The next morning Ian got up at 7:30, as he had to work that day. He had to be there at 8. He had scheduled appointment for routine check ups, tooth extractions, and a root canal. He gently woke up Juliet and let her know that he had to go to work. "Oh okay hun." Juliet whispered. Ian kissed her and got dressed, ate, and walked out of the cabin. Juliet slept in until 10:30. She had already missed Ian already, but she knew he had to go to work. Plus she knew that his workplace it's only down the road buy a couple blocks. The sun shined through the window, the birds were chirping happily. Juliet put on her robe and slippers and stepped outside. It was 45 degrees and there was frost on the ground. There was even frost on the trees.

The sky was an ocean blue with only a couple clouds. Juliet smiled and went back inside to dress and eat. She decided to go for a walk, considering that it was a beautiful day. She fixed her hair, threw on her pale pink jacket and locked up the cabin. She walked up to the local cafe and ordered a pumpkin spice hot chocolate. Juliet sat down and sipped her cocoa, which was surprisingly delicious. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw her boyfriend Ian walking. She tapped on the glass to get his attention and he looked up and saw her. He laughed and joined her in the cafe. He ordered himself a pumpkin spice latte. "Let me guess, lunch break?" Juliet said as Ian kissed her.

"Yep." He replied. "So what are you up to?" Juliet shrugged. "Not much. Just enjoying the weather." She answered. Ian nodded. "It is rather beautiful outside." He agreed. He took Juliet's hand in his and gently squeezed it. Juliet smiled and put his hand on her cheek. "I love you so much." Ian said. "I love you too." Juliet said quietly. It was now 12:45, Ian's lunch break was just about over. "Okay babe. I gotta go." Ian said sadly. Juliet puppy pouted and Ian chuckled. "You're making me sad now. See you at 5:00?" Juliet nodded and Ian kissed her and left the café.

Juliet sighed and finished her cocoa and also left the cafe. She walked with her hands in her coat pockets and headed back home. She decided to sit outside on the porch for a while. She looked around at the trees surrounding her cabin. The colors of the leaves were absolutely stunning. Some were gold, some were red, and some were even brown. The smell of pine trees was strong, but Juliet loved it. She leaned on the banister of her porch, just looking deep into the woods, daydreaming about her and Ian.

The sound of owls and other critters we're so peaceful that Juliet could fall asleep to those sounds. She went inside to clean her cabin. As she was cleaning, she ended up finding one of Ian's shirts. She chuckled and decided to put it on. She looked in the mirror and thought that she looked adorable in her man's shirt.
