"Mmm". I opened my eyes and Yoongi was the first thing I saw. "Yoo... Oof". Yoongi jumps on my and kisses all over my face. "Hey, that tickles". I giggled. "Thank god, you're ok". Yoongi sighs in relief. "How long have I been out?". I asked. "One whole day". Yoongi answered. "I was about to end the world Jimin, I'm telling you". Yoongi said and I laughed.
"I'm sorry". I said. "Don't be, I was ready to...". "No, I mean from hiding this from you". I said. "I'm sorry". I repeated. "You can be angry at me if you like". I told him. "Why would I be angry at you?". Yoongi asked. "How can I be angry at you? Its impossible". Yoongi says. "I...". "Look at me". Yoongi said and I did. Yoongi cups my cheeks and leans his forehead on mines.
"I'm not angry and I will never be angry at you, alright?". Yoongi said. "If you wanted to do something then you do it". Yoongi said. "But next time, give me a letter or a text so I won't be anxious, can you do that?". Yoongi asked and I nodded. "I don't deserve you". I sniffed. "That's my line". Yoongi chuckled. "And what happened to you saying that we deserve each other?".
"No, that's true, we do". I said. "Good". Yoongi kissed me. "Now sleep". Yoongi pushes me down on the bed. "But I'm not sleepy". I told him. "Look at me and tell me if I care". Yoongi said. "Then come lay with me". I said. "When I come back". Yoongi tucks me in. "You're leaving me". I pout. "Just for a while". Yoongi kissed my head. "Don't go". I gave him puppy eyes and Yoongi's whole face goes red.
"You can kill people like that you know". Yoongi said. "Umm... Yoongi... Your nose". I said and Yoongi touches the blood. "Damn it Jimin! You gave me a nose bleed!". Yoongi yelled. "I didn't hit you". I tilted my head. "Really?". Yoongi glared at me and I giggled. "Are you going to stay with me now?". I asked with a smile on my face. "You gave me a fucking made bleed". Yoongi growled. "Its not my fault you're weak for me".

Yoongi stares angrily at me and I just bat my eyelashes at him. "I'm going home". Yoongi said and I laughed. "Say hi to your brother for me". I said. "No". Yoongi hissed walking to the door. "Yoonie". I say and he stops. "I love you". I said. "I love you too". Yoongi says and runs out.
"He's so cute".

Seeker
The Gods are dead As they bled dry, so did the magic which gave them birth. In the new era of technology, its pathetic remnants must hide in the shadows or be locked away. In the ancient era of magic two beings often stood out: Galileo, an immortal scholar obsessed with knowledge and Angelica, the most loyal servant of the greatest among the now dead Gods. But why are they worthy of mention? Because after millennia of isolation, the two emerge in the new world beyond their reckoning. The entire story is told from the third person, however, each chapter will be told from the perspective of only one of the characters. This will be signified by the first letter of their names after the chapter number to avoid confusion. I submitted this fiction as a [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] as well as a participant in National Novel Writing Month. The original challenge had been to finish this entire faction within the month of November reaching the 55.5k word minimum. This goal had been achieved. I do not own the cover picture

The robotic submarine can reach the ocean floor and returning by an expertly trained AI. Tensions flare between the United States and China, while cyberattack threatens the project. Meanwhile, Dalton, a self-sabotaging synthetic data engineer, longs to make a name for himself in the scientific community, even at the cost of being infamous. Unknown to Earth, alien society has penetrated up the kilometers of ice, and has long researched ‘Nullworld,’ the mysterious ‘ether’ beyond the ice from which no sonar returns. Tensions in their global society have escalated as their city-state fights with a neighbor whose hydrothermal vent has run cold. Now the military caste is in control, halted all research, and pressed capable scientists and engineers into militia service. The alien scientist must escape and bring back research he hopes will diffuse tensions: the revelation of another water world. This is the second hard sci-fi novel by author Eric Kay (No Lack of Sunshine). It explores issues of data integrity in the age of adversarial information warfare, moving minds away from the brink of war, and experience versus knowledge by proxy.

Murderously Disturbed
This collection chronicles the horrific contents of my brain in poetic form. This is not for the faint of heart. It contains terrifying moments of murder, suicide, mayhem, rituals, hauntings, and nightmares in various poetic forms from ballads to sonnets and many more. Most of these pieces are oneshot tales, but the "Haunted Blades" ballad sequence is marked with an asterisk (*) throughout the collection to denote an interconnected series of poems.
