"Okay... but do not laugh!" She said and then she began to narrate how she met Andy, their cooperation to look for the person they wanted to see, and finally to their heated argument that ended with him sailing on his own to find the possibly dead fiancee!

During the whole narration, she avoided telling her cousin the fiancee's name because every time she remembers that woman's name, her blood uncontrollably boils too!

After Princess Gertrude narrated the reason behind her gloomy state, Emperor Valentine stared at her as if everything about her seemed to be abnormal...

"So you mean to say... the former most beautiful and most sought-after woman in Solaris Empire was mercilessly dumped by some commoner?!!" He said then laughed like a crazy person.

Emperor Valentine could not help but laugh heartily as he remembered how many men were led on and then ruthlessly turned down by his cruel cousin! It seems that karma is so real and finally decided to punish this serial heartbreaker!

His belly hurts so much as he continued to laugh and laugh while his eyes produce tears from laughing too much!

Princess Gertrude glared at him fiercely then angrily huffed!

"I am still the most beautiful woman in Solaris Empire! And I was not dumped! He did not know about my feelings so he could not possibly dump me!!!" She angrily exploded.

"Whatever! As a man, I think that Andy is simply not interested in you! Wow! This is new! Finally, someone is immune to my cousin's beauty and dropped her like a hot potato!" He shook his head playfully and grinned more.

"It is not like that!" She angrily rebuffed.

He ignored her statement and suddenly remember something very important.

"Cousin, I am sorry but I have to break it to you... I think you will no longer be the most beautiful woman in Solaris Empire. Someone will be able to snatch that title from you soon..." He gave her a devilish grin. He knows how proud his cousin is of her beauty and charm but he needs to warn her so she will not suffer from too much shock and die from too much jealousy!

"And who is that?" Princess Gertrude asked her cousin suspiciously.

"My future Empress!" He proudly declared.

"Pffft!" This time it is Princess Gertrude who laughed so hard!

First, she already scoured the whole Solaris Empire for anyone who could be a contender but no one can even get close to her beauty and charm so she did not believe that someone will be able to surpass her! Not a chance!

Second, her Cousin Emperor who was known by everyone to have a cruel and strange fetish will suddenly have an Empress? No Way!

Her belly also hurts so much as she continued to laugh and laugh while her eyes produced tears too! She did not mean to get even to her cousin by laughing too, it is just his statement is way too ridiculous!

"Do not blame me in the future... As your good cousin, I already warned you..." Emperor Valentine calmly told her while still grinning mischievously.

Princess Gertrude happily went back home. As usual, her cousin can easily cheer her up so she did not listen to his warning and did not take it seriously.

Beatrix went back to the Solaris Imperial Palace way too soon than Emperor Valentine expected. He hurriedly went to the entrance to see her and prepared to comfort her. He feels worried that she was probably rejected multiple times and then finally gave up since he knew that the nobles and wealthy people of Solaris Empire are usually so cold, aloof, and wary of others who do not have a strong backer so it is normal that they will not hire a stranger but when he saw her, it was completely different from what he expected!

She is smiling so sweetly while politely asking the palace servants to take her things to her room and thank them happily.

He approached her and asked what happened when they are finally alone.

"Valentine, I got a job! You will not believe it but I was immediately hired in the first store that I entered!" She excitedly informed him.

"Huh?! What store?!" He immediately asked, unable to believe her luck.

She smiled brightly and narrated her whole experience outside.

"Something wrong?" She worriedly asked when she noticed that his face darkened than usual after she told him what happened.

"No... Everything is great!" He said as he prevented himself from showing what he felt inside. It seems that he needs to ask Errol about the whole incident. Beatrix narrated it innocently but he knew better than to trust Aurelius Zarral's motive! It seems that someone is planning to seduce and snatch his future Empress!
