"One more push, Your Grace!" the head midwife urged.

Visenya screamed out in pain before pushing, and a large wail was heard.

"A healthy boy, your grace!" the head midwife smiled.

Visenya nodded before another wave of pain hit her. "What-"

"It seems you have twins, your grace." one of the Stepa's said. "Keep calm, your grace."

Five more minutes of blood, cursing, and screams of pain, the second child was born. A healthy daughter, wailing as loud as her brother.

Later, bathed and cleaned, and after feeding the twins, Jacaerys and Visenya were giving time alone to name them.

"Elia, after my mother." Visenya said, holding the girl. Both twins had silver-gold hair and amethyst purple eyes, though Elia's features were a bit more feminine and she was smaller then her brother.

"Elia Targaryen. A perfect name for a princess." Jacaerys said, sitting on the bed next to her. Eliana Sand, Oberyn's fifth daughter, was also named after Elia. "And for our son, I have a name in mind."

"Oh? Tell me." Visenya said with a smiled.

"Aeryn Targaryen. After your brother, Aegon, and your uncle, Oberyn. Aeryn." the Black Dragon explained to his wife.

"Aeryn Targaryen. I like it, a good name for a king." the Sun Dragon said. "Though Oberyn's head might exploded with his grand nephew named after him."

"We can deal with it, Ellaria would pop his head." Jacaerys joked.

They spent a few more minutes in silence before Aaron entered, pale faced.

"Aaron? What's wrong?" Visenya asked.

"Its Jon Arryn. He's dead. The King is making way to Winterfell to make Ned Stark his hand." the Sun Knight informed them.
