"You know there are other people too in this party" came a voice from their back.

The couple turned to the source of the voice and sure enough there standing Park Soomin with a teasing smile on her lips. Not only her but Hoseok, Yoongi and Jimin was also there.

Jungkook and Tae smiled and went to their friends "Soomin can't you give us break from your teasing for at least one day?" Jungkook asked her jokingly.

"No can do, you two are too cute to not tease" came the reply from Soomin and they all burst into laughing.

Tae and Jungkook was standing with Jin and Namjoon, Namjoon was introducing them with some of his business associates.

A man in his fifties came to them accompanied by a beautiful girl.

"Hello Mr Lee" Namjoon greeted the man who also greeted him back.

The man looked at Tae "so you are the birthday boy, happy birthday dear" he wished to which Tae smiled and murmured a thank you.

"Mr Kim" the man addressed Namjoon "let me introduce you to my daughter, Lee Jennifer" Mr Lee said "and Jennifer this is Mr Kim Namjoon one of the biggest businessman of Seoul and beside him is his husband Mr Kim Seokjin"

"Hello Mr Kim" Jennifer greeted them.

Then Mr Lee turned to Tae "here is the birthday boy, Mr Kim's only son, Kim Taehyung" he told his daughter.

"Happy birthday Kim Taehyung..shi" the girl forwarded her hand and Tae held and shook it.

"And this handsome man here is Taehyung's husband..." Mr Lee was going to introduce his daughter to Jungkook when she said,

"Jeon Jungkook"

All the people standing there except Jungkook looked puzzled at this "Jennifer do you know him?" Mr Lee inquired.

"Yes we were classmate in university" Jennifer informed and then forwarded her to Jungkook "hi Jungkook, it's been long, how are you?" She said.

Jungkook held the hand "hello Jennifer, I'm fine thanks for asking" he smiled a little.

Tae looked at the joined hands of the two and he didn't like it, he didn't like the way Jennifer was looking at his husband too. But thankfully Jungkook pulled his hand back and Tae immediately held that hand in his, lacing his fingers with Jungkook's who looked at him and smiled softly.

What the couple failed to notice is how someone looked at them with burning gaze.

"What's that snob bitch is doing here" Soomin hissed. "Language babe" Hoseok told her.

"Do you think I care about language" the girl hissed "just tell me what she is doing here, I thought she's in abroad"

"I guess she came back" Yoongi piped in.

"And decided to come here and ruin our mood, huh" Soomin said "just see how she is looking at Tae and Jungkook" and everyone looked at Jennifer only to see her staring at the couple with burning gaze.

"I hope she won't cause any problem here" Hoseok mumbled.

"I swear, I'm gonna pull those frizzy hair of hers out of her scalp and make her bald if she tries anything funny" Soomin let them know.

Well Park Soomin hates Lee Jennifer, the haughty snob. Jennifer was always a snob, too proud of the wealth of her family, thinking herself above all, behaving rude with everyone and Soomin hated her for it. And it's not like that Jennifer liked her, if anything she hated Soomin even more. Jennifer hated that overly cheerful Park girl, who behaved nothing like her status. Inspite of belonging to one of the richest family of Seoul Soomin was always a humble down to earth girl, making friends with everyone, helping all, always doing crazy things. And Jennifer hated her for this nature of hers.

The cake was brought and the birthday boy cut it. Tae fed the cake to his husband and parents who also did the same. Then came Jimin holding a piece of cake and immediately Jungkook and Yoongi were standing at alert position, ready to stop the boys if they repeat what happened last night. But thankfully nothing like that happened, Jimin simply fed the cake to his best friend and hugged him.

Jennifer looked at the place where Tae and Jungkook were standing with their friends. It irked her to see how Jungkook had his one hand wrapped around the golden haired boy and with other hand he was lovingly wiping something from the boy's lips. It should have been her in the place of that golden haired boy, she should have been the one standing next to Jungkook, being the center of his attention, she thought.

