It happened again. You knew it would happen again, because it did so last year. And the year before. Actually, it happened as long as you can remember. Nobody really talks about it. There are a few people that camp outside that empty shop at the end of your block, which isn't that empty anymore when Hallows Eve approaches.

Every year at Hallows Eve, a shop appears on that very corner you pass everyday. There is a small sign that reads "POTIONS, INC.". It's the same spooky, dark and rather deserted shop every year. And every year you, and most likely the entire village, decide to ignore it completely.

But this year is different. You've seen this shop for so many years and you know in just a few hours, it will completely vanish again. This year, your curiosity wins and you decide to do that one thing your parents have begged you to not do: you decide to check it out.
