Bennett returned to the classroom with their teacher.
"Alright class, as a result of recent events, Kuro will not be joining us on our trip. Maybe next time we should avoid trying to frame other students."
Bennett sat at his desk with Razor, exhaling with relief, "Well. at least it was resolved." He turned to Razor, placing a hand on top of his,"Thank you for standing up for me."
Razor smiled softly before looking down at Bennett's hand, resisting the urge to flip his hand over to hold Bennett's.
"The teacher said I could still go on the trip." Bennett murmured, pulling his hand away from Razor's to bring out his note taking materials,"So we'll still be able to go together." He paused,"Wait, you want to room with me, right?"
Razor nodded. Why wouldn't he want to share a room with his crush? And he wouldn't have to deal with his foster mom and her children for a while too.
The entire trip was a win for Razor.
"Oh okay, good." Bennett turned to the front of the classroom where the teacher was talking.
After about a minute, he turned to Razor again,"Um.. do you wanna come to my house after school?"
Razor pulled out his phone, not seeing a message from his foster mother.
He turned to Bennet, nodding again.
"Okay." Bennett whispered.

"I just realized, you're here with me today so we should bake something!" Bennett exclaimed, pushing his bedroom door open and dropping his bag on the floor beside his desk.
Razor sat on the rug in front of Bennett's bed and gave the boy an encouraging smile.
"Okay, let's make pizza, I think we have ingredients for that." Bennett started thinking to himself out loud.
Even with Razor not talking, the energy between the two of them felt lively.
"I'll be right back Razor!" Bennett left the room and went to go check for the ingredients he was looking for.

Razor sighed, relaxing on the floor.
Li Jing:
Why didn't you go get the kids?
Li Jing:
Razor.
Li Jing:
Where are you right now?
Li Jing:
I took you in as a foster child for the benefits, you should be grateful you're not where you used to be.
Li Jing:
The least you could do is help me.
Li Jing:
Come home and prepare dinner.
Razor felt his stomach drop at the messages Ji Ling was sending. He couldn't figure out if he should leave the messages on read, or rush home.
"Okay~ I have everything set up- Razor?"
Bennett approached the male and squatted down in front of him,"Hey.. are you doing okay?"
Razor couldn't even focus on how close Bennett's face was to his.
"You don't look too good.." Bennett placed the back of his hand against Razor's forehead. "Oh you're not having a fever.." Bennett's hand trailed down to up Razor's face.
"Did something happen?"
Razor hesitated for a moment before just turning his phone screen around and showing Bennett what Li Jing had said.
Bennett gasped softly before frowning,"D-do you need to go back?"
Razor looked at Bennett's concerned face and just shook his head. He grabbed Bennett's hand and pulled the male closer so they were sitting beside each other.
"..Razor?"
"Can I.. tell you about.. my past?" He asked in a soft voice.
Bennett nodded,"Of course. You can tell me anything. I'll just listen and comfort you."
Razor took a deep breath. This would be his first time talking so much in years. "A-are you sure?"
"You only have to tell me what you're comfortable with."
・:*:・
"Are you serious?! I don't want to raise him on my own!" Razor's mother yelled at the man in the driveway.
"I don't care for children! No one told you to have him! I told you to get rid of him!"
"I don't want to do this alone!" As He yelled.
"Well figure that out on your own!" The man slammed his car door and started the car.

Filled with anger and desperation, the woman ran after him, trying to stop him from leaving the driveway.
"You crazy bitch, get away before you get run over!"
"You can't leave me!"
The man reversed the car from the driveway and left the woman yelling after him.
She screamed with anger before falling to the floor, crying over the man.
"Mommy?" Two year old Razor whined, holding his blanket in the doorway.
The woman turned to him,"You ruined everything!" She pushed past the child and he fell to the floor, tears welling up in his eyes as he sobbed there.
The baby cried for a while before stopping,"M-mommy I'm hungry!" He whined.
"Shut up you brat! I hate you! And I hate your annoying voice!"
The woman stormed into the kitchen, grabbing food, she returned to the child and tossed a box of cereal to him.
Razor sniffled, and ate the food slowly.

