"Khun! You're back!" I went to hug him by the neck. He jumped and flinched at the contact. "(Y/n).."

"Who's this little guy~?" My hand reaches out to touch the sweet fish floating around Khun's neck. "Careful. He bites."

"I know." Despite the stunt he pulled at Rachel, the sweet fish cuddled close between my fingers.

Khun frowned at the fish, a but jealous that I'm giving more attention towards the fish than him.

"I'll call you... Jeremy." Jeremy made a small bubbly noise as a sign of happiness and circled around me excitedly. "Aww~ you're so cute~"

Khun 'tch'ed and locked hands with mine. "We should be preparing for the next match."

"They're giving us a 10 minute break. Let Bam rest, Khun." And I'll go play with Jeremy for a while.

Khun sighed, but agreed. He didn't notice the sweet fish that's supposed to linger around him had disappeared and joined my side.

"You're not supposed to follow me." Jeremy let out a sad high-pitched sound. "But I'll let you. Let's go walk around."

'nyew!' it answered happily and flapped it's fins.

We strolled through the halls together in silence (since the fish can't talk and all that jazz).

"We should be heading back. Khun will get worried."

'nyew!' it nuzzled it's head on my cheek.

"Aww~ I love you too~"

"(Y/n)?"

Ah shit. "K-khun.."

"...You're cheating on me with a fish..?

"I-I can explain..."
