Y/N's PoV-
Voting time came, and It turns out we were right about Angie. It was time for her execution and I felt no guilt. She deserves it, she deserves all. I watched as she was dragged off by the neck.
Himiko didn't deserve to die. Her execution was short and gruesome. Blood splattered all over the place, a small splash landing on my face. My eyes widened as I wiped it off with my thumb, staring at it. My hand shook, fear finally kicking in. The harsh reality of this game came down on me. There is no escape from here. I'll never escape. We're all gonna-
"Y/N, It's over. Let's go back."Whispered Amami, his voice shaking.
"...."
He carried me to the dorms, setting me down in my bed.
"Get some rest, okay? I'll see you when you wake up."He said, starting to leave.
I grabbed his hand weakly.
"D-Don't go. P-Please....I'm scared..."I whispered.
I hate being vulnerable...
"Alright."
He pulled over a chair and sat beside my bed. I entwined my shaking hand with his warm one, falling asleep instantly.
.
.
I woke up to Amami's head on my bed, his hand on my waist. he smells nice. He has really soft looking skin....I wonder how his lips feel- wait what? What am I thinking?! A blush rose to my S/C face.
"Amami?"I whispered.
His face was red, he looked like he was....sweating? He let out a low groan. Is he....no way. My face turned bright red.
"A-Amami wake up"
I tried to get out of his grip, but he just just held me closer. This is so embarrassing...I shook his shoulder.
"Mm..."He groaned, slowly opening his eyes.
He blinked, realising the situation he was in.
"U-U-Uh I-"He stuttered, backing up.

"$10 and some food and I'll forget the ever happened."I interrupted.
"D-Deal."
He pulled out $10 and handed it to me.
"What kind of food do you want?"He mumbled, avoiding eye contact.
I sat up, brushing my H/C hair from my face.
"Hm....Two steaks, a bowl of cereal and a ton of candy!"I smirked.
He nodded, leaving for the dining hall. I sighed, the blush leaving my face. Did he watch that movie I found in the film room or something?
.
.
I glanced at the replaced mirror. The shards still littered the floor.
"I should really clean this up."I sighed.
I scooted onto the floor, trying not to injure my leg any more. I started to pick up the pieces, but I cut my hand in the process.
"You're so clumsy..."Amami said from behind me.
I turned around, my eyes lighting up.
"Foood!"I cheered.
"I brought you some books too. You need to let your leg heal for a day or two before you can go anywhere."He said, placing the food and books on my shelf beside the bed.
He grabbed some bandages out of his pocket and kneeled down. Amami gently took my hand and placed the bandage on my cut.
"Thank you, Amami."I smiled.
He picked me up bridal style and set me in the bed once
"No problem. I'll be back later to check on you alright?"
"Wait, take my key. I won't have much use for it seeing as I can't leave."I said, handing him my room key.
He smiled and nodded.
"I hope you like the books I chose. See you later Y/N"
"Later, Amami."

A Ten Pound Bag
A serial saga with short chapters published each and every morning to read over your coffee or tea. This is a "versus life" story with no great evil to face just life in a hard place during a hard time. Our hero and his companions get catapulted back in time and must find a way to not only survive but prosper. This story is definitely "R" rated maybe even NC-17 but don't expect explosions, blood and orgasms at every page turn. Bad words and uncomfortable topics are addressed in this story, this is not for every reader. This is a technical story and develops slowly at first, full technical details, maps and research are available over on Patreon. I hope you enjoy this story as much as I am. -Emmeran
