Little Prince Andrew stared at the two of them happily playing before he silently went back to studying since they do not want him to join them. He felt something strange in his heart but he is too young to understand what it is. He pouted as he continued to study...

Probably, she will play with me if I am better than my Imperial Brother?

The twelve-year-old Prince Andrew is better than his brother in all fields of learning but Beatrix never paid attention to him... Not even once! He thought that she will glance in his way if he could offer something better than his Imperial Brother but why does she continue hanging around with his Imperial Brother while totally ignoring him?! Previously, she only played with his Imperial Brother... Now, she is only studying with his Imperial Brother!!!

What does my Imperial Brother have that I do not have? In which aspect is my Imperial Brother better than me? What is wrong with me that Beatrix never likes me?

Those are some of the questions that he is always wondering. He seems cold and indifferent outside but deep inside his heart he felt extremely hurt! There are so many questions in his heart without definite answers. He wants to ask her but he is also afraid to know the answer! He feels that if he asks her, he will not like what he will hear!

The sixteen-year-old Prince Andrew prepared a romantic set up in the garden and finally gathered his courage to confess to Beatrix under the beautiful blue moon. He poured his mind, heart, and soul into his confession... He saw her facial expression as someone who is about to say 'Yes' but why did it become a rejection in the end? He saw her leave without looking back... He wants to chase her and force her to love him back but he cannot!

Without them knowing, Prince Anders saw and heard his Imperial Brother's confession. He feels extremely unhappy and threatened although Beatrix rejected his Imperial Brother because he saw how Beatrix looked at his Imperial Brother at that time. It is the type of look she never gave him!!!

Beatrix is roaming around in the garden when she heard several maids secretly gossiping. She does not want to listen but her attention was caught when they talk about Prince Andrew. She remembered that she did not see him these days after she rejected his love confession.

"Have you heard?" One of the maids started.

"What?"

"The first prince is usually seen with Lady Lisanna! It seems that they have some sort of special connection..."

"What?! That is not the case... He is always together with Lady Althea! They look good together!"

"Are you both crazy?! I heard that he recently sent many gifts to Lady Natasha!"

"So are you saying that he is courting different noblewomen at the same time?" One of the maids giggled.

"What courting?!! This is a secret between us... Our first prince has a sexual relationship with several women!!!"

"Oh?! How is that even possible?! He is still young..."

"What young? He is already at marriageable age so it is normal for him to explore and play, especially with his status!"

When all the maids laughed together, Beatrix could no longer take it! She immediately left that place and ran towards her bedroom. She did not come out the whole day!

On another day, Beatrix heard three imperial guards talking to each other. They seem to be resting in that secluded part.

"I really cannot believe it! Our first prince is very adventurous!" One of the guards shared with his comrade.

"I know what you mean, he is a frequent visitor of all the brothels here in the capital!"

"What is wrong with that? There are lots of noblemen who visited brothels."

"You do not know about this... He played with several brothel girls at the same time! He is not satisfied with one girl!"

"Really?!! That is awesome!!!"

"Yeah! Being a prince like him has many perks! He could sleep randomly without cares and use women like they are toys and rags! How fortunate!"

Beatrix silently withdrew from that place after hearing so much! She felt so cold and hollow inside...

Do not be surprised, Beatrix! He is always like that! He is like a stud horse!

She thought and remembered her first lifetime... She remembered that sometimes he visited her courtyard very late at night! He was so angry, so drunk, and so scary! He ripped her clothes and took her forcefully! He did it not only once... He did it several times! He did it until she passed out!

Beatrix, you are mine! Only mine! Your body is mine! You can only do this with me! You cannot let him touch you! You cannot let other men touch you!!!

Those nights he seemed like a savage and forceful monster in bed! She does not understand why he is like that when she is always faithful to him!

She shivered and shook her head several times to erase those awful memories...

"Beatrix..." Prince Andrew called her name when she cross a path with him.

When she saw him, her face immediately paled! She screamed in fright and ran away like her life depends on it!
