"Oh, god. That was hard. Who knew kidnapping Jeongguk from school would be that difficult?", Hoseok said, panting along with the rest.

"Don't get me started on those girls who wouldn't let us take Jeongguk with us. They were like leaches! Leaches, I tell you!", Jimin said, wiping the sweat from his forehead with his hand.

"It was worse for me. I didn't even last 2 minutes after I kissed Koo", Taehyung said, snuggling his head on Jeongguk's chest.

"Yeah but Jeongguk yelled at them for you. What a cutie", Jin said.

"It's only natural that I would", Jeongguk said, inhaling Taehyung's scent.

"They're eating each other up. How disgusting", Yoongi said while clinging onto his boyfriend. Everyone looked at him.

"What?"

"You're no different", Hoseok stated as he rolled his eyes.

"What? Are you jealous?", Yoongi asked.

"Seriously? Of course, not!", Hoseok said.

"Awe, Hobi. If you wanted cuddles, you could have said so", Jimin said, leaving Yoongi to go hug Hoseok.

"No, you're not hugging him", Yoongi said, pulling Jimin by his right arm.

"Yoongiiii! I want cuddles", Hoseok said, grabbing Jimin by his left arm.

"I'm his boyfriend", Yoongi stated, pulling Jimin towards him.

"And I'm his best friend!", Hoseok stated as well, pulling Jimin towards him.

"I can hug both of you", Jimin said, his arms starting to hurt.

"NO", both Yoongi and Hoseok yelled in unison. And so,... the argument over Jimin proceeded.

"Should we stop them?", Jeongguk asked.

"Not really. It's always like this. Before, Jimin and Hobi fought over Yoongi", Namjoon stated.

"Yeah, like two days ago", Taehyung said, rolling his eyes.

"Now, Yoongi and Hoseok are fighting over Jimin", Jin continued.

"What have I missed since I left?", Jeongguk asked nervously.

"A whole lot", Taehyung said.

"You know... I was thinking. I haven't spent much time with you guys as a group. Would it be alright if we went out tomorrow?", Jeongguk said.

"Will you pay for the food?", Yoongi asked.

"Yoongi, you should be the one to pay. You never pay anything for anyone unless it's your boyfriend, Tae or Hoseok", Jin said. Yoongi glared at him as a result.

"What do you mean by me as well?", Hoseok asked a bit confused.

"Oh, that's-"

"Don't you dare say a thing", Yoongi warned.

"Remember those pair of shoes that you wanted on your birthday last year?" , Jin questioned.

"Shut up, Jin", Yoongi told him.

"That's a random question but yes, I do. Thank you, Joon. For like the hundredth time. I love them", Hoseok said smiling.

"It wasn't me, actually. It was Yoongi who bought them for you. He told me-"

"Didn't I tell you two to keep your mouth shut?", Yoongi questioned.

"Awee. That's so cute, babe", Jimin cooed.

"So.. it was Yoongi?.. All this time I thought you found me annoying and didn't like me. I felt like you forced yourself to talk to me", Hoseok said quietly.

"On the contrary. Yoongi adores you. I remember him worrying about not getting the right size. He said something like this. 'Fuck.. I hope I didn't get the wrong size. It's my best friend's birthday. I hope I don't ruin it'. It's not exactly what he said but it's close enough", Namjoon said.

"Why the fuck do you expose me like that?!", Yoongi asked annoyed.

"Here I thought you couldn't get more cuter. You're amazing", Hoseok said, giving Yoongi a tight hug. This time though, Yoongi didn't complain. He didn't want Hoseok's feelings to get hurt so he lightly hugged back.

"Okay, enough. I want my boyfriend now", Jimin interrupted.

"Fine. Imma just go and cuddle with Joon", Hoseok said.

"Get one step near my boyfriend and I'll hit you with my secret weapon", Jin said, making Hoseok pout.

"Come here, Hobi. I'll cuddle with you", Taehyung said, embracing Hoseok.

To everyone's surprise, Jeongguk didn't argue with Hoseok or get jealous. Other than the two who were cuddling, everyone else looked at Jeongguk with wide eyes.

"What?", Jeongguk asked.

"You're not getting jealous? Shocker", Yoongi marked.

"I've become more mature. Plus, I'm very much aware of Taehyung's feelings for me. I know he doesn't like Hoseok. I have no right to get jealous. They're close friends so it's understandable that they'd hug and stuff", Jeongguk said.

A few seconds later, Yoongi started clapping. Jimin, Jin, Namjoon, and Hoseok following along.

"Should I be proud? The stupid, oblivious, and retard Jeongguk who for some unknown reason has good looks....... has a brain?", Jimin said shocked.

"I ain't stupid", Jeongguk defended himself.

"No,.. you're not. You're just a retarded eighteen year old that realized his feelings for Taehyung after almost what? Four years? Oh, let's not forget he tried to cover that up with 'I'm straight as a circle'. Wait, shit. I meant 'as a line'. My bad", Yoongi said, rolling his eyes.

"Right. Then we have Taehyung over here who was oblivious to his feelings at first but became the most obvious type of person when he realized them. Yet, Jeongguk still didn't notice it", Jin said.

Both Taehyung and Jeongguk just glared at both of them.

"Seriously though...", Namjoon tried to say but stopped since he didn't know how to put it.

"What are you two?" , Yoongi continued for Namjoon in the most blunt way possible.

Taehyung and Jeongguk looked at each other, not knowing the answer themselves.

"This is how I see it. Jeongguk loves Taehyung. Taehyung loves Jeongguk. Taehyung wants to date Jeongguk but Jeongguk is afraid of commitment. So instead, the two just kiss and do couple things to satisfy one another", Hoseok said.

"You make it sound like they're using each other. Clearly, both love each other but kiss and do all that to hide from the so called 'commitment'. Mainly Jeongguk. At first, it was because they were afraid the other wouldn't feel the same. Now, it's because Jeongguk is scared of a relationship", Namjoon said.

"This is confusing", Jimin said, rubbing his forehead with his fingers.

"I don't get it, Jeongguk. Why can't you date Tae? It's obvious that you two love each other and all. I think anyone can tell that you both will last forever", Jin said.

"Then why don't you all answer this question of mine", Jeongguk said sternly, catching everyone's attention.

Jeongguk looked at Taehyung when he spoke...

"What does a relationship even prove? Why does the status 'dating' or 'boyfriend' have to determine what I have with Tae? He and I already do practically everything that couples do, so why put so much thought on a title? In the end, isn't it just the satisfaction of proving to others that we're together? My actions show more than that. They show how much I love him. I don't see the need for a title. So, I'll repeat myself. Why is that status so important if the two people can see that they're already together?"
