《Percy Jackson x Reader-Sea of Monsters》Chapter 9

We all raced down the pier of Chesapeak Beach and stopped at the railings. In the distance, we saw a yacht.
"That's it. That's Luke's yacht." I said as I pointed to the yacht.
(Y/N) asked.
"It's water. We can ask Daddy." Tyson said as he climbed down a ladder onto a floating dock.
He put his hand the water.
"Daddy we need help to save Camp and rescue our friends. So we need help to get to that boat."
At first, nothing happened as usual. I looked at (Y/N). She shrugged her shoulders. I looked back at Tyson.
"Tyson, Dad doesn't always answer right away. So don't be upset when he doesn't..."
Something in the water caught my eye and was coming our way. Tyson stood up. A rumble was heard from the ocean.
"...answer."
A white line appeared on the surface. I could just barely see the head. It leaped out of the water in front of us.
"Fish pony!" Tyson cheered.
He was right. The creature was like a horse in the front but the back half had a fish body with glistening scales and rainbow tail fins.
(Y/N) said as we both climbed down the ladder.
The hippocampus whined in appreciation and started nuzzling (Y/N). Then it looked at me and cocked it's head to the side. It came up to me. I stroked it's long snout.
He then motioned me to get on his back with Tyson and (Y/N).
(Y/N) asked.
I nodded as I climbed on behind her.
"Ready?" Tyson asked us.
"Yeah."
"Giddy up!" Tyson said.
The hippocampus swims away from the dock. As we reached the open water, it leaped out the water like a dolphin. We all exclaimed as we landed back in the water. We cheered as the hippocampus went faster. (Y/N) leaned over and started touched the water with her fingertips. She looked back at me. She smiled at me making me smile back at her. I wrapped my hands around her waist. (Y/N) giggled.

As we got closer to the yacht, the hippocampus started to slow down and stopped at a boarding platform. I got off first and helped (Y/N) get on. Tyson slowly got off. He turned around and gave some sugar cubes to the hippocampus
"Bye Rainbow." He said sadly.
'Rainbow' neighed softly before swimming away. Tyson watched it go.
"Tyson, come on we gotta go." I said.
Tyson nodded.
We quietly entered the yacht. We hid behind some boxes as three people passed by. Chris Rodriguez was one of them. Tyson looked around.
"This is a nice boat." He said.
I asked.
"Luke's probably keeping her below deck. Somewhere, like in a brig."
Percy looked at some stairs that led above deck.
"Follow me."
We followed him to the stairs. He listened to the conversation of the other people. I heard Tyson gasped and he started tugging on my shirt.
I asked.
He pointed at something. I looked and saw a monster at the bottom of the stairs, carrying some stuff. He started sniffing the air.
I patted Percy's leg. I whisper-shouted.
The monster turned around but we were already gone. We ran outside the ship. I heard a growl from behind us. We ran until we were at the front of the ship. The monster jumped in front of us and growled at us. I saw it's scorpion-like tail.
"What is that?" Tyson whimpered.
I whispered.
We backed away slowly only to have other demigods behind us, trapping us. Chris smirked at us.
"Welcome aboard the Princess Andromeda."
~
They dragged us back inside, where Luke was looking at something. They held our hands behind us. Classical piano music was playing in the background.
"Guess who's here?" Chris said behind me.
Luke turned around and smirked at us. He grabbed a remote and turned off the music.
"What a surprise. If it isn't my two favorite cousins."
I glared at him.
"Three. My daddy is Poseidon." Tyson said.
Percy and I looked at him.

"That's funny, because Poseidon doesn't have any other half-blood sons." Luke said but then looked at Tyson as if realizing who Tyson really was.
"I'm a Cyclops."
"You don't say."
He then looked at me, eyeing me up and down. I saw Percy getting a little jealous since he was glaring daggers at Luke.
"It's been a while, (Y/N). I see that you still have the locket I gave you."
I stayed silent and looked away from him.
"Where's Annabeth?" Percy demanded.
"She's here but she's not telling me where I could find Grover."
"Wait, you're not just trying to stop us from getting the Fleece. You're trying to-"
"I need it, too. I got something only the Fleece can revive." Luke said as he cut Percy off. "And it's not a tree."
'How does he know about Thalia's tree? Unless...'
"I had to. It was the only way I could think of to get Chiron kicked out of Camp."
"You'll never get away with this." Percy said.
Luke scoffed.
"I already have. Now do you wanna see something cool? He asked.
We all looked at him, confused at what he was talking about.
~
We walked outside, where a hooded box that was tied to the floor. Luke took the cover off to reveal a golden sarcophagus. Carvings of Kronos were carved on the sides. My eyes widened.
"It wasn't easy to find. I had to crawl through the depths of Tartarus itself. The remains of Kronos." Luke started walking around the sarcophagus. "The original Titan, father of the Olympians, and with the Fleece's help, destroyer of Olympus."
"And the world. You would destroy the whole world just to get back at your dad?" Percy asked.
"The Olympians overthrew their parents. It's just our turn." Luke said simply.
"We met your father. He said that he knows that he made mistakes. He told us to tell you to not be so angry." Percy said.
"Really? And he couldn't even tell me himself. Does that sound familiar?" Luke asked angrily. "The gods only care about themselves. They're selfish. They don't care about us. They never did."
He looked at me.
"Isn't that right (Y/N)?"
"What is he talking about (Y/N)?" Percy asked.
I said quickly.
"Oh really? Isn't it true that it was your father's fault that your mother died?"
I said angrily.
Luke knew that my mother was a touchy subject.
"You know it's true."
I yelled, letting out my secret I kept for so long.
"And what did Apollo do to help her?" Luke asked.
I stayed silent but still glared at Luke.
"Exactly. He did nothing to help your mom and that's why she killed herself."
I snapped. My blood was boiling with anger. I elbowed Chris in the stomach, making him let go of me. I went up to Luke and slapped him in the face.
"(Y/N)!" Percy and Tyson yelled.
Chris grabbed me again before I could do anything else. I was struggling to get out of his grip. Luke held his cheek where I slapped him. He looked at me before he started to chuckle darkly.
"Don't you see (Y/N), the gods never cared about us. They look down at us. To them we don't matter." He came closer to me, then he placed his hand on my cheeks. In the corner of my eye, I saw Percy trying to get out of the other guy's grip.
"Just join me, (Y/N)." He whispered.
I looked at his blue eyes.
Luke backed up from me.
"Fine." He looked at the guys behind us. "Take them to the brig."
They started dragging us away.
I said desperately as I struggled against Chris's grip.
"You're going to lecture me about Thalia when you're hanging around him with him?" Luke said as he pointed to Tyson.
I looked at Tyson before looking back at Luke.
"You and Annabeth disappoint me the most."
I stared at him wide-eyed as Chris dragged me away along with Percy and Tyson down to the brig.
