Today was the last day of Youth camp which mean only a few hours left till Atsumu came home. Ayumu just left from the kitchen with two boxes of juice. She looked everywhere inside the living room for her brother but Osamu was nowhere to be found. Apperantly, their parents were out for some errand so it left Ayumu alone with Osamu at home. She walked further from one corner to another till she went to the porch and saw Osamu was sitting there with his head was chinning upwards. His arms was stretching at the back as it supported his body weight.
A small smile landed on Ayumu's face as she approached her brother.
" Someone said before that he would not miss Tsumu but look who always spotted spacing out alone?" She sat beside him with a teasing grin. Osamu sent her a pair of boring eyes for a brief moment before he looked at the front. He obviously shown, he wasn't going to play along with Ayumu. She laughed at his reaction. As expected from Osamu, not gonna lie. She took one of his hand and gave him one juice. "Tsumu nii-chan gonna come home in a few hours though. Be patient yeah? Hehe."
"Shut up, Yumu." He sounded, sticking in the straw through the lid.
"Heh~ what the wrong for admiting that? You guys are bros after all." Ayumu said, mirroring her brother's demanour. " Ecspecially, since ya guys are twin. Unlike how I seperated with ya, ya and Tsumu nii-chan barely aparted away. So, its normal to feel so."
Osamu didn't say anything. Ayumu sip in her drinks as her eyes would glance towards Osamu. Just like everyone knew, Osamu was the calmest one between the three. The mystarious one sometime. The one who put the other two siblings in place. Because of Osamu and Atsumu were twin, people hard to tell which one was the eldest. Since Atsumu always claimed the title, so people would buy it but there would be spesific time where people thought it was Osamu instead. This guy always had his face visible with no exact expression. Mostly all calm and content. Thus, not everyone could tell what did Osamu had inside his mind.
" Nii-chan." Ayumu nudged Osamu's arm.
" What?"
" What is it? Something wrong? You look like there a lot in your mind." She said, sounded concern.
"Nothing specific."
"Yeah? Still. . .wanna talk about it? In case that can ease your mind but I'm ot forcing ya."
Osamu brought down the juice, holding the box gently with his hands. He faced his sister who had her eyes already looked at him. The straw was between her lips.
" Third year senpai gonna graduate soon after we finish National. Then, it will be our time, second year to take the place. Then, when we; the second year graduate. . .it yer guys time, first year to take over." He said.
"It should be like that. . ." She commented. To be honest, Ayumu barely caught up on what exactly Osamu wanted to bring up.
" Everyone gonna take their own path after that. Naya nee. . . I just wonder. What the future hold upon us." He breathed out. Ayumu blinked her eyes. She put down the box on the floor.
" What do ya want to be in the future nii-chan?" She asked.
The question took Osamu's attention. As he looked at his sister, Ayumu had her dark coloured eyes on the blue sky. The light made the sky reflected inside her eyes.

" Tsumu-nii chan is obviously wanna pursue in volleyball even after school. How about ya? Ya have something else right? Ya guys once fought because of that before." Ayumu smiled, finally locking her eyes with her brother's. Osamu nodded his head slightly and looked at the front again. His fingers were fiddling against the box.
" I don't have any particular in mind though. But,I don't think I will continue volleyball after school." He said.
" Everyone has their own dream, their own desire, their own goals to achive. So, its up to ya. As long as ya don't feel suffocated with it and enjoy the process, then. . .its good right?"
Osamu smiled, he turned to face his sister again. "Ya really turning to Kita-san don'tcha?"
Ayumu laughed; " Soon to be Kita Ayumu yes."
Osamu ruffled her hair, making Ayumu giggled. Then, he proceeded. There was one thing had bugging him. And Atsumu too. But, the two always forgot about it.
"Na. . .Yumu. . .will ya continue volleyball after school too? Just like Tsumu,ya also crazy about it." He asked. Ayumu could feel where the conversation would lead them too. She took a sip of her drinks and avoided her brother's eyes.
"M-maybe not. Other profession I guess." She nervously let out some giggles. As her brother, Osamu noticed her small changes and he wondered why was that.
