THIRD PERSO POV-
It was the hearing day. Jungkook stood in front of his dressing table adjusting the collar of his white shirt as he left the upper two buttons undone. It is always how he wear his suits because if he ever tried to close the upper two buttons, either they come out or the shirt feel too tight as his chest muscles tries to peek out of it. Putting the blue blazer on it, the ravenette looked epitome of handsomeness in the matching pants and black, shining, formal shoes.
The silky raven hairs fell over his forehead while his eyes held the wickedness. He checked his appearance in the mirror and nodded contently.
The boy knew he need to look his best as there will be media present outside the court who would be waiting for him. The news of Business Tycoon filing a divorce case and fighting for the custody of his son was a huge fuss in itself. Before today, everyone was confused as to why Jeon Jungkook wasn't planning to marry anytime soon. No one had ever heard any rumour about the ravenette dating anyone...
In fact, he had never been seen with any girl till date. People were astonished to see a man rejecting every girl even when the most beautiful of them were ready to get on their knees for the boy.
Jungkook always keeps his professional behaviour whenever he is outside his room.
But now, when Jungkook filed that case, he had became the headlines of newspaper. Though, he had been the headlines of newspaper many time but this time, the reason was different.
He knew there will be a huge crowd to see his husband and son so he had requested extra security for the safety purposes.
The boy was still thinking about various things when his phone rung. He averted his eyes away from the mirror only to look Namjoon was calling and already knowing what the boy would be saying, he rejected the call.
He will not take this case back at any cost.
Looking at the screen of his phone for a few moments, he smirked and went out of the room.
As expected, there was a huge commotion in front of the court. The driver found it hard to drive through the crowd as the media people wanted Jungkook to talk to them but the boy shut his ears on them and let the driver struggle to go ahead.
After what felt like eternity, he went out of the car. The police and his own personal security successfully held the crowd back but they couldn't stop them from flashing the cameras and click Jungkook's pictures.
''Mr Jeon....Please talk to us....You never exposed your family and suddenly, you want a divorce? Everyone is curious....please explain.'' One person from the crowd asked making Jungkook look at him for a moment before smiling.
''My personal life isn't a topic for general discussion, gentleman. I am a human and I also need privacy. So what if I never exposed my family? That doesn't change the fact that people out there should know there limits. Not everything should be discussed on tea stalls.....and my family matter is one of them.'' With a sharp, taunting reply, Jungkook turned around and walked inside leaving everyone silent.

Namjoon was already waiting for Jungkook outside the court room. The ravenette rolled his eyes when he saw the boy running towards him as soon as his eyes fell on Jungkook.
''Jun-''
''Is Hobi Hyung here?'' He asked cutting Namjoon who nodded.
''Yes, he is here, Jungkook but what you are doing is wrong. Taehyung will hate you after this.'' He tried to make Jungkook understand who chuckled sarcastically.
''As if he don't already.''
''But your son? What about him? You should have asked him if he want to live with you or not before doing this Jungkook.'' Namjoon asked making the ravenette look at the boy for a second before replying.
''He is immature, Hyung, only sixteen...he don't know what's right for him.'' He replied sharply, Just when Namjoon was about to say something, Jungkook walked inside the courtroom leaving Namjoon standing behind in defeat.
He didn't know what was going in Jungkook's mind but he was sure that what he had been seeing in the ravenette's eyes since seventeen years wasn't fake.
But he couldn't understand why the ravenette was doing it?
The courtroom was filled with crowd. In the front, a penal of judge would be sitting before whom the opposing lawyers would be sitting facing each other. In the remaining area, polished benches were placed for people where some law students, critiques and other subject experts were already sat as they had come to witness the proceedings.
The benches had a partition between them dividing it into two sections. Jungkook walked inside and the whole courtroom became silent as everyone looked at the mighty Jeon Jungkook walking inside with a dominance aura surrounding him.
Taehyung, who was talking to Taegguk about something looked around himself when he felt the whole room falling silent and his eyes met with the most wicked ones making the boy forget to breathe for a moment, horror immediately flashing in his eyes.
Taegguk also looked up when he saw the blonde's terrified face only to look at a person who was supposed to be his father. Looking at a man who was his father biologically didn't felt any different from looking at a stranger.
In fact, Jungkook's glimpse in reality made the boy's blood boil. He immediately held Taehyung's hand and stood in front of his mother protectively as he glared at Jungkook who tilted his head a little in amusement.
''Hello Son!!'' Jungkook greeted delightedly while Taegguk lost his temper.
''YO-''
''Gguk!!'' Taehyung's tug on his hand made the boy shut for a moment as the blonde signalled him to look around himself. All the people were looking at the father son duo.
''Be ready, Gguk...we will be going home together after this.'' Jungkook said when he saw the boy controlling hard not to leash out. Taegguk gritted his teeth and clenched his jaw in anger.
''In your dreams, Mr Jeon....I am not going anywhere with you.'' The brunette replied sharply making the ravenette raise his eyebrow.
''Well...let the court decide that.''
''You won't get me even if this court handed me over to you, Mr Jeon.''
''I am your father, Gguk!!'' Jungkook was finding it amusing now. Seeing his son standing protectively in front of Taehyung and fighting with his father.....

