《My Naughty Babysitter》My Naughty Babysitter (5)

I sat up in my room, it was around 10:00pm so I did what I always do at this time. I light my candles, turn my light off, mix the vodka that Avery shouts me with some good old ginger beer and start drinking. I turn my music on and began to slowly dance. I let the depression I am constantly feeling rise up and consume me.
Eventually the vodka numbed my sadness and I was standing in the middle of my room feeling nothing, seeing only the dark purple wall looking darker under the glow of the candles.
I could feel the world spinning, I was going to be released from this pain soon and I would be consumed by the sweet darkness.
I was about to fall when a thump woke me from my spell. I looked down at my floor as if I could see through it. I slowly wobbled over to my door and opened it before making my way downstairs. I took each step slowly, not wanting to die... just yet. I finally reached the bottom and looked up to see Daniel staring at me with his eyebrows raised and his arms crossed over his chest. His arms bulged and I almost creamed my panties.
"Heeeeeeeeeyyyyy" I called out grinning. I stood up straight, wanting to seem sober but as I made my way over to him I stumbled and fell into him. His arms wrapped around me and he lifted me up.
"You're drunk" he stated, holding me up.
His face was only a few inches from mine and I couldn't stop my stomach from twisting. I was about to say something sarcastic, instead I grabbed his face and pulled him down, meeting his lips with mine. His arms tightened around my waist and slipped his tongue into my mouth.

I whimpered and raked my fingers through his hair. His hands ran down to my butt and he grabbed the flesh. My knees felt weak, the vodka and lust wasn't mixing well and my stomach wasn't twisting just because I wanted him.
I pushed him away and dropped to my knees. Shit. Shit. Shit.
"Annie?"
I slowly shook my head and pushed him away when he tried to come close to me.
"Annie, let's get you to the bathroom"
I slowly nodded my head, that seemed like a good idea. He grabbed under my arm and I tried to stand up but I ended up falling.
"Okay princess, I got you" he wrapped his arm under my legs, one behind my back and lifted me up. My heart raced and if I wasn't drunk then I would be turned on from the fact that he was able to carry me.
He slowly walked over to his room and laid me down on the bed. He put a blanket over me and I watched as he was about to leave.
"Wait" I whimpered. I didn't want to be left alone. He stopped and looked back at me. "Can you... can you stay...? Until I fall asleep"
He nodded and walked over to the other side of the bed. I rolled over to watch him sit on top of the covers.
It was silent for several minutes, I laid there enjoying his company. His masculine scent comforted me.
"Why?" He suddenly murmured. I looked at him confused. "Why did you get drunk? I mean don't get me wrong, it was a little funny watching you walk downstairs like a confused puppy and I'm not one to turn down a good drink but, I feel like you had other intentions... deeper intentions"

My mouth filled with saliva and I gulped it down, I ignored his prodding and pretended I was asleep. I didn't know why I was depressed, so how am I expected to explain something that I don't even understand myself?
He either believed that I was asleep or he understood that I didn't want to talk about it because he didn't interrogate further.

Rise of the First Necromancer
Asrael Nessarat awakes on a sandy dune with a mouthful of sand and nothing but tattered rags in his posession. As the High Magus of the school of Necromancy, he once aspired to prove to the Emperor that magic still held a place in their society. But that day came, passed and inevitably accelerated his kind's downfall. Now; they are hunted, strung up and burned on pyres throughout the Empire by the Emperor's holy Inquisition- an efficient and ruthless army hell-bent on bleeding every last droplet of magic from the lands. With nothing but a mouthful of sand and tattered rags; Asrael is determined to seek the one thing his cold, still heart desires. Vengeance. This story can, at times, get very dark. It is not recommended for the faint of heart. This is not a story of an overtly powerful wizard who can pulverize his enemies from across the world, nor is it in any way, shape or form a joyous tale. We follow Asrael as he and his companions explore and seek to change an unjust world, where kindness and acceptance are exceptions, rather than the rule. If you are looking for a story to inspire hope or joy, this is not it. If you wish to read about likeable, heroic people, turn around. If you wish to see good battle evil, where the cut in between is clear, then this is not for you.
