Chapter 419: 419

After obtaining the effective information, the difficulty of monitoring became much easier.
Two days later, the support troops of Salko Temple arrived at Patios City. Most of them had been here before. Those that had not been to this place had only heard of the wonders of this city.
When they arrived at this city, they were extremely curious. Every building, every treant traffic policeman, and so on made them extremely grateful.
Especially the buildings here, they were actually made of giant trees of life. It was said that the treant engineers in the Ancient Forest could create all kinds of tree buildings as long as they followed their wishes.
Unfortunately, once these tree buildings left the Ancient Forest, they would wither and die. Otherwise, these buildings would definitely become the most popular trees in the human world.
Think about it, living in a living building, all the human excrement can become the nourishment of this kind of tree building, and it will not cause any environmental pollution.
What a beautiful building. Unfortunately, it can only exist in the City of Patios.
Therefore, the tourism industry in Patios City was very well developed. People from all over the world will come here to have a look and broaden their horizons.
In addition, the forest creatures here were quite honest, which made this place even more popular among the tourists.
Patios City was just like the Ancient Forest, which would become extremely dangerous at night.
This kind of danger was not directed at ordinary people. Killing an ordinary person would not bring any benefits, and it would also cause trouble.
The danger here was that the extraordinary ability users in Patios City would begin to take action at night. Everything was peaceful during the day.
It was impossible to hide the fact that so many people had come to the Salko temple at once.

Almost all the extraordinary ability users here had a grudge against the Salko Temple. At night, they appeared outside the hotel where the Salko Temple was staying.
These people were all small characters and were not worthy of the Salko Temple taking action. However, they still wanted to show the strength of the temple.
The temple sent out a ten-man A+ rank clearance team. After one night, all the extraordinary ability users wandering around the hotel were killed.
No extraordinary ability users were a match for Salko Temple’s clearance team. No one cried for these extraordinary ability users, and no one knew that they died tonight.
Their corpses would be devoured and absorbed by the road surface. The road surface was also a kind of intelligent plant. Of course, they would not be casually absorbed. They only dared to absorb these corpses after obtaining the consent of the director of the traffic bureau.
The Salko Temple had won once again.
“Finally, it’s much quieter. There are no more annoying flies.”
Osmond had ordered the flies to be eliminated. He hated being surrounded by all the flies.
“You know, Osmond, you don’t have to care about them. They are just some losers.”
Vivian was the only female S rank extraordinary ability user. There was only one female extraordinary ability user in the entire human race.
She had a high status, and Osmond did not want to offend Vivian.
“Oh! Dear Vivian, if you had objected when you issued the order, I would have respected your opinion.”
“I know what you’re thinking. Don’t worry, I won’t do it again!”
Vivian nodded in satisfaction when she received the reply.
After a silent night, Gabriel brought the others to the hotel the next day. He met Somerfeld.
The two of them hugged each other. This was a basic etiquette. Regardless of whether Gabriel Reise was controlled by Flanders or not, he would do it.

The two of them discussed, and finally, they came up with a plan of action.
Gabriel Reise’s opinion was very important because only he had seen the ghosts. Somerfeld would definitely listen to his opinion on the specific action.
Somerfeld was the most powerful S rank extraordinary ability user. Therefore, the S rank experts in the Salko temple respected him.
Gabriel proposed the idea of splitting up into two groups, but Somerfeld rejected the idea.
The reason was very simple. He had never seen the ghosts. Before he understood the situation, it was not appropriate to split up into two groups.
When all the forces were gathered together, the bigger the fist, the more effective it would be in solving the problem.
After hearing this, Gabriel did not say anything else. He was also afraid that he would be discovered. If that happened, he would be in deep trouble.
It was Flanders who had persuaded Gabriel to do this. It would be best if he could solve this problem with Gabriel.
Flanders could defeat them one by one. Unfortunately, Somerfeld did not fall for it.
Gabriel and the others combined with the people from Salko Temple headquarters, and a large group of people entered the Ancient Forest.
The actions of Salko temple were seen by countless people. Many of them picked up their phones and spread the news.
Strictly speaking, the Ancient Forest did not like humans. If a human came to the Ancient Forest alone, he would most likely die here.
Gabriel still did not tell the truth. He told Somerfeld that he had seen a ghost strange creatures in the center of the Ancient Forest.
As an S rank powerhouse, it was not difficult for him to reach the center of the Ancient Forest. Somerfeld did not doubt it.
However, the group’s goal was huge. They met with suffering as soon as they reached the forest.
No one knew who had placed the magic trees at the edge of the Ancient Forest, and the team of scouts were directly entangled by these magic trees.
After the magic trees entangled their targets, they could slowly absorb the magic power of the targets until the magic power was completely absorbed. What was left was for them to enjoy themselves.
Even if an A+ rank powerhouse was entangled by these trees, it would still take a lot of effort to get rid of them. An A+ rank powerhouse could already perfectly control their own magic power, and would not be absorbed by these trees.
However, the branches of these magic trees were very tough. In addition, there were many of them, so they were very difficult to deal with.
Fortunately, the golden strange creatures were opn their team. These golden strange creatures knew how to deal with these magic trees.
They managed to get through the false alarm safely. This was the first small setback when they entered the forest.
Dior still had a lot of arrangements to make. He did not believe that he could not separate the people of the Salko Temple.
Gabriel was a little conflicted because he needed Dior’s cooperation. Only by cooperating with Dior’s plan could he succeed.
Dior was smart this time. He did not come personally. He observed everything with the help of an investigative hummingbird in the forest.
This kind of bird was born with a magical talent. It could transmit what it saw to its master.
Vivian sensed something was wrong, and she threw a wind blade at the hummingbird.

