I still lay back and stare up at the ceiling and ponder,
Let's get back on track to a time much fonder,
Even when the light goes black and life gets harder,
I know I might sound whack but you're my hearts doctor,
I don't know why I can't get you off my mind,
but I don't want to be that guy but is it a coincidence our paths aligned,
That's why I look at the sky and wish time would rewind,
I wish you would reply any type of communication any of the three kinds,
let's just go for a walk nearby to the park with the green pines,
I promise this time I won't be shy being apart from you for so long i've been starting to see the signs,

Oh. Hello. I didn't see you come in. No, don't worry. I don't need to hear your name. I already know what it is. I also knew that you'd come up at around this time. But, at the same time, I also didn't know. It's very hard to put into words - but that's what happens when you become the Chaos God. Your psyche gets messed up, big time. That's even more so for me, who was already warped enough to confuse reality with imagination - and, even make the rest of the universe believe that it was so. But, enough about me. Let's talk about you. You seem to come from a very far away land. It's faint, but your presence is there - in a relatively primitive planet. No wonder, no one wanted to stay in, or conquer your region of the universe - there's nothing worth controlling there. Your existence, much like your entire solar system, also seems to be pretty insignificant. Tell me, is your race capable of destroying your own world? Oh, you're already well along the way? Global Warming? Pollution? Overpopulation? Nuclear weapons? Wow... it's been many millenia since I'd last heard of such ancient concepts from someone who is actually living through it. Still, good job getting that far. That means that your world is now, at least, worth considering as a possible place to install a World System. If I find the time, I'll try surveying it. You can just thank me, later. Oh wait! What kind of person am I, not even offering my guest any hospitality. I'm ashamed. Please, take a seat. What would you like? I have everything the multiverse has to offer, whatever it is you want - I can get. Ah! After we talk, would you mind, if I asked you to do me a tiny favor? There's this girl, I want to keep tabs on. She's in one of the Worlds that I preside over, it's called Aiarthe. But, for some reason, I can't see her - not directly, at least. All I need you to do, is check up on her from time to time. Taking advantage of the country's weakness a government man named Robert Pollock takes over as dictator. Handing out medicine while serving out unjust laws Dictator Pollock becomes more and more of an alcoholic as his daughter discovers the jail in which her dad leaves those who disobey his rules. Seeing what horrible conditions they are suffering in Robert Pollock's daughter, Faith starts to feed the prisoners illegally.

Glyphnax had finally reached his ultimate goal, they had emancipated themselves from their infernal patron after centuries of servitude. The world was theirs for the taking and power akin to a god was within their grasp. And then a bunch of uppity adventurers ruined everything. One botched teleport spell later and suddenly Glyphnax, High Warlock of the 7th circle and master diabolist was floating in an endless cold void. It took them all their might to ensure that they did not die in that cold and airless space before they were knocked unconscious from the strain. Waking up from that was no blessing either as They suddenly where in a world of science and space travel. Magic has long since been disproven as a force in that universe and Glyphnax near god-level powers have been reduced to a mere shade of what they were before. Strange blue boxes with arbitrary numbers and statistics fill up his vision and his stranded on a strange ship manned by Humans and other weirder creatures. They now have to deal with the dangers of space, megalomaniacal courier corporations, ancient cyborg hordes and an overly concerned AI with abandonment issues. The Fate of The Summoned (being ReWritten)
The Fate of The Summoned In the world of Aethion things are vastly different than on Earth. There is Magic and Monsters, as well as Demons and Dragons. Throughout the history of the world there have been many wars, both between all the various nations and kingdoms and between those nations and kingdoms and the Demonic forces lead by a Demon King or Lord. There are times that the Demons gain so much more power than the other nations, or that the others are embroiled in a war against each other and the lone nation is targeted by the demons. It was during these occasions that the various Gods and Goddesses started giving two things to the races. The First of these things were the Blessings, magical blessings given to the worth for chosen things. The Second of these things were the Summoning rituals, magic rituals that could summon beings from somewhere else, that would be Chosen, by the gods. These beings have almost always come from our world, Earth. It has been centuries since this practice began and the countries of the world have almost always flourished for a time after a Chosen or group of them were Summoned. All of the countries treat the Summoned well, almost like kings or princes in their own right. Well, not all countries, there are some that have treated them almost like slaves, though those countries don’t usually last long. There is one though, that has lasted, for a long time due to their connection to their Patron Deity, the Goddess of Light. They only accept certain types of Summoned and they dote on certain members of the country more than others. Several years ago they performed a summoning, as they were being plagued by overflow from the dungeons. Now they, like the other countries of Aethion, have performed the ritual to fight against the current Demon King, who is said to possess a Blessing. This is a story about Fate, and those that fight against it and those who accept it. In this story the main character(s) do not fight their fate, like those in my other story, rather they embrace it and let it shape them, though that does not mean they are total slaves to it. While there will be similarities to most other Hero sumoning novels, i hope the Mcs abilities and such will make it unique.
