《Billionaire's Baby ✓》Chapter Thirty-Three

The next few weeks were hectic for Sahil and he got only so much time to spend with Ayaansh. He would leave early and be back in midnight, both times were Ayaansh's sleeping time and he would never disturb his son's schedule for his selfish reasons.
Rohit walked in his cabin after receiving his permission and stood infront of him. Sahil who had been busy reading some documents, looked up when the room remained silent even after few minutes.
"What is it?" He asked and Rohit blinked before taking a deep breath and placing an envelope on his desk. Sahil glanced at him and then at the envelope on his desk before he picked it up.
As he investigated the content inside the envelope, his face remained passive. After staring long and hard, his eyes went on Rohit who still stood before him.
"Who gave you this?"
"It was already on my desk when I arrived sir. I also asked the receptionist if she allowed any outsider inside without an appointment but she only refused. The search has already began sir." He informed and Sahil didn't react to it. He seemed to be thinking something and it surely wasn't nice.
"Gather all the employees outside, now! I'll have a chat with them." He ordered and without further adieu, Rohit nodded and walked out.
He stared at the pictures in his hand and felt anger building inside him. It was Srishti and Ayaansh's picture from the day when she had come to his office to meet him. So someone had indeed found out about his secret and now the blackmail call was only left.
"Sir, everyone has gathered outside." Rohit informed and Sahil strode out of his cabin buttoning his blazer followed by Rohit.
As Sahil stood infront of them with Rohit beside him, all the employees looked down not able to take his scrutinising gaze.
"I'm going to ask this only once. Who kept the letter on Rohit's desk?" His voice was icy cold and most of them looked confused except one. Rohit noticed the same as the person looked here and there in fear and wiped the sweat every now and then.
"Disperse." He ordered and everyone immediately left to their places.
"Not you, Gautam." The warning was clear in his voice and Gautam's breath hitched. He was shaking in fear knowing he was caught but running away wasn't an option because Sahil Malhotra would find him any way.
"Rohit, bring him to my cabin now." Rohit nodded and walked towards Gautam who never once looked up.

"Who asked you to do this?" Gautam closed his eyes in fear and gave away the name without putting up a fight.

"Re─Reva Khurrana"
"And why did you do this?" This time he looked in his eyes with fear and desperation.
"I didn't want to, sir. Please believe me. I didn't want to but she threatened me and said that if I didn't follow her instructions, she'll make sure that my mother's treatment is stopped at the hospital. I'm sorry but please forgive me. I didn't have a choice." Gautam pleaded and Sahil just kept staring at him.
"You should know that a traitor is a traitor. I'm going to make an inquiry about your mother's health and in which hospital she's admitted and if I find out that you are lying, I'll make sure you don't get a job anywhere. Now out." Sahil ordered and Gautam moved out of his cabin with his head hung low.
"Rohit ─"
"On it sir. I'll look into it." He nodded and just as Rohit was about to step out, he was called again.
"If his mother is seriously ill, make sure she's provided with the best facility and the expenses will be bared by the company." Rohit hid his smile and just agreed to his orders.
"Reva Khurrana, I have had enough of your games. Now Sahil Malhotra will show you who you've messed with." Sahil swore as he stared at the picture.
Just then his phone rang and he glanced at the unknown number.
"How was the surprise, Sahil?" Reva smirked and Sahil said nothing. He would give her the chance to complete her bullshit before he starts talking business.
"I'm sure it was good. This woman must be someone special to you isn't it? Is she your sister?" She chuckled and anyone knowing the reality would've laughed at her till now.
"Now if you want her and her child to be safe then you'll have to do as I say." Her voice lowered and she surely sounded like a crazy woman.
"What do you want?" Sahil asked uninterested and it fueled her anger because he still seemed calm.
"You. I want you, Sahil Malhotra. Marry me and save your sister and her child." This time Sahil chuckled darkly and she frowned on the other side.
"You'll be surprised Reva Khurrana that there's no one so precious to me that I'll follow anyone's orders or be scared by anyone's threats. Do whatever you want and think whatever you want, I don't give two fucks about it. And yes, you love playing games right, now I'll show you what a grave mistake you've committed by threatening Sahil Malhotra." He hung up without waiting for her another round of bullshit.