" Why yer stop playing?" The question finally left his lips. Ayumu's heart stop beating in instant. "Even if yer decide to choose other profession after school, but if ya can still play then ya probably join the girl team. Continue the legacy of a spiker."
Ayumu didn't know how to react on that. Her mind was blank to think of anything. She knew the time like this would come but Ayumu was being careless. She forgot about that fact. She sipped her drinks till the last drop and put the box on the floor. She threw glances towards Osamu's way which the brother had his eyes focused on her. Ayumu had no courage to look at him.
"How about. . .we wait for Tsumu-nii first. He will come home soon afterall. That guy maybe wanna know it too. Okay?" She pulled up a smile on her face.
" If ya said so." Osamu answered without hesitartion. "Let's just wait for Tsumuㅡ"
Osamu phone's suddenly rang, interupted the siblings' moment. He took out his phone from his pocket and answered the call after asking for Ayumu's permission. The girl finally could take a moment to breath. Maybe the time to tell the truth was indeed near. But how of her telling her brothers about it?
"Yumu." Osamu called for her after he just hung up the call. He also was ready to be on his feet as well as he slid his phone back inside his pocket pants. Ayumu looked at her in wondered.
"Why?"
" Wanna join volleyball with us? Suna, Gin asked to join them at public gym nearby."
"Eh? Urmㅡ"
This againㅡher heart whispered.
"Come on. They already waiting. Go and get yerself ready. Nii-chan gonna text dada and mama about it." Osamu said. Before Ayumu could give the answer, Osamu already rushed inside the house. No matter what it was, Ayumu always found herself could not say no to her brothers.
What should I do?

Bidding good bye to each players that passed after him, Kageyama was ready to go back to Miyagi. Just few feets he out from the exit, his phone inside his jacket vibarated. He took it out and looked at the text he got.

Iwaizumi-san
Kageyama. Ayumu was sent to hospital just now. Oikawa and I almost arrive to Hyogo Hospital.
Kageyama felt his breath was taken away. His heart was stop from beating. He didn't know what to reply to the upperclassman of his. His eyes werenblinkling, trying to process the situation. Until his eyes caught on Atsumu's back who suddenly stopped on his track. Not wasting any more time, he ran towards him.
"Miya-san!"
Whenever Atsumu turned around to face him, just like how Kageyama's shock expression was when he knew the news, so did Atsumu had one on his face. His hand was tightly gripping around his phone.
"Let me go with you." Kageyama said.
They left to Hyogo together. They sat in the train with uneasy feeling settled in their heart. Kageyama noticed how restless Atsumu was. He could not stop looking at his phone even there was no text he recieved. He perhaps was waiting for any update of Ayumu's condition. Kageyama as well, didn't get any from Iwaizumi after the text he got just now. Almost three hours journey, they finally arrived to the Hyogo station. Atsumu wasn't bother to call his parents to fetch them up as they instantly went to hail a cab.
Running as fast as they could from the hospital entrance to the receptionist desk, asking for Ayumu's roomㅡthey left right away after they got the room number and the instructions. Atsumu slammed the door opened, finding his mother was sitting beside Ayumu's bed, his father was sitting on the couch provided along side with Gin, Suna and Osamu. Oikawa was sitting beside Ayumu's other side and Iwaizumi sat at the edge of the bed, at her feet. Kita also there, standing by the window. Ayumu herself already gained conscious. Her eyes gazed up at Atsumu and Kageyama as they made their entrance. The two guy took a moment to regain their proper breath after so many times running here and there.
"How come this happen?" Atsumu questioned, looking straight at Ayumu but his sister gave him a small smile. Her hands were fiddling with the hem of cover that covered her legs. She was sitting with her back leaned against the bed board. His question was obviously took the others eyes to stare back at Ayumu. She wanted to tell him but her lips were like goldfish's in the tank, releasing bubbles.
"We played volleyball just now. And she suddenly passed out in the middle of the game." Suna told him.
"How? Why?" There alot Atsumu wanted to know.
"Asthma." Osamu bluntly said. "A bad asthma indeed."
"What? Asthma? Since when? How did she even got asthma? Howㅡ" he could not make himself continued the question. He wanted the answer. His eyes would dart again on Ayumu's direction.
