《Tippy's Notebook》Wattpad Goals for 2021, recap

HAPPY NEW YEAR HUMANSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!
I know 2020 was a very hard year for a lot of us, but I really hoped that the books gave you guys even a little bit of joy through it all. It definitely helped me keep my head above water for a lot of it.
But as we enter a new year, it's time to look back on my goals and see if I achieved them before making any new ones. So let's see how well I did
--------------
1 - Delicate
I'm not surprised I achieved this because I was 3/4 there at the start of 2021, but I am really happy with the end product of Delicate.
It took a very long time to write the book, but it was worth it all to me as it was my favourite book to write to date. I love love love Will and Damon's relationship, so much so that I can read the book 5 times over within a month lmfao.
I know I still haven't done the Coronation and Bottoming extras for the book, but I feel free to do those whenever I wish because they're not consequential to the actual story, more like happy added extras.
But yeah, we achieved this YAYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!
2 - Master
Now I'm actually a little surprised with this, I didn't think I'd make it because it was really hard for me to write Master sometimes.
I love love love the book and the characters, but expressing Lincoln and Kalem's emotions and thought processes is really challenging when they're almost complete opposites. It makes updating consistently hard because I have to change my mindset to the other, see things from their pov and then adjust to where they are in the storyline.
It's much harder with them than my other couples, but that's not to say it's not worth it, because it definitely is.

Master is such a fun book to write and as we dive into the deep heart of it, I can't wait to see how you all react to the coming chapters!!!!!
3 - Control
I just squeezed this in before the end of the year lmfaooo.
I was ready to start Control for a while, but I wanted to be 100% sure that I was ready to commit to another book, new characters and a new journey, so I didn't rush the start.
But we finished Delicate in good time and Control got it's start!!!
I've only written 2 chapters but you guys have been so amazing in the comments already, with theories, thoughts and reactions and it's honestly so amazing when we've just started!!!
I'm so excited for us to continue to book together!!
4 -
I AM VERY VERY FUCKING HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE EXCEEDED THIS GOALD LIKE CRAZY.
When I set this goal last year, I had 360 Patrons, today, I have 600. Now that number fluctuates monthly as people join, leave and change tiers, but still, we've been well over 400 for months now and that's just fucking insane!!!
Every single month I'm left screaming when I look at all the stats, and it's honestly just the best feeling in the world.
So for all who are subscribed, by choice or by their ability to do so, thank you so so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5 - Do more
Last year, I didn't do nearly as much of these as I would've liked to, but I definitely did quite a few.
We had some amazing moments with lots of uploads across all platforms, or even for one book, and they're never easy to do, but I love seeing how happy you guys are when I do them.

'm going to downsize from the bigger uploads because I already write long chapters and when I try to do 4 or more of those long chapters, I end up overwhelming myself.
So I'm taking that pressure away. If I do achieve it across my different platforms and books, then great, but if not, I don't want to stress myself out.
6 - Make every reader
At this point, it's a given, right? Loool.
Man the tears I'm bout to drag out of you hoes in Control hahahahahaha, you ain't ready!!!!
--------------------
Wow, so for the first time EVER, I have achieved all of my goals!!!!!!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
This is a whole new type of joy like lmfaoo, especially since I had lots going on last year, this is just a really good feeling to know that I achieved all my goals!!!!
Nah wtf, I'm so happy!
I wouldn't be able to carry on like this without all of you, so I'd just like to say thank you so much for sticking with me through all the years, whether you're new or old to the family, I really appreciate you being here.
I know some months my update frequency falls over the place, but it's really really nice that even so, putting my best foot forward is enough.
So, yeah, thank you!!!!
If you're interested, I'll be doing another list like this for 2022, with the same set-up as last year since that seemed to work out really well for me!
Love you all, Tippy!!

An Advance in Time
In the year 2050, nanotech was invented that allowed humanity to do what it does best: ignore reality. Jason was a project manager at Razor, Inc. where those simulations were crafted and improved every day. That is, until an accident with a power outage and a poorly-coded backup protocol saw his consciousness transferred to a server and his body in a coma for the foreseeable future. With the corporate vultures circling around what they see as a new piece of company software, Jason finds himself in one of the simulations he used to design. If you enjoy kingdom-building, strategy, technological progression and big challenges, you’ll likely enjoy An Advance In Time. The Lord of the Opera house (DISCONTINUED)
The Zürtzün Empire. Once a mighty nation, it was plunged into war, completely devastating it. The people of Zürtzün felt deep bitterness towards their former enemies and intense anger towards their King, who they felt had betrayed them by dragging them into a war they didn't want to be a part of. The drastically falling popularity of the King marked the beginning of a war fought within the Imperial capital of Zürtzün, a war of deception and political intrigue with many different parties vying for power in the face of the King's decline. But one party proved to be more ruthless than the rest. The Adlerschrank emerged a powerful party and wiped off almost all their opponents right off the map. They seized control of the Imperial capital and the rest of Zürtzün, placing their leader, the Herrscher, at the top position of power. He was charismatic and passionate and the people of the Empire came to adore him more than they ever did their King. With his dangerous fanaticism, he won them over. He promised them wealth. He promised them power. He promised them vengeance. He promised them a war, one where the Empire would reestablish itself and crush its enemies. With the eastern lowlands under their iron grip and the ever-growing wariness from their snow-laden neighbour, Myromnmiat, the Empire and its cohorts are left at a crossroads. Is it finally to reclaim the Empire's lost glory? Or will war make the mighty Zürtzün draw it's last breath? But deep in the heart of the nation, a poison is brewing. The Opera house, the enforcers of the Herrscher's rule and the exterminators of the Empire's "pests", has been neglected and left to rot. Or so it goes, in the eyes of a seemingly insignificant, but hardworking desk writer. He plans to escape the clutches of the Opera house but inadvertently plunges himself headfirst into the house's affairs...
