You were excited to know that almost all the kids were done being set free. It was exciting to know that Chloe was the last child to go through the process of being free. It was soon done. Everything was almost over and you Rimurur would finally be able to go home.
Rimuru walked up to Chloe with a small smile as he lifted her up bridal style, the same way he did with Alice.
»
Huh.. Do girls like being lift up like princesses? Maybe Y/N would like to be lift up like this as well?
»
"Mr. Rimuru. Am I heavy?" The black head child ask.
"No. You're pretty light." The young girl smiled at his answer.
"Mr. Rimuru.. Umm.." She hesitated.
"Yes?" Rimuru grew concerned as Chloe became hesitant to speak.
"I love you. A loooooooooootttttt." The man couldn't help but smile at the child.
"I love you, too."
"Really?"
"Yep."
»
But of course as a teacher.
»
His eyes widen, rather nervous, as he hoped that his wife hadn't heard the conversation between him and his student. He glanced at his wife to see that she was staring back at him.
Yep. He was definitely getting an earful later on.
Once Rimuru reached the praying spot (as he decided to call it), he placed the girl down and waited for her to get in position.
"So I pray here?" The young girl asked in reassurance. The man nodded and she began praying.
From your sitting spot, (you sat down because you grew tired standing up) you watched as your husband was watching over the back headed child as he waited for her to finish pray. But suddenly.. you felt an overwhelming presence. And you were sure Rimuru and possibly Ramiris felt it too.

"What the-" You quickly stood up from you seat in confusion, looking around the labyrinth, only to realize that the presence came from the spirit that Chloe would be consuming. You took notice that Rimuru seemed to be just as stunned as you.
"Is that a spirit?" Rimuru stared down at the being that stood just behind Chloe. She was beautiful and you couldn't help but felt a little bit self-conscious. But your problems didn't matter at the moment.
"Hey, Ramiris! What in the world is-" But before Rimuru could even finish his sentence, his words were cut off by a kiss on the lips from the spirit.
And hold on.. Was he blushing as well?
The spirit released her lips and let out a small smile before moving herself into Chloe.
You removed yourself from your spot and made your way to where Chloe and Rimuru stood.
"Chloe! Are you okay?" Rimuru placed a hand on the young girl's shoulder in concern.
"Y-Yes. I feel fine." Chloe answered.
"Well, that's good." Rimuru let out a satisfying sigh.
"What was that just now, Rimiris?" You questioned the small fairy.
"I have no clue. I also don't know all the details." Rimiris, too, sigh at the situation. "But that was a dangerous being. It felt like the being itself was manipulating the time axis. Maybe it came from the future? But I don't know the reason why it would come from that time period."
"Maybe there's an objective it's trying to accomplish within Chloe?" You wondered.
"UGHHH! IT'S ALWAYS A BAD SIGN WHEN THE FUTURE HAS A REASON TO INTERFERE WITH THE CURRENT TIME PERIOD!" You honestly felt just the angry Rimiris had with the situation because you, too, were angry yourself.
"Hmmm.." Rimuru uttered.

"Don't just say 'hmm..."! Don't you understand what a terrible thing this is!?"
"How can I understand when the one explaining it doesn't even get it herself?"
"But that's.."
"And besides, I'm just happy that Chloe is save. As well as everyone else." Rimuru smiled down at Chloe.
"It's true... Her magicules are stabilizing. She won't have to worry about them decaying like this." Ramiris examined the small girl. "It was exactly a spirit, but the outcome turned out alright."
You let out a breath. You were happy that everything was finally over. Although you haven't done much, you were ready to go home and finally rest onto your own bed.... And possibly give Rimuru some talking. What happened today wasn't acceptable in your book.
But for now, you were just happy that the children were saved.

Murderously Disturbed
This collection chronicles the horrific contents of my brain in poetic form. This is not for the faint of heart. It contains terrifying moments of murder, suicide, mayhem, rituals, hauntings, and nightmares in various poetic forms from ballads to sonnets and many more. Most of these pieces are oneshot tales, but the "Haunted Blades" ballad sequence is marked with an asterisk (*) throughout the collection to denote an interconnected series of poems.
