"Arshad? Arshad? MOHAMMAD ARSHAD UZAYR KHAN! GET YOUR BODY OUT OF THAT BED NOW!" screamed Ammi's voice that actually made me jump off my bed.

I stood there rubbing my eyes and groaning at ammi not even taking notice that ammi was with- Ahaya!

"Ah morning?" I said slightly embarrassed.

Who am I kidding I was damn embarrassed! Yeah try standing in front of a girl you like dressed in your tees and sweats looking like an ape who returned from war!

"Arshad, get ready we have places to go to!" said Ammi looking through my things.

"What are you searching for Ammi?" I asked her

"Your password" she replied

I froze.

"Why?" I aksed her not daring to look at Ahaya.

"We have to return to Dubai dumbo!" she replied as she searched my closet.

"Ammi its not there, its here!" I said to her while opening my nightstand drawer.

I took out my password and gve it to her.

"We are leaving tomorrow!" she said as she walked out of my room

I turned to Ahaya

She stood there frozen.

"Look i had no idea about all this!" I explained but she smiled and walked out.

Okay, what was that about?

I ran my hand through my hair and sighed.

"Ammi, do we have to leave?" complained Fawaad when I came in the view.

"Yes!" siad masi sternly.

"But- but-- I am not even well!" he said "Yet!" he then added when he got the glare from Masi.

"Arshad, please explain to him that we need to go!" said Masi standing up.

"Ok-" I started to say but my phones ring cut me off.

"Hello?" I said as I picked up Adi's incoming call.

"Bhai?" he asked

I got up and walked out of the house.

"Yes Adi, did you find it out?" I asked

"Bhai, the news that was uncovered is very depressing. Its like.... real bad! You really wanna hear it?" he asked

"Yes!" I replied and he launched into his story.

"So tomorrow at 8am is out hearing? Did they get their notice?" I asked him

"Yes, don't worry about that! Just be there!" he replied

"Okay and Adi?" I asked

"Yes Bhai?" he replied

"I owe you bro! Thank you so much!" I said

"Don't be! As long as you get the one you love, its good!" he replied

"Okay, see you tomorrow!" I said and hung up.

"Ammi, Abba I have important to very important news to tell you both!" I said in a serious mode when I went to their room after lunch.

"Yes hon, what is it?" asked ammi who was buzy packing her clothes.

"Ammi, Abba, we can't fly to Dubai tomorrow!" I said

They gave me a puzzled look then ammi started laughing. Abba and I exchanged looks that said "Is she mad?"

"Ammi why are you laughing?" I asked her

"Wel, you had a reason to stay back before Kadeer came, but now-" she said and choked on her tears.

I ran to her and hugged her.

"ammi, I still have a reason to stay!" I said as I rubbed her back.

"And that is?" she asked sobbing in my arms.

"Amm...... Ahaya is not married" I said.

There I broke the news out to her, my Ammi I feared the most would over react on the situation and that was what she did!

"What- how- no- I can't- who the hell told you that!?!" she said

I calmed her down and made her sit ont he bed.

Then I replayed the whole story to her and told her about the case hearing tomorrow.

"Okay so you did all this?" she asked and I nodded

"I can't believe you did all this!" said Abba

"You did this just for a girl?" asked ammi in disbelief

I looked at her.

"No Arshad, why are you doing this?" she asked

I stared at her blankly.

What was she trying to say.

"Aiiza what are you trying to say?" asked Abba

"What I am trying to say is WHY IS MY SON AFTER A GIRL WHO DOES NOT SUIT HIM!" she semi yelled

"Why would you say that?" I asked now afraid to hear the answer

"Don't you get it ARSHAD! She has been living with a non mahram for years and Allah knows what that girl might have done!" she said looking at me

Where was all these coming from!?!!

"Ammi nothing ever happened! She did not stay with him or more clearly DID NOT commit zina!*" I said

"Arsh-" she said but abba told me to go out and I got up and walked out.

My ammi who was happy that I fell in love with her is now calling her..... That?!!

"Hy!" I said as I got closer to him

"Bhai, everything is perfect, and in just hours we will be totally winning this case!" he said grinning

"Cool, shall we go then?" I asked him

It was 7.58am so the case would start in minutes.

"All raise!" said the guy infront.

This court is so unfamiliar to me.

We rose. Apparently Lia, Kadeer, Ahaya, Ahdia, Fawaad, Talha, madiha and surprisingly Abba and Ammi were here.

"Mr. Signhania please proceed!" said another man

"Your highness! My client Naqeebah Ahaya Luqmaan-" said Adi

Oh this was going to be great!
