Chapter 354: 354
An A+ rank strange creature did not need to sleep at all. Flanders was a scarecrow, so he did not need to sleep.
After a sleepless night, Flanders had a clear understanding of the road ahead.
On the magical side, Flanders decided to dominate. He did not have to dominate all of them. He could dominate anyone he disliked.
On the ordinary side, Flanders was prepared to gain fear points through movies, novels, comics, and TV series.
At present, these were the most important things in Flanders’s plan.
The next day, Flanders received a message from Mallory. The special envoy of the Hanluo Sect had arrived in Coase City.
The special envoy of the Hanluo Sect was prepared to form an alliance with Flanders.
The Hanluo Sect was an organization that would not give up until they saw results. The reason why they formed an alliance with Flanders was that Flanders had subdued the two magic inheritance families.
The Albert family’s large-scale operation in Coase City had long been observed by others.
Their every move was monitored. The Hanluo Sect was a loyal partner of the Barrow United States. They had the right to inquire about the information of the magical side.
After sharing the information with the 114th Special Combat Division, the Hanluo Sect received a shocking piece of information.
The news that the scarecrow had subdued the Scott family and the Albert family came as a big surprise.
The upper echelons of the Hanluo Sect had an emergency discussion. They had agreed to establish an alliance with the scarecrow.
Being able to control two families with magic heritage at the same time, the Hanluo Sect believed that the scarecrow could defeat Graham.
The Hanluo Sect sent Abbott Balk, an A+ rank mage, as an envoy to form an alliance with Flanders.
Flanders knew Abbott. The last time, Abbott had offered Reid as a favor to Flanders.

After helping Flanders, Flanders naturally could not be bothered to kill him. Thus, both sides had met once.
The Hanluo Sect believed that the scarecrow already enough strength and could fight Graham to the death.
When the Hanluo Sect appeared and helped the Scarecrow defeat Graham, the Hanluo Sect would benefit.
Before Graham arrived, Abbott decided not to contact the scarecrow for the time being.
When the scarecrow fought Graham, Abbott would watch from behind.
If the Scarecrow was easily defeated, it proved that the scarecrow was not suitable to form an alliance, and Abbott would leave quietly.
But if the scarecrow defeated Graham, it was enough to prove that he could form an alliance with the Hanluo Sect.
Even if it was a draw, it still had the strength to form an alliance with the Hanluo Sect.
The Hanluo Sect needed a role to resist the Salko Temple. The Hanluo Sect knew the Salko Temple very well.
It could destroy the Hanluo Sect with a flick of its finger. This was also an important reason why the Hanluo Sect and the government of the Barrow United States were closely linked.
The Hanluo Sect needed to stick to the government for support, and the Barrow government needed the support of the magical forces. The two sides hit it off.
In fact, due to the pressure from the Salko Temple, many magical forces had almost formed an alliance with the Barrow United States government.
Even so, the Salko Temple was still acting on its own. As long as there was any A+ rank strange creature being born, the Salko Temple would take action.
There was once an elder from a small magical faction whose strange creature had evolved to an A+ rank.
He was very afraid that the people from the Salko Temple would capture his strange creature. He went to the government of the United States of Barrow, hoping to receive protection.

Although an A+ rank strange creature was powerful, it was not enough to cause a conflict between the government of the United States of Barrow and the Salko Temple.
The government of the United States of Barrow protected the elders of this small force because they wanted to see the attitude of the Salko Temple.
An A+ rank powerhouse was still captured by the people of the Salko Temple. They did not care about anyone’s face.
In this capture operation, in order to show their strength, the hidden elder of the Salko Temple made a move. It was an S rank mage. Everyone was stunned by him. No one was his match.
The Barrow United Staes understood the attitude of the Salko Temple. No country’s government could tolerate such a mysterious force that was not under their jurisdiction.
From then on, the Barrow United States began their plan to target the Salko Temple. However, the Barrow United States was a wily old fox. Before they had absolute confidence, they would not reveal their true intentions.
Similarly, if there was a conflict with the temple of Salko, the United States of Barrow government would not mind secretly helping out.
What Flanders did not know was that from the moment he had a conflict with the Salko Temple, he had been closely monitored. However, Flanders had Perfect Transformation and often disappeared from the surveillance.
The more this happened, the more the United States of Barrow military felt that Flanders could handle this task.
The plans of the Hanluo Sect were similar to those of the government of the United States of Barrow. However, the methods of the government of the United States of Barrow were much more sophisticated than the Hanluo Sect.
As a major magical force that had been passed down for a thousand years, the Salko Temple was not dumb. They had long known that the government of the United States of Barrow wanted to deal with them.
However, the Salko Temple did not care too much about this. The difference in power was too obvious. In the face of absolute power, any plots and tricks would be useless.
The arrogant Salko Temple had never thought that schemes and tricks always existed to increase power.
Once the Barrow United States government accumulated enough power, then the Salko Temple would not be far from destruction.
Graham had obtained this information as soon as the scarecrow controlled the two great magic legacy families.
“You really surprised me, scarecrow!”
After listening to his subordinate’s report, Graham muttered to himself.
From the moment he read about the scarecrow’s latest news, Graham decided that he needed an S rank mage elder.
He quickly submitted his application, but his proposal was rejected.
S rank elders did not care about the scarecrow at all. They even thought that Graham was making a big deal out of nothing.
Caution was a good thing. If one was overly cautious, he would miss the opportunity.
Graham was a little depressed that he did not manage to invite an S rank mage elder.
Since he was almost ready, Graham did not want to wait any longer. Hence, he gathered his own battle team.
In his team, Olina occupied a very important position. With her support magic, Graham’s battle team’s strength could increase by at least 50%.
Olina had been staying with Graham’s battle team during this period of time. She knew the strength of this battle team very well.
They were leaving for Coase City the next day. Olina was extremely worried about Flanders. She did not know how Flanders was getting ready.

