You look at the plate of food and see one, two, three pieces of cake,

I look at the plate of food and see 300, 600, 900 calories.

You look at my body and see a half dead fainting skeleton,

I look at my body and see a fat ugly pig with no self control.

You look at my routine and see 30 minutes of sweat,

I look at my routine and see a sign that says "You could do better".

You see me asking to go to the toilet again and think I have a sensitive bladder,

I look at myself and think "I'm being such a failure to ana".

You look at me bent over the toilet and see a wreck who thinks too much,

I look at it myself and see a reasonable punishment for eating.

You look at things differently than me,

And that's okay,

I'm sick, I'm ill, I'm crazy, gross and weird.

Don't become like me or your dreams will too become fairy tales who are so far at the horizon that you see them as another star on the night sky.
