Walking around the room Ryn touched everything she saw, amazed by human creations. She barel even noticed her bleeding feet or the several pair of golden eyes trained on her. Finding the couch she gave it a questioning touch before she flopped down, her body immediately sinking into the cushion. Most of her body was still covered in the now dried blood of the doe, and little bits from her bleeding feet.
"I'll get my medical bag." Carlisle announced, spotting the sirens bleeding feet as she laid in his 'cousins' couch.
Carmen looked towards the couch and Ryn with fake hurt and disapproval, letting out an exasperated sigh. "I just got that couch." She said. Esme let a gentle smile befall her lips as she crossed the room and lightly placed her cold hand on the dark brunettes shoulder.
"We'll get you a new one." She promised, making Carmen and husband smile gratefully.
When Carlisle returned, medical bag in hand, he went straight to the siren, startling her by his speed. Ryn sat up straight, letting out a furousis hiss as she glared menacingly at the blonde man in front of her. Worried his adoptive father would get hurt by his new companion Emmett rushed forwards, putting his bulky self in between Ryn and Carlisle.
Holding his hands up in a surrender fashion Emmett tried to make his body look less intimidating as he stood in front of the smaller female. "Woah, woah." He exclaimed. "It's okay. Carlisle is trying to help, help." Repeating the word 'help' Emmett slowly let his right hand fall and stretch out to the siren, silently asking for her trust.
Ryn looked between Emmett's hand and everyone in the room, feeling their unblinking stares burn into her being. Opening her mouth an unfamiliar language, that none of the vampires in the room understood, escaped her mouth. Knowing the wouldn't understand Ryn pointed her small, dainty hand to the people behind Emmett and then towards the door she entered from. Once again the strange words escaped her mouth, this time a little more forceful as she shook her hand.

"I believe the girl wishes us to leave." Eleazar voiced softly, eyeing the sirens weary demeanor.
"Great." Irina scoffed, letting her golden eyes glare at the brunette on her couch. "Being kicked out of our own home, what next?" She hissed, quite literally, making Ryn hiss back.
"Please Irina." Surprisingly, it was Rosalie who cut in, her voice pleading. "We need her to trust us."
Irina continued to glare heatedly as her sisters and coven mates watched in weariness. "Need or want?" It wasn't a secret that there was a mate bond between the vampire couple and the siren, something Irina was deeply jealous about.
"Enough Irina!" Tanya shouted, startling Ryn. Turning her head to Ryn for a slight second giving the small girl a kind smile before turning back to her sister. "The Cullens are our family, and they need our help. We will do what is necessary for the girl to feel safe and comfortable in our home." She reprimanded, making her sister lower her head.
Giving the Cullen family a single nod the Denali coven dispersed first, leaving the Cullen together in the room. Soon after the Denali's left so did the unneeded Cullen, leaving only Emmett, Rosalie, and Carlisle. Feeling more comfortable with the amount of people in the room Ryn uncurled herself from the protective ball she rolled into and allowed Carlisle to get close to her. She watch intensely ad the man gently picked up her right foot and began to pull all the small twigs and rocks out, the pain making Ryn pull her foot back slightly on instinct. Once all the twigs and rocks were out Carlisle cleaned her foot of the dried and wet blood coating it, dabbing a cotton ball with alcohol in her many cuts and scraps. He soon redid this to her other foot, much to her dismay.

"All done." Carlisle proclaimed happily, finishing the wrapping on Ryns foot to keep her from suffering any other foot related injuries. Digging into his bag and pulling out a red cherry flavored lollipop he held it out in front of Ryn's face. "Here you are, for being such a good patient."
Confused, Ryn plucked the lollipop from his fingers and held it close to her face, examining every inch of the foreign object. Putting the round object underneath her nose and taking a deep breath in she was surprised at the mouth watering smell. Biting down she was surprised at how strong the object was, and cringed in disgust when the wrapping paper touched her tongue. Laughter filled the room as Ryn continued to look on in disgust, handing the lollipop back to Carlisle.
Taking the lollipop in his hand Carlisle took the plastic wrapping off and revealed and red hard candy. "Here." He said gently, putting the candy back in the sirens hand. "Try it now."
Slowly bringing the sucker to her mouth Ryn was hesitant in trying it again until she looked behind the blonde man, finding both Emmett and Rose giving encouraging smiles. When she allowed it to touch her tongue Ryn was surprised by the amazing flavor and tasted, chomping her mouth down and sucking.
"Ga-od." She mumbled, her words muffled by the piece of candy in her mouth.
"Good?" Rosalie questioned, a small smile on her lips. Ryn just nodded, entranced by the amazing taste.
Everything was good, quiet, that was until Alive came bounding into the room a stack of clothing in her arms. Though her excited smile fell a bit when she saw the dried blood covering Ryn, that was until an idea popped in her head.
"Let's give her a bath!" The pixie cheered excitedly, jumping her small body up and down.

Is It Too Late To Move My Lair?
A legendary dragon... It has been told in the stories for hundreds of years. Some say it keeps a mountain of treasure in its cave, some say it is a vicious beast, some say it protects the village nearby, some claim it can grant their wishes, and some just think it's nothing more than a fairytale. He is not. The dragon is very real, although he isn't bothered by what people think of him in the slightest. He also doesn't have a grand treasure, nor does he grant wishes, like a magical genie. He is not interested in eating humans either. And as for protecting them… well. This is the story of the time before the legends, how they came to life and a dragon in the quest of his snooze. In a nutshell, this is a simple, light-hearted story with a dragon in it. What I have in mind is a relatively short one compared to most of the works on this site, but we'll see where it goes. This is my first attempt at writing something like this, so please be patient and kind in pointing out mistakes. As for the posting schedule... let's say it will be sporadic. Hope you enjoy reading, as much as I do while writing it… THE STORY IS NOT DROPPED, JUST SLOW ON THE UPDATES. Cover art by Nane, aka me. (Cross-posted on Scribble Hub.)

Silven isn’t too happy when he stops to consider his miraculous prison escape, a guiding voice on the air and the herd of terrifying black knights hunting him down and realises he may be important. Equally, he’s not going to be too happy when he learns he’s nothing more than a character in a video game in chapter 3.8. There’s just no pleasing some people. But by the time of this realisation, Silven is all-powerful and all-arrogant, with a couple of game-breaking businesses under his belt. And when he finally understands he has been meddling with the very fabric of his own reality, the damage may already have been done. This fiction contains: * Approx. 4,342,213 video game tropes, mechanics and cliches * Very light levelling and business development (but no tables. Other than the one on the cover). * A rather acquired taste in dry, sarcastic humour. * 0 dragons. Why no dragons, man? Chapters will be released EVERY DAY, in order to sufficiently punish you for all the bad things you've done in life.
