《Animalistic Desires》HTW Part 6

As Bobby and Scott were still trying to figure out what happened to the car, the three girls stayed close together. Zoe looked at Cara, and Angela. Both of them seemed to have far away expressions on their faces.
"Are you two alright?" Zoe asked. Cara looked at her with the a perplexed facial expression.
"Really Zoe?" Cara snapped. "You know I love you, but that's a stupid question. We're trapped in the dark, in the middle of nowhere. Some fucked up shit happened to the car. Angela saw the dead body of a murder victim, who by the way, kicked us out of her place a few hours ago. Plus, I not only just ended my ten year relationship with my boyfriend, but he's wondering around in the dark somewhere! I mean I'm pissed at him, but I'm terrified for his safety right now. So, to answer question. No! We are not alright!"
"I know, Okay!", Zoe snapped back, "I'm sorry! But I'm scared too. None of us knows what the hell is going on. I don't like it here! I want to go home! There's just something eerie about all of this. But I guess I'd rather make some sort of dumbass small talk, then look at everyone in silence. I'm frightened enough as it is!"
Zoe began to cry, as Cara looked at her and sighed.
"I'm sorry to." Said Cara. "I shouldn't have snapped at you like that. But my nerves are on edge."
"I think all of our nerves are on edge." Said Angela.
"I know." Said Cara. "I just had a horrible fight with Alan, and then flushed ten years of my life down the toilet. The last thing I need is to cause a rift between the three of us."
"It's going to be alright." Said Angela. "If worse comes to worse, the five of us can just sleep in the car. My guess is that this road my be more active during the day. If not, than at least we will be able to see better in the morning. It'll be easier to find some help tomorrow."
"But what about our plane?", asked Cara. "We're supposed to leave tomorrow. What if we miss it?"
"Well.", said Angela. "I'll call my parents. Or we can all call our parents. I'm sure they'll wire us some money."
"I suppose." Cara sighed, "I just hope Alan is okay."
"I'm sure he is." Angela replied as she was smiling. But the truth was she was terrified. There was a obviously a murderer on the loose, and the five of them were trapped alone on a dark dirt road. She didn't know what they were supposed to do.

Alan, whose mind and body was now under the complete control of the tarantula that had captured him, looked in the rear view of the police car. A smile appeared upon his face as he looked at his reflection. The tarantula fangs were embedded in Alans neck, enabling him to take control of his victim's mind. But just like the officer, eventually all of the fluid in Alan's brain would be drained. Which meant that there wasn't much time before this puppet would no longer be operational. He looked down at the corpse of the police officer, whose body was still in the front seat of the police car.

"Thank you for the lift, Officer." He said sounding rather amused with himself, "Your service has been greatly appreciated, but it is no longer needed. Now if you will excuse me, I have a date with an angel. It seems that the previous occupant, of my new human puppet, hasn't been treating her right lately. But once I get a taste of her blood. I will no longer be a spider. Like my master, I will become a drider. And I will satisfy her deepest, and darkest desires that no human man ever could. When I am done with her, she'll be begging me to fuck her, and I will gladly comply."
+++++++++++++
Bobby, and Scott, were still trying to figure out what happened to the car. If it had just been a flat, they could have tried to drive on it. But the tire had not only blown out, it was practically shredded.
"I don't understand what happened." Said Scott. "These are obviously spider webs. But I don't know when, or how this happened. All I know, is that all the trouble happened after Angela had found the murdered woman at the gas station."
Bobby just started scratching his head.
"Do you think it could have anything to do with that spider cult?", Bobby asked. "You know, the one Alan-"
"Don't say his name!" Scott interrupted angrily, "I am so pissed at him right now! I can't believe what he said to Angela. This is not how I wanted her to find out. I wanted to sit down, and have a heart to heart with her. Maybe she would be more open to the idea of us in a more romantic relationship, if I just could have had an open and honest conversation with her. But that asshole, Alan, had to go and screw it all up. He not only told her how I felt, but he said it in a way that was vulgar. Now she'll never want to take out relationship beyond a friendship level. Hell! She'll probably be so creeped out, that she'll want to jus end the friendship."
Bobby sighed, and patted Scott's shoulder.
"Listen buddy." Bobby began. "You don't know that. Maybe in a weird way, he did you a favor. Maybe this was just the odd ice breaker that you were looking for. It's out there now, maybe now is the time to talk about it."
"Well maybe you're right." Scott replied. "Maybe I should just walk right up to her, and say—"
"Hey!" Said Angela, as she and Zoe were walking towards them. "I don't suppose you were able to figure out a solution to fixing the car."
"No," replied Scott. I think were going to have to spend the night in the car, and rotate sleeping shifts. Every couple of hours four with sleep, while one of us stays awake to look for car that might go by. Then we can flag down someone for help if someone drives by. I'll set the alarm on my smartphone."
"Sounds like a plan to me."replied Angela. Bobby furrowed his brows as he looked towards Zoe and Angela.