It was giving him strange satisfaction.
''Oh really? Then where were you all these years?'' The brunette asked curtly and Jungkook looked at Taehyung who was sitting on the bench holding Taegguk's hand and looking down as he was trying hard to control himself from tearing up looking at Jungkook provoking his son.
''I had been searching for y-''
''Searching? You? For me?'' Taegguk cut the ravenette in middle making Jungkook nod but he became confused when he saw the brunette laughing at his words.
''You were searching for a person you don't even know if he exist or not?'' His question made the ravenette speechless.
''Be glad my mother had given me values, taught me to respect my elders or else you can't even think what I would have done with you for hurting my only family.'' Taegguk warned.
''Gguk...calm d-''
''No Mumma...this man need to know what I think about him.'' The brunette cut the blonde in the mid and looked back at Jungkook.
''You are no one to me except a stranger I hate with my everything.'' Taegguk finished angrily, whole courtroom witnessing the drama unfolding while Jimin hooted for Taegguk's comeback, Namjoon looked at Jungkook sympathetically.
He clearly saw the hurt flashing in his eyes for a moment before he masked it under his smirk.
''Still.....nothing change the fact that I am your father and your mother did wrong by hiding you from me.'' Jungkook said and went to sit in the other section beside Namjoon.
Taegguk huffed and sat beside Taehyung while Jungkook looked at his son from the corner of his eyes.
He felt so proud of his son fighting against him for his mother.
Only if he could have it in him to let both of them live the way they want.
But Jungkook was selfish.
Not long after, the judges came inside and everyone bowed to them standing up in their place. Once the penal of judges sat down, everyone else in the courtroom sat down.
''You may start the proceedings.'' One of the judge said making the two lawyers nod.
Yeonjun stood up with some documents and handed the copies to the judges who took them with confusion.
''Your highness....my client Mr Kim Taehyun-''
''Sorry to interrupt, Your highness but his name is Jeon Taehyung.'' Hobi interrupted making Yeonjun look at him for a moment before looking back at the judges.
''Sorry for my mistake, My lord.....So I was saying, My client Jeon Taehyung had been living in Paris since last seventeen years. He had married off to Mr Jeon Jungkook by their parents eighteen years ago on fourth November 2005. Mr Jeon Jungkook and my client Mr Jeon Taehyung were asked about their consent for the marriage and none of them had any problem with it. They signed marriage papers on the same day due to some emergency but my client was never given his rights. Mr Jeon's carelessness and lack of responsibility towards my client Mr Jeon Taehyung made him feel ignored and something happened that made my client to leave the country. Mr Jeon never tried to search for him b-''
''Sorry to interrupt, My lord but he can't say that my client didn't tried to search him.'' Hobi again interrupted making Yeonjun click his tongue while Jungkook sat leaning back in his chair with his leg crossed one over other while his face had a satisfied smile on his face that made Taegguk even more angry.
''If he had tried to search for him, my friend then why he was not able to find him in last seventeen years?'' Yeonjun asked calmly making Hobi smile.
''People out there are searching for God since centuries, My dear friend but was any of them able to find him?'' Hobi asked mockingly making Yeonjun smile.
''Mr Jeon Taehyung isn't a God, Mr Hobi.''
''That's what I am trying to say, Mr Yeonjun. My client is also not a God to know where Mr Jeon Taehyung was living and this world is not a small place to begin with.'' Hobi replied making Jungkook chuckle internally while Yeonjun licked his lips.
''My Lord, my colleague Mr Hobi is trying to divert the attention from the main topic.'' Yeonjun objected.
"I am not trying to divert the topic, My Lord...In fact, I want Mr Yeonjun to come to the main topic."
''Mr Hobi...you will be given chance to defend your stand. Please co-operate with the proceedings.'' One of the judge said making Hobi nod.
''My Lord, My client, Mr Jeon Taehyung left the house but Mr Jeon didn't care. He cut his ties with my client and now, he suddenly summoned my client to appear in court as he want a divorce now and my client has no objection with it. He is ready for the divorce.'' Yeonjun finished while Hobi sat there smiling to himself.
''Mr Hobi...you wanna say something?'' The judge asked making the boy stand up.
''No my lord.... Its not divorce that's creating the problem. Both the parties are ready for signing the divorce papers and that's what I was trying to say earlier. My friend Mr Yeonjun wasted his energy on something that wasn't important.'' Hobi replied making his opponent lawyer look at him with furrowed brows.
''This is not something useless, Mr Hobi.''
''Wasting your energy on their marital issues was totally a waste of energy as well as time, Mr Yeonjun. Why discuss their marriage when they are ready for the divorce?'' Hobi asked curtly making Yeonjun speechless. Hobi smirked and turned towards the Judges.
''My lord, Both the parties want divorce. They agree to this but what is creating problem is that both of them want the custody of their son, Jeon Taegguk who is sixteen years old, an underage boy who can't take proper decision for himself.'' Hobi completed and its when Taehyung's heart finally decided to break all the records.
His palms sweated and he mumbled incoherent prayers to all the Gods out there while Taegguk glared at his father for making his mother go through all this pain.
He will never forgive that person ever.
