That punch raised the curtains on a prelude to slaughter. All the experts present saw when Long Di killed that expert with one punch and it was then that it all went wrong.

Long Di wasn’t going to let any one of them off.

He stabbed his sabre into the ground and charged towards the next expert, unleashing a punch that killed a bronze body cultivator in one blow!

“R-Run!”

No one knew who yelled first, but instantly, all the Iron Body Forge Sect cultivators started to run away in fear!

However, Long Di hunted them down relentlessly. Every blow took the life of an expert.

Soon blood stained the ground and Long Di’s fist and face!

He expressionlessly mowed down the disciples of the Iron Body Forge Sect with extreme prejudice!

When Yaomu Shou heard this, her expression darkened. Without another word, her sword lit up with a violet aura and she rushed towards Er Jinshu!

The sword became a flurry of slashes that came from all directions. It took everything for Er Jinshu just to block the most lethal of strikes!

She wasn’t going to kill him for reasons related to her family, but she was going to make him regret living.

“Chen Jie!” Er Jinshu called out.

“On it!” Chen Jie knew what Er Jinshu wanted. He needed to wrap up things here to support the disciples from the Iron Body Forge Sect!

In the meantime, he commanded the disciples of the Infernal Myriad Ground Clan to bolster the ranks of the Iron Body Forge Sect until he came over himself.

He quickly turned towards Lu Pei and Yaomu Baiyin and some of the lines on his body lit up before they extended into the ground below his feet and an intense rumbling shook the terrain.

Before long, a giant depression appeared beneath Lu Pei and Yaomu Baiyin before it rose up as earthen walls rose up all around them and swallowed them up!

A giant orb was formed in no time at all that trapped the two of them inside.

He then clapped his palms together, and the orb shrank at an insane speed to crush them both!

Whoosh!

“Hm!?” An expression of shock flashed in Chen Jie’s eyes when he sensed what happened within the orb.

Suddenly, a powerful flame erupted from within the orb, stopping its shrinkage before blowing it apart!

Boom!

Fragments of earth flew all over before a plume of purple flame streaked towards Chen Jie!

“Gaia’s embrace!”

Several more of the lines on his body lit up when he plunged his arms into the ground.

The earth then swallowed him up in an instant, allowing him to evade the vicious flame!

The source of the flame was a furious Yaomu Baiyin. Purple flames danced intensely above her palms.

“Heavens! I-Is that an earth flame!?” one expert asked in shock upon seeing Yaomu Baiyin’s flame.

“No,” another more experienced expert shook his head in disagreement.

He then went on to explain, “My sect had taken us out for experiential training and we had come across a fireland that housed an earth flame. Its power was far above what we’re seeing now and it wasn’t even on the earth flame ranking.”

“Lu Pei, help me keep an eye out for him!”

“Got it!”

Lu Pei was prepared to activate the golden King character at a moment’s notice. It wasn’t something that he could use every and anytime, but this time could very well be one of those.

Er Jinshu saw that Chen Jie might have trouble extricating himself from that fight anytime soon, and panic soon settled in as a result.

He then turned his attention towards the disciples and he grit his teeth in rage.

“You dare look away in battle!?”

A roar caused his neck to snap back at his assailant only to see a violet blade that tore through his shoulder all the way to his hip!

“Ugh!”

Blood painted his robes as he backed away injured. Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue to heal, however, the aura from the sword and Yaomu Shou’s somatic essence rendered that ability nigh impossible.

The scream of another disciple rang out before it was cut short by Long Di’s fist!

As of now, he was covered from head to toe in blood. Only his immaculate black and grey robes stood free of the sanguine carnage.

It was as if the darkness of his robes drank up the blood of his victims.

In contrast, however, the blood that stained his face was horrid to look at. Yet, even more, terrifying was the calm that stood in his eyes, the indifference that reigned supreme in his features.

It was like what he committed was of no significance.

Everyone was terrified. Jixie Wudongyuzhong, the sacred celestics, the Noble Attendant, and even Yaomu Qiang and his group were wondering what kind of a monster this Long Di was.

Of course, Yaomu Qiang put on a front of bravery, but it was clear that it was a facade and nothing more.

Not even the help of the Infernal Myriad Ground Clan could stop Long Di’s wanton massacre.

A roar of rage rang out, followed by what appeared to be a golden sun descending from above.

“Dodge!” another yelled.

Long Di ignored all of this and entered a stance with his sabre.

An aura of destruction emanated from the sabre that caused the Noble Attendant to widen her eyes in shock.