Next thing he called Srishti right up because the crazy bitch could do anything and he wasn't taking chances.
"Hello?"
"Where are you?" He asked straight away and Srishti frowned but answered nonetheless.
"At your penthouse?" It came out more as a question than a statement. He sighed and closed his eyes in relief but there were more things to focus on.
"Listen to me, do not leave the penthouse at any cost. Do you hear me? Even if there's some extreme emergency, don't. I want you and Ayaansh to stay inside." He ordered in a stern voice and didn't even realise that he was including her in his concern as well.
"What is the matter, Mr. Malhotra?" Srishti asked because he was sounding stressed for the first time apparently.
"Nothing. All you need to do is stay in with Ayaansh."
"But ─"
He hung up the next second and she huffed in annoyance staring at the phone. It was something serious or else he wouldn't have called and restrained her from going outside but what was it?

Aditya stared at Sahil who sorted out some calls while he waited patiently. Sahil had called him and asked him to visit him urgently which had him worried.
He left all his work and landed at his office within twenty minutes. Now as he stared at his best friend he could tell that there was something wrong, something that was bothering him.
"Sahil, what is it?" Aditya asked once Sahil was done with his work.
"Reva Khurrana. She's been a fucking pain in my ass and I've been ignoring her and her so called stupid actions but she's went too far this time." Sahil informed Aditya about the whole ordeal and Aditya clenched his jaw because he hated it when Srishti and Ayaansh were involved.
"Such a crazy bitch." Aditya muttered angrily Sahil just shrugged not really caring about it.
"What are we going to do now?" He asked looking at Sahil who smirked in return.
"End her career, as simple as that." A smirk formed on Aditya's lips as well and both of them discussed about their plan to destroy Reva Khurrana.
Exactly two hours later Sahil and Aditya sat in the cabin waiting for Rohit to inform them about the scene and just as they expected he walked in.
"Sir, everything is ready, they are waiting for you." Rohit informed and Sahil smirked getting up and buttoning his blazer. Aditya stood up as well and grinned at him.
"It's showtime. Kill it man! Actually kill her. Not literally though but ─" He babbled and Sahil gave him a bored look.
"Shut up, Aditya." With that he walked out missing out the glare Aditya gave him.
As he strode in the room, flashes and clicks were everywhere but he ignored it all and walker straight to where he was needed. As he sat down infront of them, the media people gathered around and started firing their questions.
"Mr. Sahil Malhotra, why have you suddenly called for a press conference? Is there a specific reason?" One of the reporter asked raising his hand and Sahil looked at him.
"Of course there's a reason or else I wouldn't have wasted my time here. The reason for this press conference is related to Reva Khurrana." He disclosed and even though he was rude earlier they ignored his crude remark and continued.
"So are you telling us that you've been secretly dating the model, Reva Khurrana?" Another one asked and he chuckled sarcastically.
"You just want some spicy news to make your channel popular right? So I'm giving you one. No need to make stories of your own because that's downright boring." He neither cared nor worried about his reputation infront of the media and that is why he was able to live as he wanted until now.
"Then what do you want to tell us sir?"
"Reva Khurrana has been threatening and blackmailing me to marry her for quite some time now." There were whispers and murmurs across and it satisfied him a lot.
"Well of course there is nothing valid without proof or evidence so here it is." He took out his phone and played the recording of their call.
"You. I want you Sahil Malhotra. Marry me and save your sister and her child."
The voice was definitely that of Reva's and once again the whispers started.
"Sir, why is she threatening you? And who is your sister? Where is she right now?"
"About why she is threatening me then you can ask her for yourself and about having a sister, I never had one so I don't know where did she come up with something like that." He shrugged whereas Aditya grinned as he stood in a corner hiding from the media.
"Sahil Malhotra!" A voice screeched loudly gaining all attention. Sahil smirked knowing things were going exactly like he has planned. Now the last straw was left and then he would smell victory.
