Jungkook and others are waiting outside the emergency, doctors are attending Tae who has fainted, inside. They all are really worried and anxious.

After Tae had gone limp in his arms, Jungkook had greatly panicked. In his panicked state he had shouted for his best friends Hoseok and Yoongi, the only people who he thought could help him. It has always been like that, they had always been there for each other. Whenever one of them had faced any problem, the other two always stood by him, helping him, giving him strength. And that's why rather than calling Tae's parents, Jungkook has called for them.

Hoseok, Yoongi and others were still in the living room, recovering from the shock of Jungkook's coming back alive and then him losing control and shouting on them, when they heard Jungkook's frantic calls. All of them rushed to the room.

Hoseok was the first to enter, followed by Yoongi. As they entered the room, they found a panicked Jungkook sitting on the floor holding an unconscious Tae in his arms and begging him to wake up.

They rushed to Jungkook "Kook, what happened to him?" Hoseok inquired.

"I don't know, I don't know what happened" Jungkook said "one moment he was saying 'I love you' to me and the next moment he became like this. What happened to him? What will I do?" He kept panicking seeing Tae liked this. He was greatly scared. No matter how calm and composed he is, when it comes to Tae Jungkook loses it all.

Before either Hoseok or Yoongi can say anything,

"Oh no Tae!" A very much panicked Jin rushed inside and went to where Jungkook was sitting holding Tae "Taebear, what happened to you? Why are you like this?" He kept asking "Jungkook what happened to him, tell me what happened" he demanded.

Everything was in total chaos, Tae was unconscious, both Jungkook and Jin were panicking, Jimin was sobbing, Namjoon was trying to calm Jin, Soomin was doing the same thing to Jimin.

"Enough!" Yoongi shouted loudly and at once silence fell in the room. "Enough with this crying and panicking. You all behaving like this, It's not going to help Tae. He needs medical attention for God's sake" he told them.

"Yes, we need to take him to the hospital" Hoseok said "kook you come with me, we will take him there" he told Jungkook.

"Okay, you take them with you and I will follow you with others," Yoongi said. The best friends looked at each other and nodded their heads in understanding.

"Come Kook" Hoseok called Jungkook who immediately got up, holding Tae securely in his arms.

The two boys left with the unconscious boy.

Once they had reached the hospital, Tae was immediately taken into the emergency, leaving a panicked and scared Jungkook and a worried Hoseok outside.

Yoongi and others had reached soon after.

It's been an hour since then and there is still no update about Tae. He is still inside the emergency. Jungkook kept pacing back and forth feeling restless. His heart is in total mess. He was still bewildered of everything that happened today. He had expected that as soon as he would come back home, he would meet an excited Tae, smiling brightly. He had thought that they would hug each other, kiss each other pouring all their longing in it. He had thought Tae would get all angry and pouty on him for coming late and he would pacify him by kissing and hugging. He had thought that finally after the wait of a whole long week, they would again spend the night in each other's warm embrace.

But he had forgotten how unpredictable life is, how cruel fate is. None of the things that he had expected happened and what had happened was beyond his imagination. He has finally returned home only to find a broken Tae sitting like a lifeless statue, looking at the glowing moon with void eyes. Tae has refused to talk to him or even look at him because he thought Jungkook would vanish if he did so. That much scarred he has become. And when he had finally talked to Jungkook, hugged and kissed him, told him the words that Jungkook has waited his whole life to hear, Jungkook couldn't even rejoice that moment because the very next moment Tae had fainted making Jungkook scared for his life.

In his mind, Jungkook blamed none but himself for what Tae has become, for Tae's condition. If only he hadn't forgotten to call him, if only he had checked his phone's charge before leaving the hotel, none of this would have happened, Jungkook thought in regret. Time and again he has told Tae that there is nothing more important to him than Tae, yet he has given priority to something else than Tae and now Tae is suffering for his fault.

Another hour passed and finally the doctor came out. As soon as his eyes fell on the doctor, Jungkook rushed to him, other's following him closely behind.

"Doctor, how is Tae, my husband? What happened to him? Why did he faint? Is he alright? Nothing's wrong with him, right?" Jungkook bombarded the doctor with all the questions at once.

"Please Mr Jeon, calm down" the doctor told him "your husband is okay now" he informed him.

Jungkook finally let out a breath that he was holding, hearing it.

"What happened to him?" Namjoon inquired.

"He fainted because of stress and shock. Seems like he has gone through severe emotional trauma" the doctor informed them'' something drastic happened?" He further inquired.

