I push the stroller down the sidewalk, the cool fall air still warm against my face. The twins coo happily, their eyes darting in every direction. The fall leaves match their little bows.

I see Nathaniel sitting on a bench a few feet away. When he spots us, he stands up, rushing over to wrap me in a hug.

"Hey, babe."

He kneels down in front of his daughters.

"Hey little ones."

I smile at the sight.

He stands up, walking beside me as we start the walk again.

"Can I ask you a question?"

"You can ask me anything, Nate."

I turn to face him as I stop but he's nowhere in sight. I turn completely around, gasping.

He's down on one knee.

"Cecilia Sara Logan, will you marry me?"
