandini didn't showed any interest and went forward while that boy was in a shock. Three more boys who were getting ready to propose Nandini were looking that and started shivering. All people present there got shocked at how Nandini kept the cold shoulder. Her friends were also surprised, just because they have never seen her like this before.
Alia - Hey, that was cool!!
Mukti - But I can see the hearts breaking.
Nandini - Okay. Enough already.
Navya - Hey, guys. We are done with our exams. So how about going out for dinner tonight.
Mukti, Alia - No, Actually we are going to sleep fully tonight.
Alia - How about going out for lunch tomorrow?
Nandini - No, Actually I will be out tomorrow whole day.
Mukti - Then
Nandini - How about this Sunday? Today is Thursday already. What say?
Alia, Navya, Mukti - Okay.
They all went back to their dorms and took a good rest.
On other hand, In boys dorm Kabir was missing from just after the exam and only left a message that he would be back by Friday Night.
The next day,
Nandini left at 7 am and took a bus to till the end of that city. It took her half an hour to reach there.

Manik too left at 7 am and was waiting in the nearby café of that bus stop where Nandini went. When Nandini got down, Manik noticed her and gave her a call and asked her to stay there, he will bring the car. Nandini went in, that was quite a new car. Nandini didn't noticed but someone took her photo.
Manik and Nandini directly drove to their home. There, they were informed to move to the rest house(It was collective rest house of the two families). They firstly went in their home and washed up and got ready. Manik was waiting for Nandini downstairs, Nandini came and the two left together.
They drove to rest house and directly went in. Nandini was quite flustered when they reached the garden dining.
Nandini - Manik, see there. There are three people sitting. One is uncle, one dad but whose the third one?
Manik - I have no idea.
Nandini - This is a private space. So, he would not be any businessman.
Manik - You are seeing too much into it. Come, let's see.
Manish looked at them and....
Manish - Hey, Manik, Nandini. Why are you standing there? Come, let's start.
They both came closer to the table and the third person sitting there stood up and turned to them and gave a broad smile. But Nandini and Manik got flustered.
Nandini and Manik - Kabir!!!
Manish - Oh, Nandini, you finally got K.D.'s real name.
Nandini - What? Kabir is K.D.!!!!!!
She turned towards Manik with a surprised expression. And then she ran towards Kabir and hugged him tightly. He hugged her too. Manik kept on seeing and then started smiling and then went on, greeted his father and Manish and took his seat. Nandini and Kabir took their seats too.
Nandini - Really, I had never expected you(Kabir) to be K.D.
Kabir - But I Did.
Nandini - when?
Kabir - When you ate cashews. Very less people are allergic to cashews. And you were possibly my cousin cause your name is Nandini and you are allergic to cashews too.

Nandini - OHHHH. (she just finished and started to show a flustered expression)
Manish - Nandini,(she didn't responded) Nandini!! When did you ate cashews. Huh? Get ready after this, we are going to see Dr. Singhania.
Nandini - But dad...
Manish - I don't want to listen anything.
Manik - Uncle, she is fine. Don't worry. And also, this happened a long time ago and I gave her the right medicine.
Manish - Okay, If you say so.
Raj - What do you mean you gave her medicine? Are you two together in college? Great.
Manish - Ya. But if you two want to be together, why didn't you got admitted to the nearby college?
Nandini - Come on, Dad. Why do you always bring out that college?
Kabir - Nandini, let me explain.
He explained everything about the connection between the two dorms.
Manish - See, there's nothing wrong in being together in college.
Raj - C'mon Manish, Trust them whatever they are doing must be right.
Kabir - Ahhmm...Sorry to disturb, but can anyone please tell me when are these two getting married? huh? I want to attend the marriage after all I was not able to join engagement.
Nandini - Shut up!!!!! OK, then tell me when are you and Navya going to be engaged? (Kabir chocked his food)
Manish - Navya, Who Navya?
Kabir -No one.
Nandini - Don't lie. (they all started staring at him)
Kabir - OK, Maybe I will propose her next semester and we will start dating. Ms. Nandini, I am actually interested in your friend.
Nandini and Manik - That's like a good boy.
They enjoyed food together and then gathered again at 5 pm for snacks. Manik, Nandini and Kabir were near pool while Manish and Raj were in garden
Kabir- Nandini, I think you two should open up. What happened yesterday, is the topic of gossips around campus.
Manik - Hey, Kabir. Just say directly.
Kabir - Looking at you guys, I think you haven't seen school Intranet from yesterday. Check it.
They looked at school intranet and were shocked as an article for Nandini and Manik was trending. They started to read comments.
Comment 1 - I can sense hearts breaking.
Comment 2 - Now, you can admire Nandini secretly just like girls do in case of Manik.
Comment 3 - I wonder, if Navya is same as Nandini.
Comment 4 - I must say Manik is also same.
Comment 5 - They both are campus crush.
Comment 6 - They are only crush who are too distant and could not be reached.
Comment 7 - But I don't see any possibilities of them to be together.
Comment 8 - Exactly, one is from high family background while other is from a low one. I must say, even if they are together, Manik's parents would not except it!
Comment 9 - Why? Have you seen his parents?
Comment 10 - Hey, Stop! They are not a match.
Nandini - What the hell? How can they say we are not a perfect match?
Kabir - Ofcourse, they will say because they don't know that you two are together. Nandini, What's the use of yelling at these comments? Just come publicly.
Nandini - No way, And promise me. You will not say even a word at campus about us.
Kabir - As you wish. I promise, Ms. Nandini. But you will open up soon, trust me.
Nandini left, while Manik and Kabir got into a conversation.
Kabir - Manik, why you two are like this?
Manik - I don't know. It was Nandini's decision. I think announcing our engagement will not be right but just saying that we are together should not have any problem. But who can make her understand.
Kabir - Ya, she has always been this tough. But trust me. By the end of this semester, she herself will ask you to come together publicly.
Manik - Let's see.
They ended here, and then went back to their campus. They went to their dorms and slept.

