I'm making this post to stop miscommunication and I really don't want any more messages telling me about this situation after this.

Wattpad is only enforcing restrictions they already had in place, but never really checked for years. Now, if your books violate their guidelines, they remove them which they are legally allowed to do.

My books are a marked as 'Mature' which do protect me to an extent. However, they may decide that my books violate their guidelines in terms of Pornographic Content.

My scenes are explicit, there's no denying that, but I don't see them as pornographic. However, the guideline says that if your work exists solely for sexual stimulation, they will delete it.

That is not the case with my books as my books contain plot, character development, action etc, and hopefully they see that and leave them alone.

The only book I have which is clearly violating the guidelines is Perfect Mates.

That book has incest which is an illegal sex act in Canada - where Wattpad comes from.

For that reason, if Perfect Mates is taken down, Wattpad has every right to do so.

I may take it down myself to avoid any attention coming onto the rest of my account. I'll have to think on that this weekend.

If I do take it down, it'll be on Inkitt so don't worry about that.

Hopefully this clears things up for everyone, not only my books, but all books on the platform.

I will continue to update on Wattpad and I will start to update on Inkitt. Whichever platform you choose to use, is up to you.

Please do not message me telling me my books are going to be deleted, or to save them, or with any more of this, UNLESS it is to share new information released by Wattpad themselves.

I already have all my work saved and I'm doing as much as I can to protect my work.
