"What?!!" Beatrix was very surprised and finally burst into loud laughter. She could not help it! That person finally gets a dose of his own medicine! He should know now the feeling of being cuckold by a spouse! She remembers that she cursed him before and now finally, heaven made him taste the feeling of being cheated on! She wants to laugh even more but his husband covered her mouth.

"What are you laughing at? Do you think it is funny? Do you know how serious is this? If the imperial family found out, can we take the consequences?" He whispered but each sentence has a point.

"I am sorry... I am only shocked that someone dared." She replied and worked harder not to burst into another fit of mocking laughter.

"That is my problem now..." Zander told her seriously.

"Why?" She is very curious now.

"Marquis Khalajan, the princess' father, said that he wants me to talk to Prince Andrew and convince the prince to only divorce his daughter and not give her a death sentence." He explained.

"That is too tricky! Prince Andrew is a ruthless person. He always pays back a thousandfold! If you suddenly interfere, we might be implicated!" Beatrix replied.

Zander thought that it is weird that his wife seems so familiar with Prince Andrew but he knew that is impossible because they never met, not even once, so he dismissed the thought.

She probably heard the information about Prince Andrew from General Ardor...

Zander King deeply thought at that time.

"I know... That is why I am bothered. I am torn between wanting to help or not. I do not want to help because we might be implicated but I also want to help because Marquis Khalajan helped me before..."

"How about this, just tell Marquis Khalajan that you cannot promise that you will be able to save his daughter but you will do your best to sway Prince Andrew's mind... On the other hand, just test the waters with Prince Andrew and you will be able to know if you could do it or not." She advised him.

"I understand what you mean. Thank you!" Zander told his wife as an idea popped up in his mind.

"Glad to help!" She smiled happily then became serious. "Husband, is it true that Princess Dinah is guilty of adultery?" Beatrix asked her husband.

"I do not know. I only knew about this because of Prince Anders and Marquis Khalajan. I do not know the exact details but if you were right and she was only framed, who would be so ruthless as to frame Princess Dinah? Prince Andrew did not have another woman in his harem, who will benefit if she is removed?" He just asked out of the blue, not asking her but asking himself instead.

You know nothing about Prince Andrew and the things he could do... He is heartless, shameless, and selfish enough to have me killed before. What is going to stop him from framing or killing his wife in this lifetime?

Beatrix thought but did not dare voice it out to her husband.

Two days later, news spread in the whole capital that Prince Andrew divorced his wife that day and on that same day, the former princess moved out of Prince Andrew's mansion and moved back to her maiden family. Most people do not know why the prince and former princess ended in divorce but that incident was easily set aside because of the incoming emperor's birthday. Everyone is busy with the preparation!

The emperor's birthday finally arrived! The officials arrived one by one together with their family members. The Lamoreaux family choose to not arrive early but also not late. Just right on time!

Prince Andrew and Prince Anders arrived early. A eunuch announced the princes' arrival to the present guess and they made their grand entrance in the banquet hall. There are a lot of eyes who followed their movements, especially women but the two princes are already used to it so it did not bother them. They immediately went to their assigned table and seat close to the emperor's and empress' assigned place. The two princes did not have a wife anymore so they are the only ones seated at their assigned table.

They looked for Zander but it seems that their friend did not arrive early this time! It was so strange because their friend is usually very early but what is more strange is the fact that Zander's assigned table has two seats!

Is his wife going to finally appear in public and celebrate Imperial Father's birthday celebration? What does this mean? Is the sun going to rise in the west next?