【Eight Years Later】
"He caused trouble at school?! How?!" Razor's mother yelled into the phone.
The woman left her work early to pick up her son whom she'd only grown to resent in the past few years.
The woman grabbed Razor by his forearm and pulled him close,"What did he do now?"
"He broke some ceramic art pieces that were in the hallway. You'll have to pay the school." The teacher spoke calmly.
"How much?" She asked.
Razor couldn't remember the amount, but he did remember that that was the last straw for her.
As usual, she took him home and ignored him.
Razor went to his room, doing his schoolwork quietly. The boy was practically silent in his own house. Any time he tried to speak up, she would yell at him and comment on how much she hated his voice.
The nine year old finished his schoolwork and went to make himself a sandwich to eat.
With clumsy hands, he made his food and sat down at the kitchen table.
He watched as his mother moved around the house in a rush, grabbing items and throwing them into bags.
Razor observed her with curious eyes, finishing his food and finding himself feeling sleepy. The child stood up, and went to sleep without any dinner.
When he awoke the next morning, he found that the house was empty, and the front door was unlocked.
"Mommy..?" The boy whispered with a soft voice as he hadn't spoken in years.
There was no response.
Razor had been abandoned.
・:*:・
"I guess.. I just stayed quiet because I didn't want to be left behind again.. I thought that's why she had left me."
Bennett sobbed and wrapped his arms around Razor.
"I'm so sorry!"
"It's okay, I'm fine.." Razor hugged Bennett back.
Bennett looked up at him and wiped his eyes,"I won't leave you behind." He whispered.
Razor blushed,"Bennett.."
"I'm serious." Bennett sniffled.
"Thank you." Razor sighed,"I feel drained from talking." He murmured.
Bennett pulled Razor so he could lay his head on Bennett's shoulder.
"Oh wait- can you stay the night?" Bennett wiped his eyes.
Razor shook his head. "But I will anyways." He whispered, admiring the red hue on Bennett's cheeks.
Bennett stood up, attempting to compose himself, "I'm going to make something quick so we can eat together and then sleep."
Razor nodded and watched as Bennett went to go make them food.
Bennett returned to his room with grilled cheese for him and Razor half an hour later,"Here. And I'll grab you clothes to sleep in."
Razor took the food gratefully and began to eat. He was just now realizing how hungry he was after talking for so long.
Bennett looked in his closet for additional clothes. "Also I asked my dads, and they said you could sleep over.. but the problem is we don't have a guest bed.." Bennett began,"Are you okay with sharing a bed with me?"
Razor nodded.
"Okay." Bennett placed extra clothes for Razor on the bed and sat down across from Razor on the floor. Bennett started to eat his own grilled cheese.
Razor finished, drinking his cup of water and watching Bennett in silence. The male's eyes were swollen from crying.
Bennett said he won't leave me.. then.. I don't need to confess. Razor thought to himself.

Summoner's Journey
[Before you read - the story is officially dead. The reasons behind it are posted in the last chapter.] In a magic world on the verge of an industrial revolution, Ari Ragnarsson must uncover the truth behind his parents' disappearance. They were part of an organization known as the Order, which protects mankind from various threats - both human and supernatural. Now, after Ari's brands finally manifest, he leaves the safety of his village and travels to the continent. Strength is all that matters in this world and he must learn how to control his powers. There, he meets a man from another world, who's being hunted for merely existing. Their fates become intertwined, but not in a way either of them would appreciate. Author's note (contains minor non-story related spoilers about the MC and setting) This is a progression fantasy with LITRPG elements sprinkled on top. The main character is not a spellsword, but a summoner/support mage hybrid. Since he wasn't ambushed by a random god, there's no cheat item/spell and he has to rely on his skills and wits to survive in a world full of monsters. The story tries to show the moment when the old starts to be replaced by the new, with a healthy dose of magic and a little steampunk in the background. Also, it revolves around a party dynamic akin to RPG sessions. No health/mana bars. Numbers are secondary and the LITRPG elements focus more on classes/spells/runes and their evolutions. Tables are sparse at the beginning, but from chapter 7 onwards they appear more often. Still, I won't be copy-pasting the whole character sheet dozens of times per chapter.

My Good Friend Murphy
***Disclaimer*** I wrote and am writing this purely for my own amusement. That means that this could have major revisions done to it sporadically, it has more grammar errors than even the most mentally stable grammar nazi could withstand, and will not update at all regularly. This is an ad-hoc fun experimental work with forced motives, plotholes, and static characters. Don't expect too much. That said, this mutated mistake of a short novella follows a ditzy MC who has been transported to a new world with the dubiously useful skills origin and enigma and the obnoxiously imbalanced skill, traveler. If you'd like more incentive to give it a shot, you will never get spoilers about the plot because there isn't one (Actual synopsis coming soon, relative to eternity)

Alistair’s Great and Powerful Startup Dungeon
The Great Golden Hero Thorian the Fair is dead! Ok, Great might have been a little much… and the only thing Golden about him was his armor. Fine! Thorian was an ego driven maniac that killed thousands of Adventurers in the pursuit of glory. Now that he has died the God of Rebirth is judging his soul and determined that the only creature Thorian can inhabit is a Dungeon Demon. Devoid of his divine luck and stripped of his power, the newly made Dungeon Demon Alistair must struggle Fang and Claw to build his new home. Sometimes cosmic justice exists and it’s a kick in the head.Author’s Note: Hey, if you like Town/Dungeon building please come in and read my story. My main focus will be writing a fun story about a struggling demon trying to gain power and a little bit of safety in his new life. Occasionally, a chapter will deal with the outside world and how Alistair’s home changes some people’s lives. Sadly, there will be errors in spelling and grammar, but I am being up front about it, please leave specific feedback and I will gladly correct it.