"Yes, I guess you have heard about the plane crash that happened today." Namjoon said and the doctor nodded his head.

"Well Jungkook I mean his husband was supposed to be in that plane. His name was in the list of the deceased. So we all thought that we lost him. But thankfully he had missed the plane and returned later" Namjoon told the doctor what had happened.

"Oh now I understand the reason because of which Mr Kim was in that state" the doctor started "I did suspect that something drastic must have happened seeing his state. He was on the verge of having a cardiac arrest" he said.

"WHAT?" both Jungkook and Jin shouted at the same time.

"What do you mean by that? What do you mean by cardiac arrest?" Jungkook asked, feeling breathless. What is the doctor saying, cardiac arrest, Tae was going to have a cardiac arrest, he can't believe his ears.

Not only Jungkook, none of the people present there could believe their ears. Tae is just twenty for God's sake, how can he have cardiac arrest, that's what they all thought.

"Doctor, my Taebear is just twenty. How can you say something like that about him?" Jin asked in a pained voice.

"Yes doctor he is just twenty and he is a healthy boy. How can something like that happen to him?" Hoseok asked.

"You are right he is just twenty but you have no idea what emotional trauma can do to a person irrespective of his age. And for being healthy, yes you are right he is healthy. But his special condition makes him prone to stress and what happened this time, it's too much for him." The doctor explained.

"He is, he is okay now, isn't he?" Jungkook asked in a shaking voice "he is not in danger anymore, is he?"

"Yes he is out of danger now" the doctor said "at least physically he is but his mental condition, we can't be sure about it. We will know about it once he wakes up. But Mr Jeon you need to be mentally prepared, he might refuse to part with you even for a moment once he wakes up. He might want you to stay with him all the time." The doctor said to Jungkook.

"Then I will be with him all the time." Jungkook said in a determined voice "I will not leave him even for a moment. I left him once and he became like this, never again I am going to leave him alone, ever" he told the doctor.

"That's good" the doctor smiled " after all your love and support is what he is going to need most" he told Jungkook.

"Can I see him, doctor?" Jungkook asked.

"We are shifting him to a private room, you can meet him there. We have given him sedative so he is sleeping now, he will wake up tomorrow." The doctor informed them and left from there.

After fifteen minutes a nurse came and informed them that they have shifted Tae to his private room and they can now go and see him.They all went to the room. Jungkook was the first to enter followed by Jin.

As Jungkook entered the room, he felt his heart clenching at the sight before him. There lay Tae on the hospital bed, looking pale and fragile. An IV drip was attached to his left hand.

Jungkook went and sat on the chair beside Tae's bed and held Tae's little fragile hand in his large ones. He kept staring at his favorite face in the world. Tae's eyes were swollen from all the crying he did that day, his face was pale. His fluffy cheeks looked so shrunken and hollow as if he had lost pounds of weight in just one day.

Jin sat on the other side of the bed while others kept standing surrounding the bed. Jin started caressing his son's pale face "he looks so different from how he looked this morning. My poor Taebear has suffered a lot today" he said as he wiped the tears that escaped his eyes seeing his only child like that.

"It's all my fault" Jungkook spoke out, he was still holding Tae's right hand in both of his hands "everything is my fault. He is lying here, like this only because of me." He said, his voice full of pain and regret.

"What are you saying Jungkook?" Namjoon asked, puzzled hearing Jungkook's words.

Both Hoseok and Yoongi sighed as they very well understood what Jungkook was saying, what he was doing. Jungkook was blaming himself for everything that happened, he is blaming himself for Tae's condition.

"What I am saying is true. I am the one to be blamed for my Angel's condition. If only I had informed him about my delay, none of this would have happened. He would have known that I didn't board that flight, he would have known that I am alive and he would not have to go through all this pain and anguish. But I didn't, I prioritized something else over him and this happened. How could I do that? How could I forget to call him? How could I be do stupid that I didn't even check if my phone had enough charge or not? It's indeed my fault, I am the one who caused him all this pain." Jungkook said in a pained voice.

"No Jungkook please don't think like this, don't blame yourself. Whatever happened today, we have none but fate to blame for it. You didn't do anything wrong. It's not your fault." Jin tried to stop Jungkook from blaming himself. Jungkook blaming himself and getting weak is the last thing that they needed at this time.

"Yes Jungkook Jinnie is right" Namjoon started "don't blame yourself, it's not your fault. Tae too wouldn't want you to blame yourself for it." He sighed "and if there indeed someone who should be blamed for all this, then it's me. If only I hadn't sent you on that business trip none of this would have happened" he said.

