Jeongguk pretended he didn't hear Lisa and got in the car.

He closed the car door and looked at Taehyung who was looking back at him.

"Tae.. You're not jealous that I was with Lisa, right?", Jeongguk asked.

"No, not in the slightest. I was just a bit confused because I never see you two together. I'll never doubt your love for me or feel insecure. I.. well, I guess you can say that I trust you", Taehyung said, smiling.

Jeongguk stared at Taehyung for a while.

"Is there something on my face?", Taehyung asked, touching his face.

"No. I just love you so god damn much. You're too precious. What on Earth did I do to deserve you?", Jeongguk said, stroking Taehyung's hair.

"You existed. That factor alone is enough", Taehyung said.

"I would kiss you right now but if you look on the other side of your window, you'll see Lisa and Jennie fangirling", Jeongguk said, laughing.

Taehyung looked on his side of the window and Lisa along with Jennie, were indeed looking at them.

Taehyung whined. He really wanted to kiss Jeongguk.

"Are you upset that I can't kiss you?", Jeongguk teased.

"Shh. Just start driving and get us home"

"Finally! I'm home! Now I can relax. I'm exhausted", Taehyung said, falling on the couch.

"That's no way to get your energy back. Come here", Jeongguk said, pulling Taehyung up.

"Huh?"

Jeongguk then gave Taehyung a quick peck on the lips.

"That's to make up for earlier in the car", Jeongguk said.

Taehyung whined since a peck wasn't what he wanted. In fact, he wanted the kiss to be deeper and more passionate like how they used to be.

Jeongguk rolled his eyes playfully at Taehyung. He also longed for more but he didn't want to go overboard. He also thought it'd be fun to tease Tae. After all, Taehyung would always have the best and cutest reactions.

To lighten Taehyung's mood, Jeongguk gave him a tight hug.

"Noooo. I'm probably sweaty somewhere and smell bad. I bet you already took a shower", Taehyung said, trying to escape from Jeongguk's hold.

"I don't care. You're staying here in my arms", Jeongguk said, not letting him go.

"Please let me go. I'll take a quick shower and then we can cuddle all you want", Taehyung said.

"All I want?", Jeongguk questioned.

"Yes. All you want", Taehyung replied.

"Well, what are you waiting for? An invitation? Go and take a shower", Jeongguk said, dragging him upstairs to Taehyung's room.

"I-"

"Shhh", Jeongguk shushed him.

Taehyung rolled his eyes and looked for his nightwear clothing.

"Are you just gonna stand there waiting until I'm done, babe?", Taehyung asked, tilting his head to the side a bit.

"I don't know. May- Hold up, hold up. Did you just call me babe?", Jeongguk said with wide eyes. To be honest, it was the first time Taehyung ever called him a couple pet name and it for sure did things to Jeongguk.

"No, I didn't. You're hearing things", Taehyung lied.

"I know what I heard", Jeongguk said getting closer to Taehyung.

"Koo, look!! Your timberlands broke!", Taehyung exclaimed, clearly lying.

Jeongguk turned around at the speed of gay. After gazing where his timberlands were and saw that they were in perfect condition, he let out a deep breath he was holding.

He then heard the door of the bathroom close.

"Fuck you, Tae", Jeongguk mumbled before lying on Taehyung's bed, waiting for Taehyung to come out.

About 20 minutes had passed and Jeongguk was on his phone scrolling through Instagram.

Just then, Taehyung walked out of the bathroom wearing one of Jeongguk's white T-Shirts, (which he had stolen from Jeongguk himself) sleep shorts and a pair of black socks.

He then made his way to his room and didn't fail to get Jeongguk's attention.

"Isn't that my T-Shirt? How'd you get it if you didn't go in my room", Jeongguk asked.

"I stole it", Taehyung said proudly.

Jeongguk laughed and got up from Taehyung's bed. He then brought Taehyung in for a hug.

"Cuddles like you promised, alright?", Jeongguk questioned, tightening his hold on Taehyung's waist.

Taehyung only hummed as a response and hugged back. Both, enjoying the moment :)

Jeongguk and Taehyung spent the rest of the evening cuddling and giving each other pecks on the cheek or lips. They were having the time of their lives at home.

At some point, they had to go eat dinner but that didn't stop them. They even shared a plate. Taehyung would feed Jeongguk the food and would switch turns with him. If they didn't look like a couple, then I don't know who would. This continued until it was time to go to bed. Neither wanted to leave. Both of them wanted to stay and sleep together like the old times but one was too much of a coward to ask and the other still wasn't sure if they should take a step forward.

Man, I don't like this. I can't seem to fall asleep and it's pissing me off.

For fuck's sake it's been like 15 minutes! Why can't I fall asleep already?!

I tried all sorts of different positions to help me fall asleep but none worked!! What the hell?!

I then heard a knock at my door.

Tae's still up?

The door had opened, revealing Taehyung in his hooded blanket.

So cute. Wait, why is he here?

I turned on the lamp light so I can see better.

"What's wrong, baby?", I asked.

"Koo, I can't sleep"

"I know how you feel. Neither can I", I said, sighing.

This sucks...

Then it hit me.

"Why don't we cuddle and watch a movie until you fall asleep. Then, I'll take you to your room. How does that sound?", I said.

Taehyung smiled at me and said, "Yeah, I'd like that."

"Come here", I told him, opening my arms wide for him.

He then got on the bed and hugged me, snuggling his head on my chest. I don't think he's planning on letting go but it's not like I'm planning on it either.

"Better, don't you think?", I questioned.

Taehyung only hummed as a response.

"You still up for a movie?", I asked.

"Nooo. I want to stay like this. Without the movie", Taehyung said.

God, I love him.

I want to stay like this, too. With him by my side... If I could just stop being so pathetic and make the first move like I did before, Tae and I could be so much more now.

This feeling of comfort when I'm with him,.. I don't ever want it to go away.

Shit.

My eyelids feel heavy. Who knew that Tae was the one I needed to help me sleep. I then heard light snores coming from him.

I smiled.

I guess he needed me too.

I turned off the lamp light and covered him and I with the blankets, pulling him closer to me.

I smiled and kissed the top of his head.

"I Love You, Baby"

Those were the last words I said, before letting sleep take over me.
