The next few marked answer sheets only had scores in double digits.

When it was time for his own, Jiang Yi sighed in relief.

116 – higher than both of the girls.

It seemed like in math, he placed first in this class.

After that, he didn’t care much about the other people’s scores anymore as he handed the rest out mechanically.

When it got the god-knows-which answer sheet, his hand suddenly froze.

Staring at the visible 150 marked up top, for the first time ever, he felt like he didn’t recognize this arabic numeral.

Many thoughts flashed across his mind at once. His first instinct was that the teacher who marked this exam accidentally wrote an extra 0 at the end.

To confirm his guess, he shifted his gaze downwards to check out the markings.

There were no mistakes on the front side. He flipped it over and saw that on the back side, it was also all check marks and no points were deducted!

Someone managed to score first on this math exam?!

Jiang Yi’s breathing turned heavier and heavier. He impatiently flipped it back to the first page and looked for the name of the person who wrote this exam.

When he saw the name “Qiao Qing”, he wondered if his eyes had gone bad.

After he gave Qiao Qing, who was focused on reading, a long look, Jiang Yi finally placed the marked answer sheet on her desk.

“Qingqing, let me see what you got.”

Luo Chen was about to snatch over the marked exam off Qiao Qing’s desk with Jiang Yi handed him his own exam.

He took it over and was stunned at once. Then, he turned extremely excited.

“I didn’t even place hope on scoring double digits but I ended up with 46! This is higher than the practise exams I wrote!”

Right after he spoke, he heard a loud curse nearby.

“What the f!ck!”

Despite the fact that several teachers were standing on top of the teaching podium, Wang Xin, the class representative for science courses, cursed dirty words.

“Who scored 300 in comprehensive science!! This guy got perfect on physics, bio, and chemistry!”

His words astonished the entire class.

Then, all the students looked his way.

Almost in unison, everyone questioned, “Are you for real?”

“You are joking.”

Wang Xin felt burned by everyone’s heated gaze. He felt like if it weren’t for the teachers standing up there, everyone would be up in his face right now.

Jiang Yi hadn’t left. Almost instinctively, he went to look at the marked answer sheet in Wang Xin’s hand.

When he saw the characters “Qiao” and “Qing”, he trembled. Something in his brain exploded.

Luo Chen shot Lin Xiyan, whom Wang Xin was standing beside, a look. With much admiration, he said to her, “You scored perfect on comprehensive science? You are a beast!”

Lin Xiyan lowered her gaze to look at her exams and shook her head, “Not me. I already got my scores.”

Just as Luo Chen was about to ask who it was, he saw Wang Xin place the exam on Qiao Qing’s desk.

Luo Chen, “??”

Everyone else, “???”

Luo Chen snatched over the exam and when he saw the name on the exam and the score of 300, he uttered out a “uh”.

“Qingqing, am I dreaming? Have you gone crazy or have I?”

Then, he suddenly remembered something and took the other answer key off of Qiao Qing’s desk.

When he saw the red “150”, his mouth widened.

Every single student in the class were dying from curiosity because of his reaction.

Despite the bell ring that indicated the end of class, nobody thought of going home.

Qiao Nian, on the other hand, stared over with disbelief and prayed that things were not unfolding as she imagined.

“Alright everyone, you all saw how well you did on the exam now.” Yang Lianfeng clapped his hands after the bell rang, “Today, we need to praise two students.”
