Frantic to locate Ariel..I nearly had whiplash turning my head. Tracking her heavenly scent, I ended up in the kitchen.. looking all around the kitchen only three persons where there .. Rosa, Micah and another lady I did not know ..hmmm, I knew everyone in my pack..

Moving closer to her, my mate's scent grew stronger..did she know my Ariel?... Grabbing her arm , I turned around...a young lady about my Ariel's age but with black hair and sharp jaws unlike my Ariel's soft face stared back at me..the only thing that caught my attention was her beautiful emerald eyes ...just like my Ariely's ....

My eyes grew wide in surprise.... getting ahold of myself I asked " who are you and how come you work in the pack house when I don't know you?" I asked with a glare ... bowing her head "I'm sorry Alpha .. Beta Nate was ought to introduce me to you but he said you have been busy...I come from far away and came as a transfer due to my relocation" her soft voice spoke...I felt a connection to her...but how is that even possible when she isn't my mate or anyone related to me? ...

I stared at her trying to read her... "lift your head.... what is your name?" I asked her ..not looking me in the eyes she said" Amelia, alpha"... nodding my head, I released her from my hold "welcome to the pack Amelia" I said still trying to read her ...she smiled a little "thank you Alpha" she said .. with a final nod I walked out of the kitchen..

Something wasn't right... something was very fishy...she had my mate scent on her...the connection I felt...I couldn't place it but something was certainly wrong and I need to find out...she maybe a lead to my mate and pup...
