THIRD PERSON POV-
Jungkook was waiting impatiently for Taegguk to come back home. He was so excited that he felt it hard to keep sitting as he wait for his son so he just started pacing around the living room, looking towards the main door, checking for his son every now and then,
It was Sunday and Taegguk has went out for jogging. While Taehyung prepared breakfast, the ravenette rubbed his hands together every now and then in anticipation. The blonde was also confused looking at Jungkook behaving so weirdly but he didn't say anything.
Why would he?
He has nothing to do with the ravenette.
He can do whatever he want.
But he was very curious to know what made Jungkook ditch his gym and pace around the living room first thing in the morning. The blonde rolled his eyes and went back to his work when he saw he wasn't going to find out anything soon as Taegguk will take around half an hour more to come back.
The ravenette tapped his watch to see if something was wrong with it because it was taking hours to complete one minute. The anxiety, hesitation, confusion, anticipation and excitement made the boy curse under his breathe in irritation but his misery came to an end when he saw the brunette entering the house wearing black track shorts and jacket with a bandana on his forehead, completing the look with white sports shoes.
''Mumma!!'' He called as soon as he entered the house and placed the water bottle on the table. The maid came with a towel to which the brunette smiled at her and mumbled a thanks, his bunny smile on display making Jungkook smile in himself.
He dried his wet hairs, his skin glistening with sweat as the boy panted a little to catch his breathe, brown eyes searching for his mother who walked out of the kitchen with a smile.
''Morning handsome.'' Taehyung greeted the boy with his wide boxy smile, bringing a bunny smile to Taegguk as well as Jungkook's face immediately.
''Morning beautiful.'' Taegguk teased back, though it was a fact.
''My boy look so handsome. I am just wondering how many girls lost their hearts today?'' Taehyung asked making a thinking face which made Taegguk chuckle.
''That's their problem, Mumma......I can't stop looking handsome now, can I?'' He asked wiping the sweat from his neck only to hear a laugh from Jungkook. The blonde and the brunette, both of them looked at Jungkook with their eyebrow raised which made the ravenette stop laughing abruptly and look at them nervously.
''Sorry! Please carry on.'' He said smiling sweetly to which Taegguk rolled his eyes and looked back at his mother while Jungkook smacked himself for behaving like an idiot.
''Go freshen up, baby....breakfast is ready.'' The blonde said taking the towel from his son who nodded.
''I'll be back in ten minutes.'' With that, he was about to run away when Jungkook stopped him, his voice laced with sheer panic which made the brunette look at him concerned.

''What happened?'' he asked trying to sound rude.
''I have t-to show you something.'' Jungkook replied, his words sounding as plain as he could while eyes shone brightly in excitement. The brunette looked at his father for a moment before turning away.
''Later!''
''No.....Gguk Stop!'' The ravenette stopped him again making the boy roll his eyes and turn around.
''Now what?''
''I have something for you.''
''Something other than ignorance?'' Taegguk asked tauntingly which gave a pang to Jungkook's heart but he didn't let it lessen his excitement even a bit.
''Come with me.''
''I am not.''
''Gguk, It will take only five minutes.'' Jungkook insisted but the brunette gave him a cold shoulder and turned around to leave. The ravenette tsked before walking ahead and holding his son's wrist making Taegguk's eyes widen.
''What are you doing, Mr Jeon?'' He asked annoyed.
''Just come with me, you will know everything.'' Jungkook stated simple and started pulling the boy with him making his son roll his eyes and give into his father's stubbornness.
Arguing with Jungkook will only waste his time. He can go with Jungkook now and see what he has to show him and come back immediately- that was the only reason he followed his father without any protest.
It was not like he was also curious and slightly giddy at the same time.
The blonde furrowed his eyebrows at the sudden change in Jungkook's behavior. The boy handed the towel to the maid and followed the father son duo. No one knows how many times Taegguk rolled his eyes looking at an extra excited Jungkook taking him towards the garage.
''Just a minute!'' He said once they were inside the dark garage. Jungkook switched on the lights to reveal around five shining sports car, the once which he had brought years ago but it was not the matter of concern. He ignored the cars as if they were nothing and went to stand beside something that was hidden under a cover.
Taegguk looked at his father questioningly while Taehyung stood behind his son looking at the same sight.
''Surprise!!'' The ravenette beamed happily and pulled away the cover while Taegguk's and Taehyung's eyes widen in shock as well as surprise.
There stood a Suzuki Gixxer GSX-150 in all its black glory. The black beauty has striking features with stunning visuals. The contrasting neon green colour at the inner rims of tyres and the magnificent logo adding to the beauty looked eye catchy and Taegguk couldn't stop his lips curling into a surprised, dreamy smile.
Jungkook smiled looking at his son watching the bike with an amazed face while Taehyung appreciated Jungkook's choice at the back of his mind.
The bike was really marvelous.
