《Protected by BTS》Chapter 43: I can play better with my toes!

You had nothing to do. Jungkook was currently resting from the all-nighter he pulled and for the upcoming fight later so no training for today. And you haven't been looking for your father recently. You had already expended every resource you had in searching and you were ordered not to do anything from Namjoon. Knowing your father was alive and that they needed him alive kept you assured. You needed to wait for them to contact you again.
If Bangtan and you couldn't find them, you knew they would find you eventually. But for now, you would just wait.
Lately, if you weren't training, you've been spending most of your time with the other boys. Just like now, where you have been playing video games all day with Seokjin. You've come to realize that when he wasn't out doing work for Bangtan, he was a hardcore gamer.
You were seated on the couch of the game room with Seokjin on your left. You both had your laptops in your lap as your guys' voices of rage filled the room.
"Yah! I've got middle lane, where is this bot going?!" Seokjin was angry at the computerized robot on the game.
"Screw the bot, I'm already at the tower. Hurry up over there. Our tower is about to fall!" Your fingers repeatedly mashed the buttons on the keyboard.
"Aish, whatever. Wait?! What's he doing?!" Seokjin pointed at his laptop, infuriated at your guys' useless online teammate. "Yah! This useless guy! I can play better with my toes!"
Your team's tower fell and you both cursed out loud in defeat. Your loud whining had caught the attention of Hoseok, who had opened the door. "I'm home~~. What are you pabos doing?" He sat down next to you and watched as your tower was raided and the ending statistics of the game loaded.
"Ahh, League of Legends. Not really my game, but who wants to play Super Mario Bros!? Or Mario Kart 8?!" Hoseok jumped up excitedly and was already preparing the the switch remotes.
You and Seokjin exchanged a look and nodded, agreeing that a change in game would be fun. Hoseok handed you the controls for the switch and you picked your characters.
After the first game, you ended in 4th place with Seokjin in 1st and Hoseok in 2nd. "Daebak, you're terrible, MiSun-ah" Hoseok and Seokjin were laughing like windshield wipers. "Yah! It's just 4th place!"

"I meant driving in real life. I heard from Yoongi that you need driving lessons." Seokjin and Hoseok continued to laugh. "Jinjaya!" Hoseok emphasizes.
"I'll beat you guys in another game, just watch." You pouted and threw your controller on the couch.
"Sure you will. Seokjin hyung is really good at games though. It's the only thing I can't beat him in." Jungkook popped into the room and you all turned to look at him. Before Seokjin could interject a retort, Jungkook continued, "MiSun, get ready. We're leaving soon. Hyungs, do you want to watch me fight tonight? I'll be fighting at the Rings." Jungkook said excitedly.
"Ah, it's been awhile." Hoseok stood up, "Sure, I'll go get ready. Misun-ah, let's go to my room."
For some reason, Jungkook was insanely curious as to why his hyung wanted you in his room, "Your room? Wae?" He almost demanded and only Seokjin noticed his dongsaeng's demeanor. You were also curious as to why you had to go to Hoseok's room.
"Well like at the race, you need proper clothes to not stand out. I have some stuff for you to wear, unless you want to wear that pink fluffy jacket." Hoseok teased at the fluffy jacket you stole from Jin earlier that day. Then Hobi pulled your arm for you to come with him out of the room.
Jungkook felt relief at the answer and Seokjin tried to hide a smirk until he realized what Hoseok said, "Wait! What's wrong with pink fluffy jackets?!"
You laughed slightly as you were pulled into Hoseok's room. It was filled with lavish decorations and cute figurines. You weren't sure he would have stuff for you to wear considering how colorful this room was.
Hoseok started to rummage through his closet and you jumped on his bed. "What's the Rings?" You continued to stand on his bed and slightly bounce. His pillows were so fluffy and his bed was so nicely made, you just couldn't resist messing it up. Judging by his room, Hoseok is one of the neatest members.
Without looking at you, he continued to look throughout his closet for the right clothes. "The Rings is one of the biggest underground fighting clubs in the city. They place the highest bets there and it attracts a lot of criminals. That's why we should make sure you don't stand out."

"Is it actually underground?" You questioned.
He laughed, "No, but some fight clubs are. The Rings is like a private bar so it's hard to find." Hoseok found the clothes and had stepped out of his closet. He motioned for you to get off his bed, "Hajima, hajima. Put these on."
It was somewhat of the same attire as last time, just less revealing. He handed you a face mask, a dark red flannel with a tight black long sleeved shirt, which had rips in the sleeves. "Wear leggings and any black shoes."
"Thanks, oppa." You playfully punch his shoulder before starting to walk out of your room. "Wait," he grabs your arm and Hoseok reaches in the back waistband of his jeans. He pulls out a gun and you freeze.
"I know you lost yours, so take this one. The boys and I would feel better if you carried one. You should take this whenever you go out." He placed it in your hands and you hesitantly took it with a small, "Fine," uttered from your lips before leaving the room.
Once in your room, you easily found your black leggings and found black high heeled boots. You wore the shirt and tied the flannel around your waist. The shirt was a little too baggy for you so you tied it in the front and made it look like a crop top. You gripped the gun Hoseok gave you and stuck it behind your back, in the waistband of your leggings, just like Hoseok did.
You knew the boys usually took a long time to get ready so you took extra time with getting ready.
Your ending look consisted of thick black eyeliner and extra mascara that made your eyes pop. Your hair was put up in a messy half up half down and stray hairs framed your face. You looked a lot different with this new aesthetic and you started to like it. The finishing touches would be jewelry and you knew just who to go to.
Knocking on his door, you opened it and walked in. "Oh, what do you need MiSun-" Jungkook stoped talking when he realized how different you looked. The punk makeup and Hoseok's clothes made you look totally different. He knew you would blend in perfectly and he was starting to regret his decision of bringing you along, knowing how the underground fight clubs were.
"I was hoping I can borrow some earrings?" You ask sweetly, definitely not matching your current look.
"Yeah, you can borrow some. They're over there." He pointed to a box on his desk and averted his gaze, trying not to look at you.
You chose dangly earrings and walked up to him. "How do I look? I won't stand out too much will I?"
He gulped and looked at you. "Don't worry. You look totally badass. But," He stopped talking as he walked right up to you. Your heart beat faster and your breath hitched when he became too close. He held your waist and you were too frozen to do anything.
Jungkook held your waist and spun you to face the other way. Stupid tease. He grabbed your flannel and fixes the gun on your back. "I can see the gun. The flannel can hide it real nice though if you fix it." He ties the flannel higher up your waist and the weapon was completely concealed this time
"There. Now you are pretty bad." He forced a chuckle out and you genuinely laughed. "Just be careful when we get there okay?"
You rolled your eyes, "I'll be fine, stop worrying so much Jungkook-ah. After this mornings talk, I thought you would ease up more."
"Yeah, I know." He rubbed the back of his neck. "Sorry. It's just that there's just a lot of dangerous people there. I just don't want tonight to turn ugly."
"And why would it turn ugly?"
"Guys are animals. And with you wearing that," He cut himself off before he said something he would regret, "Just... Just stay close to the boys. Come on, let's go." He motioned for you to come as he walked out of the room.
If you didn't know any better, you started to think he was becoming too protective.