"Please uncle, Jungkook you both need to stop blaming and beating yourself" Hoseok said "doing that won't change anything. What you and we all need to do now, is to stay with Tae and give him all our love and support as the doctor said."

"Hmm you are right Hoseok that's what we need to do now" Namjoon agreed with Hoseok's words.

"I will, I will give all my love and support to my Angel so that I can bring his smile back" Jungkook said in a determined voice "I will stay strong for him" he promised to himself.

A kind looking nurse entered the room "sir visiting time is over. I am sorry but you all have to leave now. Only one person can stay with the patient" she informed them.

"Okay, we will be leaving in a few minutes" Hoseok told her and she nodded her head and left from there.

"Uncle Namjoon, uncle Jin we should leave now" Hoseok told them.

"No, I won't leave," Jin said stubbornly, not ready to leave his son.

Namjoon went and placed his hand on Jin's shoulder "please Jinnie you heard the nurse, we have to leave now. They will allow only one person to stay and I think Jungkook should stay. Let's go home today, we will come again tomorrow" He tried to make Jin agree to leave.

"But Joonie.." Jin started to protest again but Namjoon cut him in the middle "no but, just listen to me please" he pleaded and Jin finally agreed "okay". Jin placed a loving kiss on his son's forehead "please be okay Taebear, Eomma loves you so much" he said and wiped his tears. He then turned to Jungkook "please take care of him and yourself" he requested and Jungkook nodded his head.

One by one everyone said bye and left the room. Hoseok was the last to leave. He went to his best friend and pulled him in a hug. He patted Jungkook's back encouragingly "don't worry, he will be okay" he assured Jungkook.

"He will be, won't he?" Jungkook whispered.

"Hmm he will be. But you have to be strong for him. You will do that, stay strong, won't you?" Hoseok said and Jungkook nodded his head in affirmation "hmm I will be, I will be strong for my Tae" he told his best friend.

Hoseok broke the hug "I will leave now. See you tomorrow okay" he said and exited the room. Leaving Jungkook alone with sleeping Tae.

As Hoseok left, Jungkook turned and went to the bed where Tae was sleeping only to find him frowning and rolling his head on the pillow, still sleeping. He looked really restless, he was clenching and unclenching his palms as if trying to hold something.

Jungkook's eyes widened seeing him like that, he rushed to the bed and sat on it. He held Tae's right hand in his left and started caressing his face with the other hand, trying to calm him.

"Ssh... baby... it's okay... it's okay" he said. And heard Tae mumbling something in his sleep. He went close to Tae's lips to hear clearly what the boy was mumbling. He felt like someone was squeezing his heart as he heard Tae mumbling,

"Kookie.. Kookie don't leave... please Kookie don't leave me... please come back...." Tae was mumbling this in his unconscious state and tears were flowing from the corner of his eyes.

Tears welled up in Jungkook's eyes hearing those words and seeing his tears, even in his unconscious state Tae was requesting him to not leave, he was asking Jungkook to come back. How much pain the boy must have gone through that even though he was sleeping, he wasn't able to rest. He was crying even in his unconscious state.

Jungkook very carefully picked Tae up and placed his head on his chest, near his heart. He hugged the boy close to his heart, his arms were wrapped protectively around the small body of Tae. Jungkook brought his lips near Tae's ear and whispered "I am here, I am here with you. I am not leaving. I came back. Please don't cry anymore. I am here now......" he kept sweet nothings to Tae's ear.

Jungkook kept sitting on the bed in the same position, holding his love, his life, his Tae close to his heart, hugging him and whispering sweet words to him.

Tae finally calmed after sometime, feeling Jungkook's warmth surrounding him, hearing his sweet words. He once again slipped into deep slumber.

Jungkook felt the boy in his arms calming down, he pulled a little from the hug still holding Tae carefully with one hand and wiped his tears with another. Once he was done clearing his baby's face of the tears, he gently laid the boy on the bed and almost immediately Tae whined not feeling Jungkook's warmth around him.

Jungkook bent over and placed his lips on Tae's forehead, kissing him lovingly "I am here, I am here" he mumbled "go back to sleep, I am here only" he carefully laid beside Tae and gently pulled the boy in his embrace. He kissed the top of Tae's head "sleep my love sleep, I am here, I am with you, I love you so much baby, I am never going to leave you, trust me and sleep" he told the boy in his arms.