''How is it?'' The ravenette asked still standing beside the superbike, his eyes shining in excitement. Taegguk didn't listen to him as he was busy examining the bike.
The brunette walked ahead only to watch the beautiful bike from every angle. His fingers travelled from fuel tank to the leather seat, eyes speaking more than his words as they looked at the beautiful vehicle with impressed eyes.

He had always wanted a superbike but never said anything because he didn't want to bother Taehyung. He was already greatfull that his mother didn't abandon him before his birth like his father and that's why, he always kept his desires hidden.
He was happy with his mother.
And that's what mattered most.
He knew nothing can make him more happy that a sweet smile of Taehyung and he did his best to not give his mother any reason to be sad.
But suddenly watching the bike in front of him, it made Taegguk excited like a kid he actually was.
''That's a gift for you.'' Jungkook spoke again grabbing his son's attention. The smile on his lips as well as the shine in Taegguk's smile, both vanished as soon as his eyes met his father's brown ones. His face turned blank as he looked at Jungkook who became confused at the sudden change in his son's mood.
''You were f-facing problem in going to school and other p-places, that's why I thought to g-gift you this.'' Jungkook explained nervously when he felt like he needed to explain his stand.
''You bought this for my convenience or your own convenience?'' The brunette asked confusing Taehyung as well as Jungkook.
''What?''
''Dropping me to school everyday was a bother to you....wasn't it? Isn't it why you used your money and brought this and presented as a gift for me?'' All of Jungkook's plans to see his son dancing in happiness crashed when Taegguk's eyes grew more sharp with every passing second until he finally burst out shattering his father's heart.
''You thought I was a fool? Sorry Mr Jeon but unfortunately I am your blood. I know your tactics very well.'' The brunette stated angrily and Jungkook could only shake his head desperately.
Jungkook was more than happy in dropping his son to his school. He just wanted to gift something to his son and when Taehyung said that he loves everything his father loves, the ravenette was so happy. He thought of buying something that will not only make Taegguk happy but will be useful and then he realised that Taegguk use public transport for travelling.
And he decided to gift him a bike.
He never thought even for once that this innocent act of his can imply what Taegguk just accused him of.
''Its not like that, Gguk. I w-''
'' Oh C'mon.....let's stop acting. Please! I am fed up of all this.'' The brunette cut his father in the middle giving another reason to the ravenette to loathe himself.
He has done so many mistakes in past that whatever he does now can never erase them.....let alone erasing, he felt like nothing can make them even blur a little. Taegguk sharp taunts always kept his mistakes as fresh as ever.
The brunette looked at his father one last time, his eyes sneakily having a look at the gift his father bought for him before turning around and walking away.
''Gguk, please listen to me.'' The ravenette called pleadingly but Taegguk didn't turn around. He just walked away from there without listening anything. Jungkook was about to turn around when his eyes met Taehyung's blue ones looking at him blankly.
The ravenette smiled weakly and turned around to face the wall. The blonde looked at Jungkook's back blankly for a moment before walking away from there.
It was a matter between a father and a son.
He had no right to intrude.
And moreover, It should be Taegguk's decision whether he wanted to accept something from his father or not.
But somewhere deep, he didn't like Jungkook's weak, forced smile.
The brunette was standing under the cold shower, trying to calm his raging emotions as all the years he had spent without his father flashed in front of his eyes.
How can Jungkook think that Taegguk will forget everything so easily and accept him wholeheartedly?
He had cried for his father.....
So does Jungkook deserves.
He deserve to cry for his son's forgiveness.
He didn't realise how long he kept standing there. The boy sighed defeatedly and came out of the shower with towel wrapped around his waist. As he walked towards the cupboard, his eyes fell on something.
Something that he didn't expect to be there.
The keys of his new bike was placed on the nightstand.
The brunette looked towards the door and back to the keys. Walking over to them, he noticed a note under the keys. Taegguk removed them from the piece of paper and picked it up.
I am sorry for making you feel unloved, unwanted.
Just trying to make it up to you.
I have only five months.....please let me love you!
The brunette looked at the peice of paper blankly, eyes getting wet a little. He looked at the keys and picked them up.
Getting a gift for the first time from his father made him feel like crying. He always wanted his father to spoil him with his gifts but he never got what he wanted while growing up and now, when Jungkook gifted him something that he dreamt of....
It made him feel so vulnerable.
He wanted someone to hug him because his emotions were overwhelming.
A tear rolled down his cheek and on the note smearing the words a little. Taegguk immediately wiped it but the damage was done.
The boy threw the keys on the bed and walked towards the cupboard. Opening the drower where he keep his important things, the boy placed the note there very carefully after looking at it once again
For him, that note was more precious than the bike he got in gift.
Sometimes, we need words more than materialistic things to believe that someone really love us...need us.
We need assurance that we are loved.
And that note somewhere made the boy very Happy. His father was trying to make him believe that he love him, the thought was enough for Taegguk to feel all kind of emotions.
Maybe he wasn't just a mistake.
