All of their attention were shift to the older Lees who both seems to be in a daze. Renjun sighed before he hit the table harshly, making all of them jump and a few people around them shoot glares at their table.

Muttering quick apologies, he look at the two that he managed to finally get their attention.

"So? Mind telling us why both of you are spacing out today?" Jeno furrowed his eyebrows at the question. "I was just wondering why Minseo didn't attend class today since she was supposed to come." A sigh escaped someone's lips which resulted all heads to turn his way.

Rubbing his temples, he met eyes with everyone, looking frustrated. "Something happened so she can't make it today." Donghyuck raised an eyebrow at that. "What is it?" He knew that he shouldn't be nosy but his curiosity got better of him.

"She fell off the stairs but it wasn't that bad. But knowing her, she made a fuss about it." Mark rolled his eyes as the others chuckled all except Jeno. He had a feeling that it was a lie but the lie didn't actually came from Mark.

"Hyung, I want to go to McDonald's after classes ended. Wanna join?" Mark squinted his eyes at him, weirded out by the sudden invitation. "Sorry Jeno, I got something after class." Jeno nodded, not actually disappointed.

"Why didn't you ask us?" Jeno shoot the older a lazy glance. "Because you guys are too much to handle." Renjun jokingly lift his chair and pretended to aim it at the younger before putting it down.

Unknowing to them, Jeno did plan on going to buy McDonald's but not for him, although the fries and sundae are kind of tempting.
