《Ciel x Reader- Dreams of Who We Used To Be》Time Flies When You're Annoyed

You were mad.
So VERY mad.
It had been TWO DAYS since Ciel had kissed you, and he hadn't said a word.
Not. One. Word.
You had three days until your deadline, and you were frustrated that you couldn't kill Ciel with him ignoring you.
And HE kissed YOU. So why was HE ignoring YOU?
That morning at breakfast, he wouldn't even make eye contact with you. So you stared down at the table in fury.
"Today's breakfast will be sided with Assam tea and mini croissants drizzled in warm chocolate. Today's lunch will have Ceylon tea with cake," Sebastian had an evil glint in his eye. "and dinner will be accompanied by herbal tea of rosehips. Does that suit your liking, Young master and _______?"
"Fine." Ciel said.
"______?" he turned to you.
"Fabulous." You said, standing. "I'm not hungry." You said, leaving your untouched plate.
"_______, you didn't eat dinner last night, nor did you have lunch. You surely must be hungry." Sebastian said, trying to stop you.
"I'm not hungry." You repeated, leaving the room.
As soon as ________ left the room, Ciel slumped in his chair and sighed, pushing his hair out of his eyes.
"Young Master." I said. "I do not know what happened between you and ________, but it could be hazardous for her health should she continue without any nutrients."
"Don't talk to me." He muttered.
"Young Master, what happened?"
"....... I acted rashly."
"Haven't we spoken about that?" I said.
"You're not my parent."
'Thank Satan for that.' I thought. "Young master, you should speak with her. The longer you put this off, the worse she will get."
".... She's already at her worst." Ciel muttered.

"What do you mean, Young Master?" I asked, intrigued.
"She doesn't come to bed anymore. She's not sleeping." He muttered.
'Not a surprise.. I hadn't heard any of her screams from nightmares recently. She looks so drained.'
"Young Master, once you have finished your meal, please go and speak with her. If she won't forgive you, atleast get her to come and eat. It would look bad for your family if you had a guest that was starving herself."
He sighed. "Fine."
"Thank you, Young Master."

"Sebastian!"
"What?" I asked, trying to keep the annoyance out of my voice.
"I can't find her. And don't 'What?' me! I'm ready for lunch. Bring her in and I'll talk to her then."
"Yes, My Lord." I said. 'I'll start preparations for lunch and then take a look for her.' I decided, heading into the kitchen. But of course. There she was. I should've expected the br- Young Master wouldn't check in here.
Really. How pathetic.
"I have all my fingers,
The knife goes chop chop chop,
and if I miss the spaces then my fingers will-"
"Ms. _______! What are you doing?" Sebastian asked, ripping the knife from your hand.
"I WAS playing a game." You frowned at him.
"Let me see your hand." He ordered.
You hid it behind your back. "No."
"________." He growled. "Show. Me. Your. Hand."
"No."
"We can do this the easy way or the hard way. Which would you prefer?"
"No."
In a split second, He jumped on you, stepping on your chest while having your hand straight out as you lay on the floor.
"________, you've cut yourself. How long we're you playing?"

"Not long...." You muttered.
"_______, have you been playing since breakfast?"
"..... maybe...."
"_______." He said, slightly exhausted. "Must you REALLY make more work for me?"
"Shut up! This wouldn't have happened if your stupid young master had just LISTENED to me instead of IGNORING me like I don't exist!" You said, storming out of the kitchen.
Sebastian came in with lunch, but ________ was nowhere to be seen.
"Where is she?" I asked, giving him a glare.
"Probably off playing some other sadistic game." Sebastian replied coolly.
"What do you mean?"
"Well, when I saw her, she was playing some sort of a game with a knife that involved her stabbing the knife inbetween her fingers and a ridiculous speed while singing a song."
"Did she cut herself?" I asked, worried.
"Several times." Sebastian replied. "She didn't seem to care. She was too upset."
"Where did she go?"
"Looks like the garden." Sebastian said, but before he could continue I was gone.
"________!" You heard behind you.
"Sebastian, go away. I'm not-" You started to turn around but you were tackled before you could see who it was.
"_______, why are you doing this?" Ciel asked as you shoved him off you. "Why are you hurting yourself?"
"Why are you ignoring me?"
"I'm not right now!"
"But you were earlier! Why were you? Do I mean nothing to you?" You asked, tears falling.
"Let's go inside and have lunch, and then I'll explain, alright?" He said, extending a handkerchief for you to clean yourself up with.
"... okay."

Ciel had grabbed your hand and wouldn't let go until the two of you were seated right next to eachother at the table.
Sebastian walked in. "My greatest apologies ________ and Young Master, for while you were outside the food has grown cold. Would you rather wait or start with dessert?"
"Dessert." The two of you said at the same time, and when you looked at Ciel, he gave you a wink... or Atleast it looked like one. You would never know, thanks to the eye patch.
Sebastian walked in with the cake, but tripped over a MASSIVE fold in the rug. He managed to catch one of them and both plates, but the other hit your clothes.
"_-____?" Ciel asked.
"I'm going to get changed and then I'm going for a run." You muttered as you stood. "I'm done."
"_______?" Ciel tried.
But you were already gone.

Updates Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday![successful participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Rating: This should align pretty closely with your typical MCU movie, so PG-13 for scenes of fantasy violence. There'll be gore and some swearing but not much beyond that. If that changes, I'll warn you. MC: Shaya is analytical, but begins the story emotional and impulsive. She leans towards rationality and uses this to control her demonic impulses to the best of her abilities. She begins the story as a somewhat capable protagonist, but grows in power steadily through hard work and diligence. Fights: ...I like fight scenes. They’re going to be detailed, but I won’t drown you in description of individual hand movements or footwork. I like fights that can be solved like puzzles by the audience, where creative thinking wins the day using tools you know the protagonist has at their disposal.