"S-since last y-year. Almost one year n-now." She said quietly, looking down on her cover. Atsumu let out a scoff whilst Osamu rolled his eyes and bit his lower lips.
"By mean last year. . .Tooru-kun and Hajime-kun must be know about it already. Tobio-kun too. Right?" There was disappointment coated over Atsumu's voice. To answer his question, she nodded her head slowly.
"Ayumu!" He exclaimed which starled his sister. Mr Miya needed to warn him to pipe down the voice. They were in the hospital right now. " Ya told them who not even blood related to you. And not to yer brothers here?!"
"Tsumuㅡit's n-not like th-at." She chinned up her head.
"Like what?! Who are actually yer brothers here? Samu and I or them?!" He furiously pointed towards Iwaizumi, Oikawa and Kageyama. " Who else, know about this?! Except me and Samu?"
"Me." Kita answered. Not only Atsumu and Osamu who surprised but Suna and Gin too.
"K-Kita-san to-o?" Atsumu bitterly laughed. "Ah. . .because he is yer boyfriend now hurm? So yer trust yer boyfriend than yer own brothers?"
Ayumu's heart tugged on that. Its not like it!
"Grandma knew it since starts. So do me and yer father." Mrs Miya said with a calm voice. That just made Atsumu and Osamu doubting about their presence in Miya household. Even their parents know and not them. "To respect Ayumu's decision. We cannot tell ya." Their mother added.
"And why is that?" Osamu questioned. His voice was firm and hoarse. " Why anyone but not me and Tsumu?"
"I-I just want to spend m-more time with yer two."she croacked out.
Atsumu and Osamu furrowed their eyes. "Yer aren't dying are ya?" The twin asked in the same time. Ayumu quickly shook her head. "No! No. As long as I listen to the doctor and have right treatment."
Atsumu raked his head backward as a deep sigh left his mouth.
Oikawa by Ayumu's side emcouragingly squeezed Ayumu's shoulder. "You need to tell them right now Ayumu. Let them know everything."
Her eyes met Oikawa as the guy nodded. Whenever she looked at Iwaizumi and Kageyema, they gave the same reaction. She also turned towards Kita's way as the guy sent her a smile. Ayumu tightened her grip around the hem cover.
"It start around my final tournament last year." She said. " I p-push myself too hard I guess. And barely taking care of myself. During practise for the final, I passed out and sent to the hospital. That's was my first time knowing about it. I thought it just nothing serious but during the final match, the asthma caught me and the couch need to bring me out from the game. Since then, I stopped playing volleyball. The doctor adviced me to not being too active, so I retired from the sport right away."
"And choose to be manager now? What the difference about it? Being in club already make ya as active and will just worsen yer conditionㅡ"
"This is why I didn't tell any of ya." Ayumu butt in inbetween Osamu's words. " Because I know, ya gonna say no to everything I wanna do."
"If that will help yer asthma, then let just do it." Atsumu argued.
"Ya don't understand." She said. Her voice started to crack. " I spent almost three years with them..who aren't my brothers. Together practise for volleyball andㅡand I want do the same thing with ya. I could not come for yer game during yer guys junior high, I cannot join yer guys practise, I cannot even cheering for ya face to face. Only two years left for me to spend as much time with ya two. Then, I will left being the third year alone in Inarizaki. Miya twins will take their own path and busy with their own career. "
Ayumu wet her lower lips. "By being a manager, that at least can get me close to ya. Can't ya see? Because of I am yer guys manager, with we in the same team, we always together. I can support ya unlike last year, last two years. If I'm not being a manager, ya guys probably busy with yer own club and I'll busy with mine. And the only time we can spend time together, would be in the night before bed. And its not enough." She looked at her fiddled fingers. " Its not about me trusting them more than me trusting ya. Its about me wanting to spend time with ya as much as I spent time with them. Yer are my brothers to begin with. It feels unfair to me if I cannot do the same thing to ya."
Ayumu looked up at Atsumu and exchanged gaze to look at Osamu. Both brothers had their eyes away. Then, Atsumu placing down his bag on the table nearby and left the room after that without a give out a single word. Frustration was visible clearly on his face. Osamu be on his feet too now. And left the roon after Atsumu. Without saying a word too.
I'm sorry, nii-chan.
