《Drama Club [Rannett]》Chapter 5

Razor's words repeated in Bennett's head like a broken record.
"They wouldn't care anyway. No use."
Does he think that's normal? He was so obviously ill.
He hadn't come to school, let alone talk to Bennett since their little disagreement.
While worrying, it's given Bennett time; time to think.
Does he really like Razor in such a way? Like, romantically? Sure he thought so, but would he go as far as to say he wants to date him?
Who could he consult on the matter? Is there anyone he knows that could potentially help him?
The most competent he feels are Barbara, Kokomi, or...
"Heizou! I need your help!" Heizou and Scaramouche glanced back to see a desperate Bennett, practically begging Heizou for god knows what.
"Woah, calm down! Whatcha need?" "Help!" Scaramouche rolled his eyes. "No shit? Be specific." He spat. "Come with me, Heizou!" Bennett grabbed Heizou before either him or Scaramouche could interject. "Hey! Get the fuck back here you imbecile!" Scaramouche
screamed. "I-I'll see you later, Scara!"
Having only known Heizou for a few days, he knew no other way to approach him other than whisking him away.
"Okay, okay, calm down! You good?" Heizou looked at him, concern laced his face as Bennett tried to form a sentence.
"I...like...confused?"
"No? Don't like?"
"Razor."
"Razor! You're confused if you like Razor or not!" Heizou gleamed triumphantly. "Yes." Bennett buried his face in his arms sadly.
"It's pretty obvious honestly! You two are all over each other and not a couple yet? I saw the picture you know!" "I'm so confused though!" Bennett sighed.
"Okay, slow down and brief me!" Heizou said, grabbing a little notebook from his bag and flipping through the pages with a pen. "As you wish Mister Detective." Bennett grinned.

"Okay, so what I understand is, you've been curious, but you thought you now had a crush on Razor, but now you think it could've been peer pressure from your sister and your cousin, but until now you've been satisfied with just saying you have a crush on him to save you the time, but since he hasn't been in school you've been thinking, and your left in the dark wether you like him or not now?" "..." "Well?" "Yeah."
"Well that's my deduction but I'm not good with love, go ask Kokomi, she'll know what to do, take this to her though." Heizou said, ripping the page out of the book and handing it to Bennett. "Like a real detective aren't you? All formal n' stuff." Bennett smiled, grabbing the paper from Heizou.
"See you!" "Yes, and don't do anything regrettable partner!" "Yeah, sure."
"Kokomi! Can I talk to you for a second? You know, if your guard dog doesn't mind." Bennett smirked as Sara's face contorted from passiveness to anger. "Shut up." She deadpanned, turning around.
"Ahah... sorry. Sure, but what do you need?" Kokomi laughed nervously as Sara tried not to lash out at Bennett.
"Oh just advice...? I heard you're good with that?" "Oh that's sweet, sure! I'll see you soon, Sara?" Sara glanced back. "Yeah, see you."
Bennett and Kokomi sat in the Cooking Club room since it was the only vacant classroom. "So, what do you need advice with?" "Um... here." Bennett handed Kokomi Heizou's paper.
"A paper? Heizou made this?! Hehe, so extravagant for what..." Kokomi suppressed a loud laugh as she read over the paper.
Kokomi nodded. "Hm... this is interesting but not anything new. As of now, you think you've had a crush on him for... a week?" "At most, I guess."

"Well maybe you need to give it time? Don't box yourself like this so soon, knowing someone for a week then rushing to the conclusion you like them could feel stressful. It could pressure you to think 'I like them, I do' when, actually, you don't. Doing this is like gaslighting yourself into believing what isn't true, but what you might want to be true. You shouldn't declare to yourself you like Razor unless you're confident about it." Kokomi explained.
Bennett blinked a few times. "Oh." Bennett said. "That's all? Hm, well I'll let you think about it!" "Wait, Kokomi!" Bennett called before she could leave the room. "Thank you." She smiled back at him. "My pleasure."

Naga rising (Final version)
Eshanai used to think that her life was pretty good, that the elders of her tribe of Naga sisters had their best interests at heart. But one suspiciously regular disaster after another sort of makes you question things. So when Eshanai decides to go out on the island to do the unthinkable, break some rules, and nothing terrible happens to her like the elders said it would, her questions start to multiply. What else could the elders be wrong about? Were the Naga really chosen by the spirits? And could there be other people out there, beyond their island? Follow Eshanai and some of her sisters as she tries to find a way to leave the island and comes up with increasingly creative ways to get into a certain Oni's pants. Author's note: This is not a rewrite of my original Naga rising story. It's more of a reimagining, as it contains many of the same characters and settings but will have a completely different plot. Be advised that the two are not related to one another. This should not be seen as any form of sequel or prequel story. So I have caught up to my backlog, and at first, I thought I could release a chapter once a week. That turned out to be unrealistic as I am writing in my spare time, so periods of inaction might not be uncommon. Some of the tags might not come into effect until later on in the story.
