Hi! This is just a short story I wrote for fun! It's got all-new appearances and genders for the Zodiacs, but it will only be one chapter of this book. It's totally irrelevant to the actual book, but that being said, I really do hope you enjoy it!

CHARACTERS

ARIES (District 1)

"I came here to win."

Height: 6'3

Appearance: Blue-green eyes, brown hair, muscled figure, definitely good looking

Personality: Aries was born and raised to fight. And he will do so in the Hunger Games with no hesitation. He either dies fighting or emerges the winner. There's no compromise. But when he meets that strangely hypnotising girl from District 12, he starts to consider compromising his morals....

TAURUS (District 5)

"I'm not going home in a coffin."

Height: 5'10

Appearance: Brown eyes, brown hair, lean, more on the cute side.

Personality: Taurus never wanted to be a tribute. But he knew that he had to survive, he had to win, in order to see the love of his life, Ophiuchus, again. His plan is clear: find shelter, stay hidden and wait for the others to kill one another. But, for some reason, he wants to protect the girl from District 10 instead....

GEMINI (District 2)

"I'm sorry, didn't hear your order. Suppose I'll just serve you murder with a side of fries!"

Height: 5'11

Appearance: Cosmetically scarred left brow, blue eyes, short blonde hair, tattoo snaking up her neck, multiple piercings, overall intimidating appearance.

Personality: Gemini has spent her whole life training for the Hunger Games. And now that she's competing, Gemini's determined to win at all costs. Her plan is simple: murder everyone on Day One, take the victory, and live life like a star forever after. Problem is, the boy from District 1 is just too handsome to kill...

CANCER (District 9)

"Take your best shot."

Height: 5'2

Appearance: Tanned, long lashes, brown eyes, brown hair, overall cute appearance.

Personality: Cancer volunteered for her best friend, Andromeda. She wanted to at least try to win so that she could see her family one more time. She had no real plan apart from trying to gain as many sponsors as possible by impressing them with her cold, rebellious personality. It's just too bad that she's got her eye on District 3's tribute...

LEO (District 4)

"Any last words?"

Height: 6'2

Appearance: Brownish-blonde hair, chiseled jawline, multiple piercings, hazel eyes, overall intimidating appearance.

Personality: Leo knows he can win the Hunger Games. His plan is to kill as many people as possible to establish his authority, and then just wait for those who remain to kill each other off. But he knows the first person he's gong to target is Aries, that little jerk from District One with his eyes on the beautiful girl from District 12...

VIRGO (District 6)

"I'll hide until they find me."

Height: 5'11

Appearance: No visible scars, piercings or tattoos. Unsettling electric blue eyes, chocolate brown hair. Easily the most good-looking of all the tributes.

Personality: Virgo never wanted to fight anyone. He would rather devote his life to science and research. He hopes to find reasonable shelter and hide himself, but Virgo feels that his chances of survival are bleak. Which is quite sad, as he wishes he could get to know the girl from District 7 better...
