6. LA discriminación (words that end in -ción and -sión are always feminine)

7. LA solución (words that end in -ción and -sión are always feminine)

8. Estar DE acuerdo con

9. experimentar = to experiment or to experience

10. To relate = sentirse identificado/a con OR identificarse = to relate

*relatar = to tell, to relate, to narrate

*connectar = (literally) connect (e.g. connect wires)

11. When saying, something is in (language)...está EN (idioma)

Por ejemplo: El vídeo está en español. (The video is in Spanish.)

12. Siempre necesitas EL/LA/LOS/LAS después de TODO/A(S)

Por ejemplo: Todos LOS estudiantes (all the students)

13. Adiós (don't forget the accent :))

14. In English, we usually say "This is the school where I study. (Esta es la escuela donde estudio.)" However, in Spanish, it is more common to say "This is the school in which I study. (Esta es la escuela en la que estudio.)" Both sentences are not wrong, but the second one is more commonly used.

15. Verbo + A + personas

Por ejemplo: aceptar A inmigrantes / ir A Julia

16. VERBO (conjugated) + VERBO (infinitive)

Por ejemplo: Gusto jugar fútbol americano (I like to play soccer.)

17. "pero" es similar con "sin embargo" (however)

18. Respetar = to respect

19. Este/Esta = this

Este carro (this car - masculine)

Esta casa (this house - feminine)

20. La solución(singular) but when it becomes plural...it is las soluciones (without the accent)

21. estúpido/a(stupid) VS estupendo(wonderful)