"Wait?" He began. "Where's Cara? I think the five of us should stick close together. We're already one man down. We don't need another."
"She said she had to go take a leak." Said Zoe. "She'll be along in a minute."
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Cara leaned against a tree, in a squatting position, as she removed some Kleenex that she just happened to have in her pockets. She then pulled her pants down, and began to relieve herself. What was she a bear? This was the first time she had ever taken a piss in the woods. Hopefully, it would be the last.
As she finished she wiped herself with the Kleenex, and dropped the used Kleenex to the ground. Well she sure a hell wasn't going to put it back in her pocket. Needless to say her hands felt gross, but she then heard a babbling brook in the distance. Even though she knew she really shouldn't wander off too far, from the rest of the group, she just couldn't stand the thought of not washing her hands. So, even though it didn't seem like the smartest idea, she began to walk towards the sound.
"Nature is more afraid of me, than I am of it." She kept telling herself. "Ya, right." Cara cautiously looked around as she headed for the brook. They were close to the Bayou, yet it was eerily quite. What was even more disheartening, was she looked up into the night sky. There was a full red blood moon, they gave her an ominously eerie feeling.
Where are the sounds of the frogs, and the crickets? She wondered. Why does the moon seem like death itself? What about Alan? Is that bastard alright? Why did he have to be such a jerk lately?
Tears began to well up in Cara's eyes. She still loved him, but she was mad. He should have treated her better, like a queen.
"More like a goddess." She heard a voice say. Startled, she turned around quickly, and began to scream. As she did, a hand closed over her mouth.
"Shh.." he whispered. "It's okay, it's me." Cara looked up, and saw Alan standing before her. He had a caring smile. She once again had tears welling up in her eyes. But this time they were tears of joy.
"Alan!" She cried. "I'm so glad you're alright. I was so worried!" She then threw her arms around him, and they were soon locked in a tight embrace.
"Don't worry, baby." He cooed. "I'm going to make sure that no one will ever hurt you again. You have no idea how special you really are to me, or how special you are going to be."
She smiled at him, as he looked upon her with adoration in his eyes. Did he really mean it? Did he really mean he should treat her like a goddess? In his eyes, was she really better than a queen?
All of a sudden, it dawned on her. She didn't say it out loud. How was he able to know that she wanted him to treat her like a queen?
As she looked at him, he still had the same look of adoration on his face. But something wasn't right. It was as if someone else was staring at her through Alan's eyes.
"Alan?", she began. But before she could finish, a tarantula began to crawl down his shoulder. Before she had time to react, it jumped on her arm, and stuck it's fangs into her forearm. She cried out in pain, just as Alan's now inanimate body just fell to the ground. Cara screamed in horror as she began to ran. She hadn't bother to check a pulse. Even though he was talking to her a few seconds before, she was sure that he was dead.
Cara had no idea where she was going, or what was happening. Even though she couldn't see it, she knew something was after her. As she continued to run, she kept looking for her friends. Would they even believe her? She wasn't even sure what she believed.
Then, all of a sudden, something wrapped around her ankles. It felt as though something had lassoed her, causing her to fall flat of her stomach. As she turned herself over on her back, she looked up in terror at the creature towering over her. From the waste up, he looked like a normal man. But from down, he had a giant spider's body.
Cara was about to scream. But before she had the chance, a string of webbing shot from his index finger. It wasn't a lot, just enough to cover her mouth.
"Now now, my dear.", he said with an evil smirk. "We don't want to scare away the rest of the prey."
Cara began to tremble in fear, as she began cry. As she looked up at the monster standing before her, she realized what a handsome man he really was. If he had been human, she could have been easily smitten with him. Slowly he leaned down, and scooped her up in his arms. She whimpered, as he soon began to cradle her gently.
"No my dear, shh..," he whispered. "Please don't cry. I promise I will never hurt you. If anything I'm going to protect you. Unlike that pile of human feces that is now rotting on the ground. I know how to truly worship a goddess, and treat her like a queen. Your sweet blood has released me from my curse, and soon my brothers will be released from their curse as well. Then we shall happily worship you, and your beautiful body. We shall pleasure you in ways that you cannot even comprehend. You, and your friend Zoe, shall be be pampered and loved by thousands of us. And the one known as Angela, will become our master's queen. The three of you make particularly beautiful humans, but you will all become enchanting drows. You will become driders , just like me."