Yes she thought like that, because Lee Jenifer has a huge crush on Jeon Jungkook, according to her it's not crush but love, she loves Jungkook, did that from a long time.

Jennifer had felt a pull towards that bunny toothed male from the very first time she had laid her eyes on him. She's always been a proud snobbish girl, looking down upon the people who were of lower status then hers but she couldn't do it with a certain orphan boy. To her Jungkook was different from others. His handsome features, cute smile, calm personality, she couldn't help falling for the boy's charm. Jungkook wasn't just only a good looking boy, he's much more than that, he's humble, hardworking, helping. The boy seemed to excel in everything be it studies or sports, there was no match for him.

Almost all the girls and even some boys also had crush on him. But Jungkook never took interest in anyone. Always focused on his studies, he did help anyone who asked for it but that's all, he hardly made friends specially with girls. The only people he was close to him were his two best friends.

But Jenifer wanted to be close to him, be his friend and something more. And she did try but it never happened, Jungkook never thought her anything more than a classmate just like all the other girls. There is only one girl who had the privilege to become Jeon Jungkook's friend.

Jennifer looked at where the friends were standing, she saw park Soomin saying something, knowing her it must be either something crazy or embarrassing. And sure enough it was indeed something embarrassing, for she saw Jungkook looking down with a shy smile and Kim Taehyung just buried his face in Jungkook's neck.

Jennifer's blood boiled at the scene, she felt angry, angry on park Soomin, the only girl who could become Jungkook's friend because she is his best friend's girlfriend. Jennifer had seen how Jungkook always treated that stupid girl with care, bearing all her craziness. Though it's clear that Jungkook takes her to a sister, still Jennifer felt jealous of Soomin.

Jennifer did confess her feeling to Jungkook, not once but thrice and everytime Jungkook had very politely rejected her. She still remembers what Jungkook had told her when he rejected her for the third time. She still remembers the excuse he gave, yes excuse. Jennifer had always doubted, what Jungkook had told her that day was nothing but an excuse and now seeing him with Kim Taehyung she is more than sure that it indeed was an excuse otherwise what Jungkook is doing with that brat.

Jennifer felt immensely angry seeing the friends talking and laughing happily, she felt angry on everyone, on those two best friends of Jungkook, on that stupid Soomin, on Jungkook and above all on Kim Taehyung. What she felt for the boy is pure hatred. She saw how that brat was leaning on Jungkook, smiling happily and she made a decision. She decided that she is going to wipe that smile out his face, she's going to ruin this evening for the boy, Kim Taehyung is never going to forget this birthday of his. With this determination she walked to where the friends were standing.

Jennifer went and stood in front of the group of friends who so far seemed to be enjoying the evening very much. Soomin scoffed as soon as Jennifer came and stood in front of them.

"Hello Yoongi, Hoseok, Soomin, it's been long how are you guys doing?" Soomin asked with a fake smiled.

"We are good" Hoseok replied.

"I must say you guys became really famous, Hoseok, Yoongi even people in US are also crazy for your music" she tried act friendly "so Soomin, Hoseok are you guys still together?" She asked.

Soomin's blood boiled hearing her question "why do you sound so surprised, did you expect us to break up well then sorry to disappoint you that's never gonna happen, Jung Hoseok is Park Soomin's from the moment Park Soomin had laid her eyes on him" she sassed. Hoseok looked at his girlfriend with fond eyes, oh how much loves his sassy queen, he thought.

Jennifer felt awkward after what Soomin said but thankfully at the same time a waiter appeared with drinks.

They all picked up the drinks. Soomin saw Taehyung and the other short guy was going to pick up the glasses when Jungkook held Taehyung's hand and min Yoongi did the same with that shorty.

"Kookie please" Tae whined trying to make a puppy face.

"Don't try to pull that face it's not going to work, you are not drinking that" Jungkook told him.

"Bring some soft drinks for them" Yoongi told the waiter who nodded and left to bring it.

"What Taehyung..shi, you don't drink?" Jennifer asked.

