Beatrix purchased fast-running horses, a small carriage, food, water, medicine, and several ordinary male clothing and asked the merchant to deliver the items outside the capital at a specific time and place in the forest. The merchant was puzzled but did not complain anymore when she said that she will pay double if the deed is secretly and successfully done!

She waited for midnight to finally strike! She silently went outside her courtyard dressed in a stolen eunuch's uniform. She planned to leave the palace using the forgotten secret passage in the abandoned well! Thanks to Emperor Andrew in her first lifetime, she was able to know of its existence when it was discovered during the time he made a palace renovation and beautification.

She is slowly and silently walking, trying not to draw the attention of the imperial guards and other hidden guards... She turned off her lantern when she reached the desolate place in the palace ground. Only the light of the full moon is giving her light in her ways... "I know what you are planning to do. I want to go with you!" He said seriously.

"Are you crazy?! You cannot go with me! You are a prince and they will look for you! They will probably hunt us down to the edge of the world if you go with me!" She refused.

"I know but I can help you in traveling from place to place. I have read many traveling books and heard many stories from experienced travelers. I can help you." He convinced her.

"Do not be stupid! It will be too hard! Plus, I am never coming back! If you go with me, you will be forced to leave everything behind!" She tried to sway his mind.

"I know and I still want to! Being a prince does not suit me. I am meant for ordinary traveling life." He insisted.

"How do you know that? I am not taking you with me! Do not block my way!!!" She blurted out.

"I brought a lot of money, food, water, and medicine..." He tempted her.

"Not gonna happen!!!" She refused fiercely.

"If you are not going take me, I will rat you out!" He threatened. "I am sure that if I told them now..."

"Okay, fine! You won! But do not blame me if something went wrong! Do not regret it in the future if everything is not what you expected!!!" She said as she remembered that he left Sky Empire in her fifth lifetime and was never caught again. He could probably help her escape...

Probably bringing him along is not so bad after all?

"As long as we are together... Never!" He said confidently.

In the morning, Prince Andrew woke up early and prepared to see Beatrix. He always makes sure that he is always at his best when seeing Beatrix. As much as possible, he would like to seduce Beatrix with his attractive looks, intelligence, and good prospects! Unfortunately, Prince Anders has the same attractive looks and good prospects as him! He will not go out without making sure that his appearance is awesome! When it comes to intelligence and good prospects, he employed the help of well-known scholarly geniuses, military strategists, court experts, and the likes! Plus, he does self-study and borrows from his Imperial Father several books about the life and works of the Emperors of Sky Empire and also the Emperors of the other empires.

His hard work always paid off every time he showcase his knowledge, ability, and talent in front of his Imperial Father, Imperial Mother, Officials, and those well-known intellects in different fields. He feels happy when others praise him but he is at his happiest every time his Beatrix praises him! Every time she appreciates him is equivalent to one step closer to her heart and ensuring her hand in marriage!

Prince Andrew is a hundred percent sure that the throne is within his grasp because he is always ten steps ahead of his brother! He has more supporters, more resources, and more wealth! He had excellent martial arts, secret abilities, and secret groups of extraordinary people loyal to him! Even his Imperial Father, Imperial Mother, and Imperial Brother did not know of their existence! If he wants, he could use them now to successfully usurp the throne!
