Most peaceful moment of day is when I sleep

Silently embraced by comfort, resting deep

Those few hours I don't remember my fears

Its better than being awake with full of tears

Its a booster, an illusion away from reality

Forgetting all dissatisfactions and practicality

I can't sleep too long so put the time left to use

Without it, my inner bulb just looses its fuse

Nightmares follow sleep along occasionally

They ruin the relaxed, serene vibes totally

But they seem to be better than real troubles

When awake, with all pressure mind crumbles

Sleeps brings a motivated and energized me

Better than any energy drink, coffee or tea

Worries disappear along with consciousness

For awhile, detached from all unpleasantness