"No they don't, they are still in highschool, so they are not allowed to drink" Jungkook informed her.

"Oh so you can't drink if you are in highschool but you can get married" Jennifer said sarcastically but then she noticed how they all are looking at her with irk, she gave an awkward laugh "hey don't look so serious I was just joking" she said.

"Joking my foot" Hoseok heard his girlfriend hissing under breath.

The waiter returned with soft drinks for the boy's and another followed him with some snacks. And this it's Tae who held Jungkook's hand "no Kookie that thing has to much chilli in it" he told Jungkook "bring something less spicy" he ordered the waiter.

"Wow Jungkook I didn't know you don't eat spicy food" Jennifer mocked and Tae looked at her with irritation "what's with this woman?" He thought.

"Obviously you don't know, there are things that only partners know about each other" came a sassy reply from Soomin, oh how she hates this girl.

Tae smiled hearing Soomin's words.

Jennifer looked at Soomin with burning gaze and then "yeah you are right Soomin, there are indeed things that only partners know about each other" she said and turned to Tae "so Taehyung I'm sure you know how good Jungkook sings" she told him and felt very satisfied as she saw the smile on the boy's face getting replaced by shock, he doesn't know, she thought.

Tae looked at Jungkook with surprised eyes "Kookie you sing?" He asked, shocked that Jungkook can sing and he had no idea about it.

"Aah.. baby it's nothing serious, I just did once" Jungkook informed him.

"And that once was so awesome that I still remember it, the time you sang in University fest" Jennifer piped in.

"Please Kookie sing for me" Tae requested Jungkook.

Jungkook looked at the boy who is asking him sing for him, waiting eagerly for him to agree. Jungkook can never deny to his baby, so he agreed "okay I'll sing for you" he said and felt elated seeing a big smile blooming on Tae's face.

Jennifer felt annoyed, she was expecting that Kim Taehyung to a fit hearing her words but nothing like that, he just asked Jungkook to sing for him and the boy agreed quite radially.

The other four people standing there smiled feeling happy for their friends.

Yoongi and Hoseok took Jungkook to the stage where a band was performing "you are totally whipped for him, aren't you?" Yoongi teased his friend who just smiled and nodded his head hearing it.

"Looks like it's your lucky day today" Jimin elbowed his best friend, teasing him and Tae smiled shyly.

"Hello ladies and gentlemen" Hoseok took the mike "as you know it's the twentieth birthday of our beloved Taehyung, so his husband and my best Jungkook is going gift a beautiful song to his beautiful husband" he announced.

Jungkook sat on the stool and took the mike in his hand while Yoongi took the guitar.

Jungkook closed his eyes and started singing. Tae felt mesmerized hearing the melodious voice of his husband. It felt as if everything has blurred around them, it's only two of them there.

Jungkook locked his eyes with Tae's as he ended the song. He stood up and started walking down the stage, to where his husband is standing.

Tae secretly wiped his tears as he saw Jungkook coming to him, knowing that the older wouldn't like to see them in his eyes. So he wiped his tears and ran to Jungkook with a big smile on his face.

Jungkook saw Tae running towards him and spread his arms and soon enough Tae landed on him, hugging him tightly. Jungkook wrapped his arms around the boy.

"Oh Kookie your voice is so beautiful, like Angel's" Tae exclaimed still hugging the older.

Jungkook pulled a little from the hug and looked at his beautiful husband "is it? Did you like the song?" He inquired.

Tae vigorously nodded his head "yes yes yes, I loved it. Thank you so much Kookie for singing for me" he replied and Jungkook felt warmth filling his being seeing his baby so happy.

"You know Kookie I even recorded your song" Tae informed him and pulled out his phone from his pocket to show Jungkook the recording.

As Tae was showing his phone to Jungkook, a waiter accidentally pushed him and the phone fell from his hand, near his feet. He was going to pick it up but before he could do so Jungkook bend down and picked the phone up. Jungkook was handing the phone back to Tae when....