Macabre Mim
*Note: This story is on hiatus. I intend to pick it up again, but the mood of my life has shifted for the time being and I'm going to be working on a side project for a bit.* What would you give to live the life of your dreams? What kind of deal would you make? And when you were there, forced to stare your dreams in the eye and live them every day, how long would it be... before they broke you? Author's note: This is my first excursion outside the realm of villain fan fiction and I welcome feedback. The thing I've loved most about RRL so far is the potential for writing to be an interactive experience with excited readers. That said, also, the primary genre this is intended for is the blossoming realm of LitRPG. Namely, a slice of life tale in the manner of Grimgar or Re:Zero. So, likewise, I don't expect there will ever be a clear beginning-middle-and-end type of pattern to this story. It will likewise always be a bit more of a reactionary, exploratory novel into realms unknown - much like the 1800 travel-novel theme used by Jules Verne. Or, at least, that is my ambition.

New Escape
In a world not that unlike the present exists a fantastic technology to transfer one's consciousness into a game. A new frontier for video games has been opened, and my first experience in this world is an rpg. An escape from monotony and school has led me to experience a brand new world.(I originally lost my motivation for this story and kinda wanted to kill it, but I brought it into this world so I will fix it. I'll probably re-write the first chapters and include a more compelling story. Didn't really write the story for people to read in the first place and after I put it on here I stopped caring, but I am changed!(not too much but just a little))

At The Lions Gate
In the 20th century America reinvented itself. Devastated by depression, scarred by war, rocked by a revolution, Americans banded together to preserve their country and their freedom. They had faith in themselves, faith in one another, and for those who believed…faith in God. This novel tells the story of one American who lived through those turbulent years….years that would test his character and the character of a nation. For Josh Sanders it begins in 1935. A star athlete in school, pro football is a ticket out of poverty during the Great Depression; but when his father, a WWI veteran, is killed during a robbery, Josh’s spirit is broken, and with it his boyhood dream. To honor his father Josh joins the war effort in 1942, distinguishing himself as a fighter pilot, until a fateful decision near the end of the war changes the course of his life once again. But many years later, after a stint as a boxer and a failed marriage, Josh finds his calling…at a time when the country is at war with itself. The year is 1968. King and Kennedy have been killed, race riots are breaking out, and Vietnam has become an albatross, causing massive protests across the country. In the streets of San Francisco Josh watches a crowd of students march for peace. As a veteran he’s conflicted, toward the war and those who oppose it. But when he encounters Rosy Goldin, a spirited young protester in need of help, a voice from the past calls him to action. His good intentions are soon tested when Rosy falls in love with the fugitive anti-war activist Erick White, a young man determined to oppose the war at all costs, against the wishes of his own father. Fearful of what happens to Rosy, Josh confronts Erick, unwilling to be part of his plan to escape…until he meets the boy’s father. A high-powered criminal attorney, Karl White is also a flag-waving patriot demanding that his son follow the law. But as White makes his case Josh is jolted by a painful war-time memory, a crisis of conscience that will soon determine the fate of Rosy Goldin and Erick White.