Summoner's Journey
[Before you read - the story is officially dead. The reasons behind it are posted in the last chapter.] In a magic world on the verge of an industrial revolution, Ari Ragnarsson must uncover the truth behind his parents' disappearance. They were part of an organization known as the Order, which protects mankind from various threats - both human and supernatural. Now, after Ari's brands finally manifest, he leaves the safety of his village and travels to the continent. Strength is all that matters in this world and he must learn how to control his powers. There, he meets a man from another world, who's being hunted for merely existing. Their fates become intertwined, but not in a way either of them would appreciate. Author's note (contains minor non-story related spoilers about the MC and setting) This is a progression fantasy with LITRPG elements sprinkled on top. The main character is not a spellsword, but a summoner/support mage hybrid. Since he wasn't ambushed by a random god, there's no cheat item/spell and he has to rely on his skills and wits to survive in a world full of monsters. The story tries to show the moment when the old starts to be replaced by the new, with a healthy dose of magic and a little steampunk in the background. Also, it revolves around a party dynamic akin to RPG sessions. No health/mana bars. Numbers are secondary and the LITRPG elements focus more on classes/spells/runes and their evolutions. Tables are sparse at the beginning, but from chapter 7 onwards they appear more often. Still, I won't be copy-pasting the whole character sheet dozens of times per chapter.

There won't be a ton of gore or traumatising content, that's not the focus, but the tags are there to be safe. The main character uses colourful language when she's angry. The main character might seem to be talking to you at times. She is not. Things will make sense eventually. A quick note about religion: this novel takes place in an Alternate History setting. No existing religion from our world exists in this one. Any similarities are coincidential.

To Blunt The Sharpest Claw
The Velvet Paw of Asquith Novels are a series of New Fable genre novels that involve cats and dogs and high adventure and romance and espionage and food-fights and hotels and explosions and car chases. With large casts, exotic locations and an absurdity only possible in the absence of human characters, the Velvet Paw of Asquith Novels blend Wind in the Willows with James Bond, though with more cafes and fewer badgers. This submission is the third title in its Morigan Trilogy, beginning two-thirds of the way through the series' longest adventure yet. Here's a quick recount of what's happened so far: When Oscar Teabag-Dooven, a Velvet Paw of Asquith, is ordered to investigate how a mysterious poet, the Ar'dath-Irr, is able to travel instantaneously around the world, two very bad things happen. Firstly, he meets Lydia, an insane librarian who punches everyone in the face, and secondly, the Ar'dath-Irr reveals he is intent on taking over the world. Although this second thing might be considered worse than the first, Oscar feels differently following Lydia’s destruction of a cafe, a library and his face in one afternoon. In comparison, thwarting world domination just seems easier. Along with Binklemitre, a fellow Velvet Paw of Asquith, and Lydia, Oscar infiltrates the Ar’dath-Irr’s realm of dark poetry to discover the dog not only intends wrenching the world apart but has no intention of cleaning up afterwards. As a result, Oscar decides it’s all too hard and goes home to have a bath. After lots of arguing and the sort of food fight that posh restaurants were invented for, Lydia and Binklemitre convince him that they must stop the Ar’dath-Irr for several reasons, one of them quite serious. A vibrant cast of characters collide as Oscar, Lydia and Binklemitre battle the Ar’dath-Irr and his disciples in an adventure involving exploding cafés and appalling hotels, car chases and inadvertent surgery, dreadful poetry, lots of arguments and at least one temper-tantrum, all of which draw the three into dark and convoluted corners of a world they weren’t aware existed. Moreover, any chance of sitting down and discussing things over some buns disappears when Lydia punches the Ar’dath-Irr in the face. This results in her having a psychotic episode and Oscar getting run over by an ambulance. Although Binklemitre suffers neither, he witnesses both, which is almost as dreadful, though not nearly so messy. An enormous battle ensues, followed by a dinner party and then everything explodes.