World governments raced to find and eradicate the abilities and those who possess them while using the media to rule by fear. Whereas corporations sought to exploit the abilities for profit. Raz Owens was living the dream - a rising star at a job he enjoys, a girlfriend he loves, but it all comes crashing down when Raz disregards his late father's advice. He is pulled into a chaotic underworld of clandestine labs, shadow organizations, and super-powered criminals. Used as a human test subject in a place where few survive the day, he must last long enough to escape. His only advantage? A power that seems nearly useless—a heads-up display. Contains: monsters, violence, death, dismemberment, gamelit, superpowers, superpower consequences, good guys, bad guys, good guys who might be bad guys, bad guys who think they are good guys, good guys that might go bad, bad guys that might turn good, guns for hire, competence, incompetence, continence, incontinence, conspiracies, and some of what I just said wasn't true. This story is written in third person limited POV. That means you can expect to know many of the thoughts and inner dialog of one character, and only see the actions of other characters. This POV does include scenes without the main character, and thus the reader can and will know things the main character does not. Further, this means characters act on what they know, which is almost always less than the reader knows. Something else to know. These books do not hold your hand. If you're reading it and thinking "Gosh, why aren't 'they' doing some 'obvious' thing." Bad news. You probably missed something that explains exactly that. If you're seeking a light read that doesn't ask much of you as the reader, you're invited and very welcome to come on in, but this might not be the story for you.

The Limits of Limitless
Author's Note: So, new author here, nice to meet you from this lovely one sided conversation lol. I was so tired of waiting for the perfect story for me so I decided to write a few of my own. These are basically just to make me happy, but if you enjoy them too that would make me happy as well lol. ______________________________________________________________________________________ So once upon a time, there was a convienent, and slightly cliche, plot device used by a somewhat lazy author.... Which in turn, created an easily made story of how a lucky high schooler posing as a hardcore gamer dies only to resurrect in a fantasy reality, meeting beautiful women, powerful dragons and ancient beings, an assortment of insanely escentric fellows, and a certain over powered ring. Journey with them as they explore the wilderness of twisted imagination. Or for you old timey folk who like their synopsis a bit tame, here you go: Jason, a senor in highschool, is slowly failing school due to not giving a fuck. Like many people now in the year 3056, he is obsessed with the wonderful invention most lovingly called, 'True Virtual Realities'. now by using his obsession with his favorite Virtual Reality game called 'Reality Controlled', which is the first and so called best Virtual Reality ever made. it was basically the all around escape humanity wished for, and he with heaven defying luck came across one of the three cheat items the game developers left for themselves: The Limitless Ring. The ring was a support type item and had the ability to grant wishes, store worlds, clone items, grant skills and easily learn abilities. But those are just a few of the things it could do. Using the ring he successfully became the "best player" and had a herd of fans following him everywhere. It was a dream come true. Until, he was killed from a power surge that fried his brain which was hooked up to the Nerve Capsule, an unsafe prototype of the Dive gear that he bought do to low funds. The end. Or so you would think.... ______________________________________________________________________________________ Author's Note: I was, to be honest, wanting to do a collab, because to me it is sooooooo incredibly boring to write by yourself since you always know what happens next, however no one enjoys a bit of friendly cooperation *sigh* so I'm forced to journey these roads alone.... 'Tis but a sad fate tha' 'is here young'un has t' bear. The cover isn't mine, all rights and stuff goes to its artist and such.
