"I decided to throw a party!" Alice yelled, placing her lunch tray on the table as the rest of the Cullen's and two human girls looked at her.

"Another party, Alice?" Edward asked his adopted sister, eyebrows raised.

"This is the first time Tess and Bella are graduating! We have to celebrate it!" Alice said, the family not convinced yet.

Alice sighed before sitting down, feeling defeated, "Oh come on! It'll be fun, you guys!"

"Yeah. That's what you said last time" Bella said, quietly, but loud enough that Jaspers vampire hearing heard it, causing him to look down at his hands.

Theresa noticed this and kicked Bella in the shin under the table.

"Ow!"

Theresa and Jasper still haven't talked about what happened the past few months. After he comforted her that day after her locker incident she's opened up a bit, telling him how terrible school had gotten for her, but she still kept her space from him. That doesn't mean that she doesn't care for Jasper, it's actually quite the opposite. She knows if she lets him in again, there's a chance he could break her again, and she doesn't know if she can handle that. Given that, she still cares for him. He is her mate after all. So seeing Bella make a rude comment about the last party when he literally tried to kill her by accident, made the girl angry.

Theresa shot her cousin a look before sneaking a glance at Jasper, only to see him staring at her.

"Alice? You okay?" Bella asked, catching Theresa's attention.

Theresa looked over at her friend to see her zoned out, something she usually does when she has a vision.

"Alice" Edward said, breaking her out of her vision.

Alice snapped out of her vision at the same time as the bell rang, signaling that lunch was over.

Alice looked at Edward, fear etched onto her face.

Edward read her mind before they both quickly got out of their seat's, Edward grabbing Bella's hand as Alice grabbed her bag, worrying Theresa.

"You okay?" Theresa asked her. Alice looked at the girl before smiling and nodding.

Theresa watched as Alice walked away, not believing that the vampire is okay.

"Saw your locker had a makeover Tess" Theresa heard a familiar voice say as the Cullens walked out of the cafeteria with Bella, causing her to be left alone.

"Thanks for that Jessica" Theresa said as she grabbed her backpack from the floor and slinging it over her shoulder.

As the girl walked away, hand gripping her backpack strap, she knew that this was the calm before the storm.
