Jungkook awoke to a soft buzzing sound. He slowly opened his eyes and recognized his own room. It was evening and he could see the setting sun from his window wall.
He sat up slowly and took notice of the buzzing, glowing orange machines surrounding his room. They were the portable heaters that awoke him. Scanning the room, he had finally noticed your unconscious body sleeping beside him, wrapped up in as much blankets and layers as he.
"You're up." Jimin said as he stood up from the couch. Jungkook was so out of it, he hadn't noticed his hyung on the couch. Jungkook replied with a "mm" and rubbed his eyes.
Jimin grabbed something from the bedside table and stuck it in Jungkook's mouth. It was a thermometer and the maknae obediently waited for his temperature to be taken. Once it was done, Jimin took it out and smiled. "95 degrees. You're doing much better. Come on, all the members are waiting." Jimin helped Jungkook out of bed as he took longing gazed towards you.
"Wait, what about MiSun? What happened after I passed out?"
Jimin wrapped a blanket around Jungkook as he slowly nudged him out of the room. "She hasn't woken up yet. Dr. Choi was really worried for her for a bit but seems like she'll recover soon. Just let her rest and we'll explain, come on."
They exited the room and went to Yoongi's room, where Seokjin was sitting next to a laying down Yoongi. "I'll call the rest of the members." Jimin said while leaving Jungkook there.
"Lay down Jungkook-ah." Seokjin made space for Jungkook to lay down next to Yoongi. Yoongi was laying down in a slight upright position as his TV was playing some movie.
"What's wrong with this hyung?" Jungkook asked as he noticed Yoongi's dazed expression.

"Go easy on him." Seokjin rolled his eyes, "He was hit with a tranquilizer. Yoongi woke up not too long ago but the after effects are getting to him. It's nothing serious, just laziness, spacing out, sore muscles, fatigue, etc."
"So nothing unusual for that hyung." Jimin snickered. Just then, the rest of the boys barged into the room. Jungkook immediately snapped his head as Yoongi slowly cranes his neck toward them and his head falls. Seokjin helps him readjust in bed as the boys find their places to sit in Yoongi's room. "You want to talk about lazy? You should see yourself in the mornings." Yoongi retorted, still very tired.
"That's in the morning. You literally take a nap every chance you get, you grandpa." Jimin fought back. Before Yoongi could say anymore Taehyung interjected, "Aish~ you guys are like an old married couple."
"Anyways..." Hoseok brought the attention away from them and the room turned serious.
"I'm glad you're all okay." Namjoon sits down and runs a hand through his face. Everyone of them could tell that Namjoon wasn't getting that much sleep over all of this.
"What happened?" Jungkook was the first to pipe up.
"Well Tae, Jiminie, and I took you guys to Dr. Choi's after we found you. You and Misun-ah were unconscious and it wasn't looking good. She almost went into hypothermic shock, whatever that is, but she pulled through." Hoseok said quietly as everyone intensively listened. "You and Yoongi seem to have made a fast recovery though. I just talked to Dr. Choi on the phone so I can get some medications for you guys later."
Taehyung continued, "We took you guys back home and you guys have been sleeping for almost 2 days." Jungkook was shocked at how long he's been sleeping.

"2 days?" Yoongi said slowly, "2 days of sleep and I still feel like shit." He whined which earned a few cute responses from the members. "Can I go back to sleep now?"
Everyone practically ignored Yoongi.
"What happened while we were with Dr. Choi?" Jimin turned to his hyungs. Seokjin and Namjoon shared a glance of uncertainty and remorse before speaking.
"Well reinforcements arrived and we were able to take control of the situation. We didn't capture the leader but we captured a lot of his men and got them to talk."
"Was it Young Jae and Ho Sung?" Jimin interjected, referring to the people Namjoon says killed his father and kidnapped yours.
Seokjin shook his head. "I was chasing after that ahjussi and tried to cut him off at the end of the street but a damn helicopter came to his rescue. I saw the leader's face and it obviously wasn't Young Jae since it was a man. But it wasn't Ho Sung either."
"So it's not the people who killed your father and who have MiSun's father. Wait, so does none of this have to do with MiSun's father?" Taehyung questioned.
"Could it be one of our enemies?" Jimin added.
He shook his head, "It definitely does have to do with her father. I'm certain Young Jae and Ho Sung were pulling the strings or in on this somehow. But those murderers definitely were not there today. There's another player in this game."
Jungkook groaned, "So we got nothing? What did you get from the ones we captured?
Namjoon shook his head, "No, we made significant progress in this mess of a situation. The men we captured were just muscle men for hire. They aren't sure who hired them, but they got a large sum of money to kidnap a girl, which is obviously Misun. They said their orders for that night were to watch and transport her."
"We don't know anything about the leader who hired them?" Yoongi asked.
Namjoon shook his head, "I showed Seokjin hyung a picture and he recognized the ahjussi from tonight in it. Thanks to Seokjin hyung, we have a confirmation on who he is.
"Who was the ahjussi that hired the men and took MiSun?" Hoseok asked impatiently.
Namjoon and Seokjin exchanged a look of anger and disappointment, not knowing how to explain the situation to the rest of the boys.
"It's her uncle."
"Her uncle?!" All of them almost yelled at the turn of events.
Seokjin and Namjoon reamined calmed as Seokjin added, "He said one last thing before he made his escape."
Seokjin punched the ahjussi as he felt down hard. Before he could land a finishing blow to the leader, 2 men had tackled his side, holding him back. Seokjin growled as he watched their leader get up and run off.
Headbutting the one on his right and elbowing the one on his left in the face, they both easily went down and were quickly incapacitated. Seokjin followed the direction of the man who had just run off. Holding his gun, he ran to the roof, hearing the whirring of choppers not too far off.
Reaching the roof, he saw the ahjussi already at the top of the ladder to the helicopter. Shots were fired as Seokjin aimed at the man. Soon, he was out of bullets and he threw the gun away in frustration.
The ahjussi laughed as the helicopter slowly faded away. "Nice to finally make your acquaintance, Bangtan! Tell Misun-ah, we're waiting for her! I'll be in contact with her very soon! Anyeong~!"
