For the first few seconds I'm frozen on the spot. Grayson is kissing me? He's actually kissing me!

Quickly recovering I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him back. His kisses are rough, passionate and almost needy but hot all at the same time.

I feel his hands make their way down to my butt over my jeans, he lifts me up and I wrap my legs around his waist.

The moment comes to an end when I notice where we are. Grayson seemed oblivious to it and planted another kiss on my lips, this time sweet and gentle. It was over much quicker than the first one.

I look into Grayson's eyes with much more swiftness now that I was still wrapped around his waist. I let my eyes divert to the people staring at us. The whole fucking pack.

I put my head on Grayson's chest in an attempt to hide from them, Grayson growls lowly as if he's making a threat, I hear shuffling of chairs and everyone begins to engage in conversation once again.

I grab a button on Grayson's shirt and begin to play with it as I feel him begin to walk out of the dining hall.

"I have something to tell you my love." He says looking down at me with too much admiration.

Slowly nodding at him I turn around and see Tori and Daniel following closely behind us no doubt being told to come through their mind link with Grayson.

I watch as we approach a huge, dark brown door with swirled signs engraved on the wood. Using his unattended arm he opens the door and we're met by a large office.

Grayson puts me down, grabs my hand and leads us over to the chair behind his huge desk.

He sits down and places me on his lap.

I have an inner debate about whether to mention the kiss or not, I decide the latter.

"So what are we doing here exactly?" I ask turning around to face him whilst placing my arms around his neck.

"There's been an intruder..." He begins putting a stubborn strand of hair behind my ear. Before he could continue I hear a knock on the door.

"Come in." Grayson says clearly annoyed.

I see Tori and Daniel coming in and standing in front of the desk.

"What's the issue, Alpha?" Daniel asks being more serious than I have ever seen him before.

"Leon Samuels, alpha of the west blood pack came on to our land a few minutes ago with a threat. He wants Ayanna and if he doesn't get her he threatened to wipe the whole pack." Grayson says, his eyes changing to a dark shade of black.

"Ok, so whats the plan?" Tori says, "We need to double the people on border duty, increase the Warriors training time, make arrangements to go somewhere else incase he comes back. Leon is known to be ruthless, he won't stop until he gets what he wants and in this case it's Ayanna! We should..."

"Enough!" Shouts Grayson, I see his fists begin to clench and I feel him shaking against my body.

Instinctively I put one of my hands on his chest in an attempt to calm him down. I feel him begin to regain control before he says: "He's not getting anywhere near what's mine, but you're right we need to be prepared and assume the worst."

I watch Daniel nod his head and sit on the couch to my right. He puts his hands on his head and sighs.

Tori is standing rooted on the spot starring at nothing in-particular completely lost in her own thoughts.

I feel Grayson's heartbeat thumping against my back and hear his ragged breaths.

I've never seen people look as worried as these three did right now.

Whoever this Leon guy is I hope he stays the hell away from us.
