AMBERS POV

we were riding back to the house as i felt Drew's soft hand creep on too mine, giving me a reassuring squeeze. When we got back to the pack house i ran out of the car soaking myself in the rain again.

"Amber" Drew said, barley out of breath from chasing me around.

i will never understand athletic people...

" i forgot to do something" he finished before pulling me close and crashing his lips to mine. i quickly responded as i jumped up and wrapped my legs around his waist. when we separated he rested his head on my forehead

"Promise me this is forever" i said as i looked into his eyes, i didn't wait for him to reply as i crashed my lips against his.

" Drew..." i mumbled against his lips

"Mhmm?"

i pulled away as i slipped out of his hands. " i need to check on Madison" i told him before he grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards him as he looked down at me pushing a strand of wet hair behind my ear as he kissed my cheek.

" Lets go"

When we got to the hospital i ran by Madison and saw her on the bed, awake. a wave of relief went over me as i approached her.

" Hey Maddi"

"Hi momma, Hi Dada"

she stood up from the bed, the white cloak they had for her covered her down to her feet as i smiled at her.
