Deng Dandan looked at his opponents, the staff wielder, the knife thrower and their leader, Lei.
“Xiu is still here, somewhere underground. Please be a dear and murder her once you dig her out” Lei said, looking at the knife thrower.
She smirked and nodded before moving to the spot where the Cartographer had vanished.
“What will we do, Sir?” The Staff Wielder said.
“We will handle Miss… forgive me, I don’t know you’re name.” Lei said, gesturing at Dandan.
“Oh, you can call me, Miss I’ll Kick Your Butt!” she said, charging forward.
“Bring it!” The staff wielder leapt forward to meet the attack, the length of her weapon going up in flame.
Dandan fearlessly leapt forward as the staff wielder drew her weapon back, getting ready to swing it. A hole appeared under Dandan, as she dove into it, an arc of fire passing by overhead as the staff missed its target.
A hole appeared in front of the Knife Thrower and out popped Dandan who slammed her fist at her face. The knife Thrower instantly dropped to the ground.
Dandan placed her hands on the ground. “Earth Fold!”
The section of the earth under the Knife Thrower popped up, launching her body at Lei and the staff wielder. Her body sailed through the air before it was caught by the staff wielder.
“Tch, how weak.” She said, looking at the knife thrower on her shoulder.
“Oh dear, we better look out,” Lei said.
A pike of earth suddenly erupted from the ground. Both Lei and the staff wielder avoided impalement by leaping away.
“Huh, looks like I’ll have to turn you to ash!” The staff wielder said, dashing towards Dandan. She slammed the staff on the ground before Dandan, sending out a wave of fire from where the tip of her fire met the ground.

The fire washed over Dandan’s position, hiding her as it scorched the ground black. When the wave subsided, it left behind fires and a small black earth wall that was where Dandan had been before the wave.
Dandan leapt from behind the wall and pushed off it, making it crumble. Launching forward, she thrust out a fist that the staff wielder blocked with ther length of her staff. Her staff sectioned off into a three section staff, she used one section to hit Dandan in the neck, causing her to stumble back. Then she slammed Dandan again in the abdomen, causing her to fall to a knee.
Dandan could fee her abdomen burning but ignored the pain as she put her hands on the ground. “Earth Push!”
“Fire Slam!” The staff wielder lifted her three sectioned staff up as sparks engulfed it and slammed it toward Dandan but the section of the ground she stood on shifted back and placed her strike out of Dandan’s range.
Dandan was about to get up on her feet until Lei came up beside her at great speed. He blew out from pursed lips and instead of air, yellow pollen mist came out of his mouth and engulfed Dandan. For a moment she was hidden from sight and when the mist cleared…
“Did you get her?”
“I am afraid not,” Lei shook his head as the clearing mist revealed a hole that Dandan had escaped through. He kneeled on the ground and placed his hand there while closing his eyes, looking for any vibrations.
“I guess I’ll smoke her out.” The staff wielder said, a small fire flickering above her palm. “Or maybe I should say, burn her out!” she screeched before thrusting her towards the ground and sending a massive stream of fire into the hole. The fire exploded around the lip of the hole, sending an updraft of hot hair that sent her hair raven hair whipping about her.

Lei opened his eyes and rushed towards a spot. The hole burst open and Dandan rolled out, a geyser of fire following after her. She rolled across the ground to put out the tongues of flames around her but before she could get up…
“Venom Jab!” Lei sunk his fist deep in her side, right at her kidney.
She spat out blood before rolling away and slamming her hands to the ground.
Lei leapt back before three earth pikes thrust out from here he had been standing.
The staff wielder swung her staff, destroying the makeshift wall of ground and sending the debris showering at Dandan who lifted her hands to ward off the painful hot rocks. She leapt back and landed awkwardly, feeling the poison rob her of her strength.
“Finish her,” Lei said. “I’ll get the Miss Xiu.”
The staff wielder smirked, “With pleasure.”
A boulder shot at the staff wielder and she blasted it away. Lei and the staff wielder looked at the newcomer in bewilderment.
“Hey…” Wun Ip Chun slurred on crooked legs, “what are you doing to my Dandan?”
